rolling badly is something that can be so good for developing your character, actually 

#not dnd but #the company i write books for has a couple rules i have to follow and it includes that the main character man cannot lose a fight #like okay these books are 100% power fantasy BS because Main Character Man always gets the girls and never loses a fight and yadda yadda #but he always ends up being the flattest character in the story as a result—because he’s not really allowed to fail #and that makes it a lot trickier to develop him #so yeah having characters fail is vital #not just to avoid ‘mary sue syndrome’ (in which the universe bends around the character such that the character becomes its focal point) #but to develop them into real believable people #anyway yeah sorry to hijack op. good post.

this is a way better model... you'll still get transphobic & intersexist drs of course but i prefer this to male / female or even having separate questions for gender & sex.

[we can't see the full form, but i'd suggest having a "something else" option and dominant hormone question too.]
