It was a beautiful Easter Sunday. The sun gleamed against the Burrow’s kitchen window, and Mrs. Weasley had made a huge feast. Dinners at the Burrow was something Harry rather looked forward to. They used to do it every other week, but because of everyone’s busy schedules, it was hard to arrange them. So now, dinners at the Burrow were usually reserved for holidays or special occasions, Easter being one of them. Harry saw that Bill and Fleur were there, Fleur was five months pregnant and seemed to be glowing more than ever. Percy was there, with his girlfriend, Audrey, and George was also seated, alone. Harry knew about George and Angelina, but because they had just started dating, he figured that George was not ready to introduce her just yet. Across the table he saw Teddy and Andromeda, and immediately went to hug and hold his godson, who started giggling. 

Mrs. Weasley was still slaving away in the kitchen. Despite there being more than enough food on the table. She turned around at Teddy’s giggles. 

‘Harry! Ginny!’ She said before going over to kiss Harry on the cheek. Harry held Teddy in one hand and hugged Molly with the other. 

Mrs. Weasley went over to Ginny to give her a big squeeze. 

‘Ginny dear you look beautiful, the dress is a bit too low cut, here help me with the plates’ Ginny rolled her eyes, listened to her mother and helped her. 

Andromeda indicated to Teddy, who’s giggles had subsided, he was now resting his head against Harry’s chest, his eyes closing, 

 ‘he’s due for a nap, he’s just eaten, couldn't wait for the whole lot, reckon he was waiting for you’ 

‘Oh Harry dear, let him sleep in Ginny’s room,’ Molly said, as she waved her wand so more dishes made their way onto the table. 

‘Transfigure my bed into a crib’ Ginny added, and Harry went upstairs and did exactly that. Teddy was far gone the moment he went on the stairs, he settled Teddy down and placed a kiss on his forehead, tucking him in. He took one last look at his godson, who was now peacefully asleep, before going back down the kitchen to hear Fleur and Molly arguing.

‘Really, it eez not like I am incapable, I would be pleezed to ‘elp’ Fleur said

‘It’s okay dear, everything’s all done now, where is everyone...’ 

‘No manners I tell you mum, at least we know who’s punctual’ George joked 

‘Who else are we waiting for?’ Percy interjected 

‘Well, your fathers outside in the shed, Harry’s here now, Bill you’re here, Percy..George ...We’re waiting on Charlie, Ron, and Hermione then’ 

‘Ron late, surprise surprise’ George joked again 

‘He’s not late, the dinner starts at seven, which is in two minutes, oh Ginny go call your father for me’ 

‘Hopefully they didn’t get side-tracked’ Ginny joked before going to get her father. 

Molly looked confused at this and then with a ‘pop’ they saw Ron and Hermione appear. Hermione looked pink and Ron’s hair was slightly disheveled. 

‘I’m so sorry Molly!’ Hermione said right away as soon as she saw everyone’s eyes on them, ‘we didn’t keep good track of the time!’ 

Ron gave a shy smile at everyone, 

‘nonsense you’re right on time- take a seat, take a seat, you look beautiful darling, Ginny’s went to get Arthur, and we can all tuck in, now where is Charlie!?’ Molly added

And as if her mentioning has summoned him, Charlie Weasley appeared, he appeared to have 3 more burns since the last time Harry had seen him. 

Ginny came back Arthur by his side and everyone sat down to enjoy the meal. 

The whole table was caught in different conversations ‘Charlie, look at all these burns!’ Molly was saying to Charlie

‘Really I teenk people overplay zee difficulties of pregnancy, I quite eenjoy it’ Fleur was saying to Audrey. 

Bill was asked about Gringotts, Charlie, the dragons, George, the shop, Ginny, quidditch, and then the Ministry became a topic of conversation. ‘So how are you three enjoying it’ Arthur asked Ron, Hermione and Harry. 

‘I found it hard to navigate at first, but you get used to it don’t you?’ Percy interjected 

‘Yeah no it’s fine, plus I don’t really have to be running all about the ministry, I have my office when Ron and I aren’t on missions so we just have to go there,’ 

Ron agreed, and Hermione chimed in ‘same for me as well, minus the missions- but yeah it’s quite nice, a lot of work but I enjoy it, just stay in the office really’ 

‘I mean, for the most part’ Ginny joked

Molly looked at Ginny confused.

‘What do you mean dear?’ Molly asked

‘She stays in her office for the most part’ Ginny said, smirking.

Now Arthur looked confused, but George was sniggering in the background, and Harry too, knew where this was going, as he had recently told her about how he had overheard Ron and Hermione, in Ron’s office, the other day. 

‘Just you know, when she’s not paying Ron a visit..’ 

George sniggered even more and Ron’s ears turned red. Hermione looked mortified. 

Molly looked at Hermione, and then at Ron, and then back at Ginny. 

‘W-well I mean...you know she’s his girlfriend, it’s not out of the question for them to have lunch’ 

‘Think they had a bit more than lunch’ Ginny cheeked, ‘right Harry?’ 

Hermione looked at Harry furiously, but he couldn’t help but snigger a bit with George. ‘Er...’ 

‘Ginny enough!’ Molly said, ‘Ron and Hermione...I know you two are finally boyfriend and girlfriend but the ministry?’ 

Arthur seemed to be laughing as well. George interjected, ‘psh like you and dad wouldn't do the same’ 

Molly turned pink ‘I ...I’ 

‘Can’t really blame them- it’s the years of built up sexual tension’ Ginny added, and Harry’s eyes watered as someone kicked him under the table. Harry, who was sitting beside Ginny, knew that kick was from Hermione and targeted towards her. 

Hermione, who was regaining her composure looked at Molly and said, ‘anyways..we’re not boyfriend and girlfriend anymore’ 

The whole table burst in outrage, ‘that’s even worse!’ Molly said, ‘to do that and not even be together, but why!’ 

Harry was shocked at this bit of information, but Hermione only sighed. 

‘Ron, are you going to say anything or am I doing all of the talking’ she said looking at Ron. Once their eyes met, the look of embarrassment on their faces appeared to vanish, and Harry saw that they were lost in their little world. How could they not be boyfriend and girlfriend when they clearly loved each other so much? 

‘Earth to Granger and icke Ronniekins’ George interjected, ‘must say- you guys are on really friendly terms for exes, you know I dont tend to look my exes in the face with lovey dovey eyes but that’s just me’ 

Ron put his arm around Hermione, gave her a kiss on the cheek, and finally took his eyes off of Hermione’s to look at the table in front of him..Hermione blushed. 

‘We’re not boyfriend and girlfriend, Hermione’s now my fiancee’ Ron announced, smiling at the table at first and then smiling at Hermione, who looked lovingly back at Ron and beamed at the table, she stretched her arm to reveal her hand, and there in fact was a nice diamond ring placed on his finger. 

This was followed by another outburst on the table. ‘Oh thees eez lovely’ Fleur sighed, 

‘git you didn’t even tell me’ Ginny said 

‘didn’t know you had it in you Ron’ George said 

‘Congratulations Ron,’ Bill said

‘That is quite a responsibility’ Percy added 

‘Oh this is lovely!’ Molly said, ‘Hermione you’re officially apart of the family!’ 

Hermione beamed at the table.

‘Sorry I didn’t tell anyone before I did it...’ Ron added, ‘it’s just that anything I say to Harry, he’ll tell Ginny,’ he added before giving Harry a glare, as Harry had shown how he does exactly that ‘and Ginny will tell George...and then I was just scared it would come back to Hermione’ 

‘Oh it’s no worries!’ Molly said, ‘another wedding how lovely!’ 

And the whole table went into conversation about the wedding plans. And Harry was excited too...another wedding! With his two best friends, he had thought about it with Ginny, and he figured they weren’t too far off either. Harry figured that Ron and Hermione wouldn’t rush into one, but the idea of his two best friends being engaged after everything they’ve been through made Harry very happy.

Ok first off I am SO sorry I have taken so long to get to this ask I had no energy between work and school. That said here comes the GN review. So I did not expect Elvis to vibe with me musically the way it did. If I have to pick a fave off the album it has to be Molly with Control coming in at a close second. I can't explain it but Molly really has unique designs on me. I really love the sound and style of music for this rec. Once again you deliver top shelf goods.

Side note: I took that quiz you reblogged even though I've never heard of the vorkosigan saga in my life and I got someone named Bel Thorne. Made me look up the series, which made me realize that I very much want this in my life, and now I'm wondering if you'd advise me as to which book I should start with? I asked the internet and got huge charts.

Hey hi! So glad to hear from you! I was just thinking the other day “I miss MAB :(” but I didn’t want to rush you lol, I’ve also been super low energy lately so you’re in good company! As always, I’m so glad you liked it, this has been one of my really pandemic-defining albums, I’ve spent a truly Shocking amount of time sitting on the floor listening to this and painting since I discovered it maybe 10 months ago? I also didn’t really expect to vibe with it, I was off the indie-country-stylings train and the vocals threw me at first but it kinda got its hooks into me and i found myself just thinking about it all the time, and i listened and relistened and found more and more complex little bits and beautiful lyrics and realized it had wormed its way into my faves on accident, so good for it. Control’s also one of my real faves, the whole front half of this album is SO strong, Westside and Crying About The Planets took a minute for me to warm up to but are really some of my faves on the album now. I’m glad it spoke to you as much as it spoke to me!

ok SO let’s talk about the Vorkosigan Saga. These books are my favorite anything in the whole world, they’re my parents favorite books too so I really grew up with them, I’ve loved them all my life even when I was way too young to understand a lot of the concepts (I tried to read this Really Heavy one all about clones when i was V young and I didn’t know what a clone was, I thought it was just a fucked up baby brother, i was more right than I realized, so i put it down and Thank Fuck for that) and you should ABSOLUTELY read them. Bel Thorne was the first nonbinary character I ever saw (even though they are NOT handled well, these books show their age on a lot of lgbt stuff so heads up) and they’re so goddamn cool, they’re whip-smart and chock full of heart and they captain a space ship and I could go on Forever, I just named my new podcast character after them and I’m just thrilled about it. So as far as order goes, I Highly recommend starting with Cordelia’s Honor, which is a collection of the books Shards of Honor and Barrayar, which are prequels about the parents of the main characters of the main series. The main series starts with some truly superb fun manic semi-political space opera, but it’s really aged for the protagonist Miles, who’s 17 at the time. Cordelia’s Honor gives you a really great background on the universe you’re in, shows you Exactly how Miles got to be The Way That He Is, is the best god damn enemies-to-lovers you’ll ever find, CHUGS its respect women juice, is also fun but definitely heavier in tone than the main series begins. It’s really beautiful, very very human, and just SMART. Heads up, those books have some heavily implied sexual assault, suicide stuff, uhhhh Weird Mental Illness, and Weird Homophobia (though it’s portrayed to be in the wrong, again these books are very much a product of their time.) But they follow Miles’ parents, Cordelia Naismith and Aral Vorkosigan as they meet, fall in love on opposite sides of a war, eventually get married, and get sucked into some truly wild and Really Really Cool politics, and i Highly recommend you start there. Past that, my recommended reading order is pretty much chronological, you should get to Falling Free and Ethan of Athos at some point but like Shards of Honor - Barrayar - Warriors Apprentice - Vor Game - Cetaganda - Borders Of Infinity - Brothers In Arms - Mirror Dance - Memory - Komarr - Civil Campaign - Diplomatic Immunity - Captain Vorpatril’s Alliance - Cryoburn - Gentleman Jole and the Red Queen (bolded books are my personal favorites) is really the way to go. I know that’s an awful lot, but they’re really fast reads and they’re So Goddamn Good And Fun And Good, if you start them PLEASE let me know your thots as you read

My biggest advice re. rugelach is just have fun and be yourself with it, do whatever filling you want, pour love into the dough and you’ll have a good time. Sorry that’s not more technical, but if ur using the recipe i sent you (and i can post it again if u dont want to hunt for it) then honestly i think it’s gonna be fab no matter what (and honestly even if you dont do a super bindy filling and your jam leaks out and burns Who Give A Shit, burnt chocolate w raspberry or cherry jam is still pretty damn good), if you enjoy the process then that’s what matters!

Yeah when I cut my hair short everyone assumed I liked girls I found it kind of odd, but I didn't care too much. how do you make poses for the roof? i'm not sure how i can know if the sims will clip into the roof or float

honestly i just...eyeball it...because all roofs are different and you can’t put them into blender so. i just winged it lmao...i just made a pose that looked like it could’ve been lou climbing out the window, only the rig was still ground level, and then i used alt + 9 to lift the teleporter onto the roof as best as i could. that’s why it probably wouldn’t be a very practical pose to release, because i have no way of making it easy to use

i absolutely love how this is worded and the fact that u called me kitty, very cute. anyway...this is pretty broad, perhaps you could clarify what kinda cliches you want to steer clear from? a lot of the time when i know something is gonna be cliche and there’s no avoiding it, i just kinda own up to it and try to subtly point out how cliche it is and somehow that makes it work out better...like being self aware somehow adds another more realistic element to the story that makes it better? idk...anyway dm me if you need help!!

how do you write your stories in a way that everything is organized and you're certain and not confused with everything? i mean, do you have any way for writing that let you develop your stories with not so much difficults? i'm trying to write an story for months but i only have a few of the most important events on my mind, i don't know how to develop another important details, i always feel that everything is confuse or crap

i don’t know if i’ll be able to replicate the reshade effect totally but i could release the action i’ve made for myself? it warms up screenshots but is totally adjustable to your liking for different color tones so in that way it’s kinda similar to the reshade. i’ll seeeeee what i can do...i know the woes of mac users all too well, my friend

Chapter 2

  You sat in the cafeteria reading over your notes for a chemistry test coming up, as Sweet Pea and Fangs sat on either side of you.  Sweet Pea made a grab for your paper but you were too quick for him.  

“Nerd,” he teased. 

  You jabbed him in the side with your fork making him jump. 

“Bitch,” he said smirking.

“Jerk,” you eyed him over the paper.  He took a fry off your plate and popped it in his mouth.  Fangs just eyed the pair of you before rolling his eyes.  

“Have you thought about the serpents any?” Asked Fangs.

“No, not really, just trying to keep my grades somewhat decent.” you replied giving up on your notes and setting the back into your bag.  Slumping on the table and letting out a sigh, Fangs placed his hand on yours.  

“What is it little sweetie?” he asked giving you a pouty face.  

“Im never going to pass chemistry.” you admitted. 

“I can help you.” he replied.  

Raising your eyebrows, “You’re good at chemistry?” 

“Well I can definitely read whats going on between you two, soooo” he trailed off.  His comments made you and Sweet Pea shift a little bit. “Im kidding, relax, jeez. I can take you home and help you study.”

  Nodding, you agreed.  The bell rang signaling all the students to file out for the pep rally.  The three of you stayed sitting, eating the last bit of french fries before falling behind the rest of the kids.  Sitting up front, the boys wanted to be sure that Toni could hear them cheering. You couldnt help but smile as Toni and the other Vixens did their dance.  She looked so out of place and at home all at the same time.  It was odd to see her without her serpent jacket but she shined bright in her blue and gold cheer uniform.  Sweet Pea’s voice boomed throughout the gym as Toni did a somersault.  Even Cheryl had to stop and watch her girlfriend do her thing.  

  The school was booming with school spirit as Reggie Mantle, a tall jock with dark hair, gave his pep talk about how the bulldogs were going to eat the Greendale kids for dinner and all of that.  You werent really paying attention.  Toni was making faces at the three of you during it until Cheryl gave her a look. 

“Do you want to go the game later?” Fangs asked as you both walked over to his motorcycle.  

Shaking your head, “No, I dont really like sportsball. Ya’ know the whole home run and the go team go, its not really my thing.”

“What the hell just came out of your mouth?” He laughed as you aproached his bike.  Sliding on the helmet and slipping on the back the two of you roared off towards the Southside.

“Where’s your mom?” Fangs asked as you walked into the house. 

“She works nights at the hospital.” you replied throwing your keys in the bowl on the entry table.  “You want anything to drink?” you ask grabbing a water from the fridge.  He nods.  Picking up another water bottle and tossing it over to him before plopping on the couch with your book bag.  He joined you.

  Just as you were getting started with the homework, he blurted, “So you like Sweet Pea?” 

Shifting uncomfortably again,”What? No, why would you say that?” 

  He just stares at you. Then raising his eyebrow, which makes you sigh. “I mean sure he’s cute, but were friends.  Just friends. Im still new and ya know,”

“Yeah just friends, okay.” he says not convinced. 

  He changed the subject back to the homework.  The way he broke everything down was extremely helpful.  You even solved a few equations yourself.  Just as the pair of you were wrapping everything up your phone lit up from Toni.

TT: hey girl, cheryl is having a kick back after the game....u in?

“So Cheryl is having a party.” you stated to Fangs.  He looks up from his papers.

“Who’s going?” He asked eagerly. 

M: fangs wants to know who is going

TT: tell him to get his serpent ass there and stop obsessing over kevin

  You let out a chuckle as he grabbed your phone.  

“Well thats just rude,” he said blushing a bit.  “You wanna go?” he asked.

“Yeah sure. I just need to tell my mom.” you say texting her.  “Let me change really quick.”  

  He nodded as you made your way to the bedroom.  Rummaging through the clothes in your closet you couldnt decide on anything to wear. 

“Fangs, what do I wear?” you yelled down the hall.

“Im coming,” He said sighing.  

  Fangs tore through your wardrobe and found an outfit the was suitable.  You layered the flannel over a plain grey t shirt and black skinny jeans. He threw some booties at you.

“Cuff the bottom of your pants,” he said pointing to your ankles. You obliged with no argument before slipping into the boots.

Skipping down the trail to his bike, you slipped on the helmet he gave you and gripped onto his waist as you jolted away into the darkness.  

  Thistle House was booming with noise, as the music and people spilled out through every nook and cranny.  Fangs pulled the motorcycle to a halt. 

“You good?” he asked. 

“What?” you asked confused, and then it clicked. “Go find your man, Fangs.”

  He smiled and kissed your cheek with a big ‘MUAH!’ 

  Leaving you laughing, he trotted inside, you followed but on a different mission. Maybe you did like Sweet Pea, you just didnt realize it until someone called you out on it.  Wandering through the swarms of people, you craned through the different faces. Just looking for the familiar one you yearned for.  You stopped in the kitchen to grab some of the punch and take a shot. You know, for some liquid courage.  Suddenly, there were hands on your waist.  You smiled and turned, only for that smile to fall immediately.  Reggie Mantle had his hands resting on your hips as he peered down at you with an intoxicated smile.  

“I dont think we have actually had the pleasure of meeting.” he said.  You could feel his confidence oozing from him, when a hand appeared on his shoulder.  The silver rings glinting in the light of the chandelier.  Your heart skipped as Sweet Pea appeared.  Reggie turned and his face slipped.  

“Serpent,” he spat.

“Yeah, I wouldnt touch her if I were you.  She doesnt really like that.” Sweet Pea said towering over the jock.  

“pshh whatever take your girlfriend.” he said leaving.  

  You smiled up at him as he rubbed your head.  

“Glad you made it,” he said winking and picking up the bottle you had in front of you.  You put out an extra glass for yourself and he poured you a shot. You took it and made a sour face, making him laugh.  

“How do you take shots so easily?!” you exclaim as the vodka burned down your throat.  

“Youre doing it wrong. What you do is inhale. shot. exhale. Look!” he said pouring himself another one and demonstrating before pouring you another one.  Taking the shot in one hand you eyed him.  Inhale. And you shot it back before letting out the air.  It was so much smoother than before and he explained you literally blow out that alcohol taste which is what most people hate.  

“Makes sense.” You say as you feel the alcohol warm your veins.  

“Come on drunkey,” he said laughing at you as he took you to another crowded room, but this one had a couch, where you both sat and laughed as people acted like fools.

“Have you thought anymore about the serpents,” he asked.

“You already asked me that today.” you said looking over to him.  

He shrugged. “ I just think you would do well in the serpents.” 

“Excuse me party people!” Cheryl yelled over all the noise and interrupting your talk with Sweet Pea.  “I want to play a game! How about 7 minutes in heaven.”  She clapped her hands together.  It seemed that it was torn right down the middle, with some people loving this idea, but most groaning in protest. 

Your heart was racing as she scanned the room, when finally her finger landed on you. Your face turned bright red and you could feel Sweet pea tighten in his seat. But her finger kept moving after she called your name. Your eyes narrowed. What is her game, you thought to yourself.

She settled a few seats down, on Reggie.  Of course she did.  

“Ok you two, go go go.”Cheryl said taking both your hands and shoving you in a closet. You stood there in near darkness in silence.

“Well you don’t have to be so stiff. What’s your name?” He asked while placing a hand on your hip.

“Molly. Remove your hand. “ you said taking a step back.

“Oh come on, sweetness,” he said coming closer again.

“If you don’t back the fuck away from me,” you started but he cut you.

“What? You’re going to have your serpent boyfriend kick my ass? Newsflash we already fought. Ask him how that went.” He lunged forward for a kiss and as his lips pressed hard against yours, your knee presses hard against his groin. Making him double over in pain.

“I don’t need anyone to fight my battles for me. I can handle myself, dick!” Throwing open the door, everyone’s eyes fell on you and Reggie’s slumped body.

You took off running for outside where it felt like you could finally breathe. You leaned against sweet peas bike and took a sharp inhale in and out, when you heard footsteps approaching behind you. You turned to see Fang’s tilted head looking at you. Standing up straight as he approached.

“Hey killer, you alright?” He asked placing a hand on your back.

“Yeah,” you couldn’t help but feel the disappointment waft through you.

“What’s wrong,” he nudged.

“It’s nothing,” you said shrugging him off.

“Alright…….But you’re missing your chance!” He dragged it out as he turned slowly.

“I like sweet pea!” You shouted.

He put his hand on his cheek dramatically. “Nooooo.”

You shove him as he laughed.

“Do you want me to take you home?” He asks putting his arm around you.

“Yeah don’t think I really want to go back in there.” You say imagining Reggie still on his knees in pain.

He nods and hands you the helmet again.

You tossed and turned since you got home and laid down. Why could it not have been sweet pea she called on. What was the whole point of putting you with Reggie? It really didn’t matter you’re just thankful Fangs took you home. Your mom is working late shift at the hospital again so the house is extremely quiet. So quiet that when your phone buzzed you nearly jumped out of your skin. You turn to grab it off the night stand and see his name light up the screen.

SP: hey I’m outside

M: wait what?

SP: open the door!

You put your slippers on and slipped through the house. You can make out Sweet Peas silhouette through the glass door. He’s shifting side to side as you open the door only to see him standing there with a huge black eye.

“Sweet Pea What the hell happened?!” You shrieked reaching up to touch his face. He winced as you pressed a gentle hand to the bruise. Grabbing his hand and leading him inside, you set home down on the couch before grabbing a pack of frozen peas for his face.“What happened?!” You repeated. 

He shrugged.

 “No, what the hell happened?”you asked a third time.

“I beat up Reggie,” he said hanging his head.

“Why the hell would you do that,” folding your arms across you chest and eyeing him. He shrugged again.Approaching slowly, you lifted his head with your index finger and kissed his forehead.“Well thank you. But again you didn’t have to do that. I can manage.” You say while placing the bag on his face.He winced but didn’t make a sound.“Just please tell me he looks worse than you do?”

  He raises his eyes to yours and flashes a devilish grin and then nods.

“Good,” You say as he yawns. “Do you want to stay here tonight? You have to be gone before my mom gets home but I can make you a palette on the floor?”

“Yeah that would be awesome.” He nods while rubbing his eyes.

   You get up and he follows as you walk down the hall, stopping at the linen closet.

“Soooooo we have two extra blankets….” you say to him.

“It’s ok I can just go home.” He says.

“Or you can just sleep in the bed, with me?” You offer.

“Uhhhm, oh-okay, Yeah, that’s fine, we’re good, yeah.” He stammered.

“Oh come on like you’ve never slept in the same bed with fangs or Toni?” You tease while leading him into your bedroom.

“Yeah but-“ he cuts himself off.

  Kicking off your slippers you slid to the inside of the bed.  You eyed him as he was unmoved from the doorway. Sighing and rolling your eyes, you tap the bed.  He smiled and removed his jacket and boots. 

“Are you sure because I can just sleep on the floor?” he said as he stood at the edge of the bed.

“Get in the damn bed, Sweet Pea.” you said before turning towards the wall.  The mattress shifted with his weight, and you couldnt help but to admit, it felt nice to have him there with you.  

“Hey, Pea,” you said in the darkness. 

“Hmm,” he grumbled groggily. 

“Do you really think I would make a good serpent?” 

“The best serpent.” he said without hesitation. 

  You laid back and sighed, barely holding back a wild grin.  “Alright, Im in.”

HI thank you so much ;-; sooooo i’ve been thinking about this question the past couple of times i went in game, trying to figure out how to describe how i take pictures. for one thing i live in tab mode lmao. meaning you press the tab button on your keyboard to go into camera mode and get all these sexy angles and super zoom and stufffff. i almost always zoom in super far idk why. so there’s one tip. i honestly just play around with going up and down with the q and e keys (i think?) until i find angles i like. i take a lottttt of pictures with so many different angles just so i have a lot to choose from. basically i try to focus on different things in each picture in order to get a mix of the most diverse and dynamic shots possible. you just need to experiment and get creative. i know that’s the most vague advice ever but really just try a new angle that you’ve never considered before and i bet you’ll get cool results. an interesting setting is also the biggest factor, because certain objects and their placements will give you interesting results. 

i honestly want to print out your reaction pic to that one post and just hang it on my wall, put it in my heart locket necklace, stamp it on people's faces, start an email thread with it. i love it.

how do you get your sims' facial expressions to line up with your scenes? I feel like my sims' faces are never right :(

tbh i just use a lot of the same neutral poses...my go-to’s are @helgatisha‘s poses lol. they’re the easiest to work with when i do just plain talking scenes, and often i tweak my sims’ eyebrows and mouths with the liquify tool if i want them to look a bit more concerned, sad, mad, happy, etc., it works like a charm!! i also tend to play around with angles, you’d be surprised how much a different angle can enhance a scene.
