CATS APARTMENT AU HCS!!
Victoria is a ballerina and during one of her first performances once she moved into the apartment complex literally all the other cats showed up. One of like the other dancers was like “Yo who tf are all those people cheering for you specifically” and she was like “oh my neighbors :] !!!” meanwhile in the crowd it’s all of them but specifically Jemima being like “YEAHHHHHHH WHOOOOOO🗣️🗣️‼️‼️‼️💕”
Gus’s apartment is like kinda cluttered because he has a lot of stuff from his youth but jellylorum helps him keep it neat (yall gus makes me wanna cry I love that guy)
Munkustrap is such an upstanding neighbor. Like he is the PERFECT NEIGHBOR. The kinda guy to offer to help you with groceries when he sees you struggling while walking up the stairs. You’d never ever in your life have a noise complaint. And I know his apartment is like impeccably put together mostly for Jenny’s sake.
And then there’s his brother. His place is actually very clean. I don’t feel like it’s messy, BUT. IK he’s petty. Tugger not rude or anything but oh he’s petty. He and alonzo have the craziest beef because ONCE. ONE TIME alonzo was being just like a little loud when he was doing something. (I hc in this au to be like into music so probably that) and ever since then it was WAR. Everyone has just coped with it. They’re like two unstoppable forces there’s no end in sight
I feel like the exterior of the apartment is very beautiful actually, like they all one day pitched it and helped old D make it look better cause it was a decently old building for a while. And i fear it would’ve been after Macavity tried to burn the building down. and im making my jokey jokes but any angst writers that see a vision this is for yall
On a completely different note. YALL. CAN. NOT. TELL. ME. that my boy pouncival doesn’t have the room of your average early 2000s skater boy. I’m taking dirty socks, messy clothes, just random ass stuff all around his place. Like you walk in and you’re for sure slipping on a banana peel or something.
Also he just is a skater boy. Like he’ll try and do sick tricks on the railings on the outside of the building and it’s a miracle there’s been no casualties.
also my asks box is open if yall wanna send ur hcs cause i really wanna hear em :3

Unto Us a Child is Born
1 But there is no gloom upon her who is distressed, as when at first He humbled the land of Zeḇulun and the land of Naphtali, and afterward more heavily oppressed her, by the way of the sea, beyond the Yardĕn, in Galil of the nations.
2 The people who were walking in darkness have seen a great light; upon those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death a light has shone.
3 You shall increase the nation; You shall make its joy great. They shall rejoice before You, as in the joy of harvest, as men rejoice when they divide the spoil.
4 For You shall break the yoke of his burden and the staff of his shoulder, the rod of his oppressor, as in the day of Miḏyan.
5 For every boot of one trampling in tumult, and coat rolled in blood, shall be used for burning and fuel of fire.
6 For a Child shall be born unto us, a Son shall be given unto us, and the rule is on His shoulder. And His Name is called Wonder, Counsellor, Strong Ěl, Father of Continuity, Prince of Peace.
7 Of the increase of His rule and peace there is no end, upon the throne of Dawiḏ and over His reigna, to establish it and sustain it with right-ruling and with righteousness from now on, even forever. The ardour of יהוה of hosts does this.
8 יהוה sent a word against Ya‛aqoḇ, and it has fallen on Yisra’ĕl.
9 And the people shall know, all of them, Ephrayim and the inhabitant of Shomeron, who say in pride and greatness of heart:
10 “The bricks have fallen down, but we rebuild with hewn stones; the sycamores are cut down, but we replace them with cedars.”
11 And יהוה set up the adversaries of Retsin against him, and stirred up his enemies,
12 the Arameans before and the Philistines behind. And they devour Yisra’ĕl with an open mouth. With all this His displeasure has not turned back, and His hand is still stretched out.
13 And the people have not turned back to Him who smites them, nor have they sought יהוה of hosts.
14 And יהוה cuts off head and tail from Yisra’ĕl, palm branch and reed in one day.
15 Elder and highly respected, he is the head; the prophet who teaches falsehood, he is the tail.
16 For the leaders of this people lead them astraya, and those who are guided by them are swallowed up.
17 Therefore יהוה does not rejoice over their young men, and has no compassion on their fatherless and widows; for everyone is defiled and evil, and every mouth speaks foolishness. With all this His displeasure has not turned back, and His hand is still stretched out.
18 For wrongness burns as the fire; it consumes thornbushes and weeds, and sets the bushes of the forest ablaze, and they roll up like rising smoke.
19 The land shall be burned up by the wrath of יהוה of hosts, and the people be as fuel for the fire. A man shall not spare his brother,
20 and cut down on the right hand, but shall be hungry; and he devours on the left hand, but shall not be satisfied; each one devouring the flesh of his own arm:
21 Menashsheh Ephrayim, and Ephrayim Menashsheh; together they are against Yehuḏah. With all this His displeasure has not turned back, and His hand is still stretched out.

Elkanah and His Wives
1 And there was a certain man of Ramathayim Tsophim, of the mountains of Ephrayim, and his name was Elqanah son of Yeroḥam, son of Elihu, son of Tohu, son of Tsuph, an Ephrayimite.
2 And he had two wives, the name of one was Ḥannah, and the name of the other Peninnah. And Peninnah had children, but Ḥannah had no children.
3 Now this man went up from his city year by year to worship and to slaughter to יהוה of hosts in Shiloh. And the two sons of Ěli, Ḥophni and Pineḥas, the priests of יהוה, were there.
4 And when the day came for Elqanah to make an offering, he gave portions to Peninnah his wife and to all her sons and daughters,
5 but, although he loved Ḥannah, he gave only one portion to Ḥannah, because יהוה had shut up her womb.
6 Moreover, her rival also provoked her greatly, to make her irritable, because יהוה had shut up her womb.
7 And so he did, year by year. Whenever she went up to the House of יהוה, she was provoked, so that she wept and did not eat.
8 And her husband Elqanah said to her, “Ḥannah, why do you weep? Why do you not eat? And why is your heart sad? Am I not better to you than ten sons?”
9 And Ḥannah rose up after eating and drinking in Shiloh, while Ěli the priest was sitting on the seat by the doorpost of the Hĕḵal of יהוה.
10 And she was bitter in life, and prayed to יהוה and wept greatly.
11 And she made a vow and said, “O יהוה of hosts, if You would indeed look on the affliction of your female servant and remember me, and not forget your female servant, but shall give your female servant a male child, then I shall give him to יהוה all the days of his life, and let no razor come upon his head.”
12 And it came to be, as she kept on praying before יהוה, that Ěli was watching her mouth.
13 And Ḥannah spoke in her heart, only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard. So Ěli thought she was drunk.
14 Then Ěli said to her, “How long are you going to be drunk? Put your wine away from you!”
15 And Ḥannah answered and said, “No, my master, I am a woman pained in spirit. And I have drunk neither wine nor strong drink, but have poured out my being before יהוה.
16 “Do not take your female servant for a daughter of Beliya‛al, for it is out of my great concern and provocation that I have spoken until now.”
17 And Ěli answered and said, “Go in peace, and the Elohim of Yisra’ĕl give you your petition which you have asked of Him.”
18 And she said, “Let your female servant find favour in your eyes.” And the woman went her way and ate, and her face was no more sad.
19 And they rose up early in the morning and worshipped before יהוה, and returned and came to their house at Ramah. And Elqanah knew Ḥannah his wife, and יהוה remembered her.
20 And it came to be at the turn of days, that Ḥannah conceived and bore a son, and called his name Shemu’ĕl, “Because I have asked יהוה for him.”
21 And the man Elqanah and all his house went up to offer to יהוה the yearly slaughtering and his vow.
22 But Ḥannah did not go up, for she said to her husband, “When the child is weaned, then I shall take him. And he shall appear before יהוה and remain forever there.”
23 And her husband Elqanah said to her, “Do what is good in your eyes. Remain until you have weaned him. Only let יהוה establish His word.” And the woman remained and nursed her son until she had weaned him.
24 And when she had weaned him, she took him up with her, with three bulls, and one ĕphah of flour, and a skin of wine, and brought him to the House of יהוה in Shiloh. And the child was young.
25 And they slaughtered a bull, and brought the child to Ěli.
26 And she said, “O my master! As your being lives, my master, I am the woman who stood by you here, praying to יהוה.
27 “I prayed for this youth, and יהוה has granted me what I asked of Him.
28 “So I have also loaned him to יהוה. All the days that he lives he shall be loaned to יהוה.” And he worshipped there before יהוה.
