His name's is Ibere Nakamura. If you look for the post you can find the comparison pic
My understanding is he already denied the claim, according to this source:

Screenshot of the source is below the cut, jn case twitter is unavailable. Ibere Nakamura is clearly a gorgeous man, but a scanned computer render of his face would look different from Bi-Han.
I still think it's Stephen Oyoung.
From a technical standpoint, Nakamura is NOT in close physical proximity to Warner Bros/NRS studios. A quick glance shows he is Brazilian and Japanese and his management company is based in Italy. That would make it difficult for him to acquire and accept work contracts in the USA where the game was made. He also has no visible prior videogame or mocap experience.

Oyoung, on the other hand, already has a credit in the game ["kredit," Sektor, MK1.] He has already done motion capture, facial mocap, and sat for 3D face modeling for another major game studio IN Los Angeles where Warner Bros/NRS is headquartered. (Disney/Marvel Spider-Man, as Mr. Negative.) That means he has already done the type of work required to create an angry scary asian video game character, IN the same geolocation as NRS/WB (Disney lot and WB ranch lots are right next door.) WB/NRS would have needed that skillset at that location at that timeframe. AND He already would have been on set/cleared by security to enter the WB premises just for the VO sessions.

It is understandable if Oyoung does not look like his characters after the computer geometry scan/final render. Even Noah Fleder doesn't look like Kenshi to me, and he is 💯 Kenshi’s model, Konfirmed.
But what I'm seeing is similarities between the sculpts for Mr. Negative [Disney/Marvel] and the sculpts for Bi-Han [WB/NRS]. The 3D faces from the scan can look so different from the actors' faces that it can be near unrecognizable.

It would ALSO explain why there's no official kredit to Sub-Zero's face model. The imdb for this game is a clusterf*ck right now. Tony Chung is credited as Sub-Zero's face model for MK11 and we know he's also Scorpion's face in MK1. Both were a version of Kuai Liang. But in ONE game Kuai Liang is Scorpion and ONE game Kuai Liang is Sub-Zero. So it's easy for the folks at IMDB (who probably never played all these games) to assume that Sub-Zero's actor from the last game IS Sub-Zero from the current game, especially considering that there is ONE NUMBER DIFFERENCE between MK1 and MK11.
Ultimately, if Stephen Oyoung is the face of Bi-Han (Sub-Zero) in MK1, then it is between him, wb, nrs, imdb, his agent, and his management, to ensure that he gets properly credited for his work. And if an agent goes to imdb one day and sees he's kredited as Sektor on MK1, that agent might just check that "Ensure WB have Stephen credited in MK1" off their todo list. This is true ESPECIALLY if correcting imdb's listing means they have to fend off a sea of misinformed beardnecks who can't tell the difference between MK1 and MK11, or who have no idea how to explain the difference between SubScorp(Traditional) from SubScorp(Problematic).

Tony Chung also never to my knowledge claimed to be Bi-Han's (Sub-Zero's) MK1 model: Chung only claims to be Kuai Liang.
But it would be so easy to get misinformed by someone who misread an article. "Tony Chung was Sub-Zero and Scorpion in mortal kombat" is a true statement. But so were other actors, such as John Turk and all the actors who played Scorpion/Hanzo prior to Tony Chung's takeover in MK1. But of course Tony probably wasn't BOTH characters in the SAME release.
It's a headache for people who KNOW Midway Mortal Kombat lore and WB/NRS New Era MK1 lore to explain Sub-Zero, OR Kuai Liang, OR Bi-Han, OR Noob Saibot, OR Kuai Liang's Scorpion transformation to others in the know. Imagine trying to explain it to some office worker who doesn't play these games and doesn't care about them.

I imagine workers in the departments in charge of doing the kredits can make mistakes with that particular kredit easily.
Ultimately, I don't see Warner Brothers and Nether Realm Studios bothering to cast Stephen Oyoung, a highly accomplished ASIAN actor with Disney and MARVEL experience in martial arts MoCap purely for some cyborg effort noises. Not when he has *that face* and that experience with crafting a game character for a top competitor.
And not just any type of character - a terrifyingly powerful, charasmatic, murderous leader of an ancient ASIAN clan with top tier martial arts prowess. That's a tall order, and Stephen Oyoung fills it. He filled it in Spider-Man. And I think he filled it in Mortal Kombat, too.
I've been wrong in the past. We may never know for certain the identity of Bi-Han’s face model. For all I know, Stephen took one look at this dickcicle blog and told his agent "On second thought let's *not* announce that I was the face model for that guy." I wouldn't blame him.

But it could also be that he, like a lot of actors, game creators, mocap specialists, and other creatives, just have their hands full at the moment. The SAG-AFTRA strike is over and there's still a lack of protection for most of the VOs, mocap folk, game folk, and live streaming entertainers. It isn't impossible that he's not on great terms with the studios if he elected to speak out about some of the behind-the-scenes problems of the game-entertainment industry.
He may not even legally be in a position to ask them for kredit where kredit is due.
It's honestly the only explanation I can think of as to WHY the fuck we do not have a clear-ass answer for whose faces we're looking at in these damn games.

So, these are figures that released last year, all throughout 2023. I was just waiting to be able to justify shipping 20-30USD figures, by DHL... That kept going, until it was already too big of a shipment, and too expensive to justify at all! lol!

Most of these are Sasuke prize figures, the ones I don't have doubles on here, I already received in previous shipments. Or, I have still to ship. DX I am super happy with all these, and very excited to build the Sasuke model kit, despite it being entry grade. It looks very nice! I also got a few bath-bombs, because one has a Sasuke, and the others are so adorable, Sanrio characters I couldn't pass by! I did get a full set of the Naruto bath-bomb charters, but I had to get six, and got two of Sakura and Naruto! I wish I had gotten two Sasuke instead. I am also happy that World Box's body is a decent match for my Very Cool Miss Spetsnaz head sculpt. I hope the photos of that, don't send this to the dark side... like it matters. lol!

re: comic i just made. i was going to talk about my two concept art teachers and their differing views on AI art but it got too clunky.
basically the one who works in the industry is indifferent and just sees it as another tool, like kit/photobashing. he sees it as transformative enough, and says that it should be used as a springboard, not a replacement.
the one that works in academia is slightly disgusted at any kind of ai art. he sees it as stealing, but tentatively says it’s okay for inspiration. just don’t call it yours.
i think like with any new medium/tool/software, there are “low-effort” ways and there are “proper” ways. of course, that is subjective.
i personally think it’s nice that people who normally cannot draw, disabled or otherwise, can use tools like stable diffusion to express themselves.
i don’t think AI is going to “replace” industry artists. out of hundreds of job postings for digital artists (2D, 3D, technical, teaching, etc) i have seen and have been painfully applying to (in California’s Silicon Valley/Bay Area, Los Angeles area, remote work based in the USA, and throughout Sweden)… only one (1) asks for familiarity with AI and an open mind to “incorporate into your workflow” because it was from an AI model-making startup.
even with how advanced AI image gen is becoming, since the copyright issues around them are unsettled and it’s controversial, companies are not going all-in on them. they still want human artists.
of course, i don’t really like how it is monetized. but i also don’t like how Adobe monetizes Photoshop and Illustrator and all its other products. In fact, i fucking hate it!
obviously, the software itself is not the issue, photoshop as a tool isn’t evil to use. same with Stable Diffusion—which, by the way, you can run on your computer locally, if you have the processing power.

The BMW Group is commencing production of its BMW iX5 Hydrogen model. Manufacture of the small-series hydrogen-powered vehicle is taking place in the pilot plant at its Munich Research and Innovation Centre (FIZ). The first ever Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV) featuring hydrogen fuel cell technology has already completed an intensive programme of testing under demanding conditions during the development phase and will now be used as a technology demonstrator for locally carbon-free mobility in selected regions from spring 2023.
“Hydrogen is a versatile energy source that has a key role to play as we progress towards climate neutrality,” says Frank Weber, Member of the Board of Management of BMW AG responsible for Development. “We are certain that hydrogen is set to gain significantly in importance for individual mobility and therefore consider a mixture of battery and fuel cell electric drive systems to be a sensible approach in the long term. Fuel cells don’t require any critical raw materials such as cobalt, lithium or nickel either, so by investing in this type of drive system we are also strengthening the geopolitical resilience of the BMW Group. Our BMW iX5 Hydrogen test fleet will allow us to gain new and valuable insights, enabling us to present customers with an attractive product range once the hydrogen economy becomes a widespread reality.”
The BMW iX5 Hydrogen is being built in the BMW Group’s pilot plant at its Research and Innovation Centre in Munich. This is the interface between development and production where every new model from one of the company’s brands is made for the first time. Around 900 people work there in the body shop, assembly, model engineering, concept vehicle construction and additive manufacturing. They each work on up to six vehicle projects simultaneously and are tasked with ensuring that both the product and the manufacturing process are ready for series production. In the case of the BMW iX5 Hydrogen, specialists in hydrogen technology, vehicle development and initial assembly of new models have been working closely together to integrate the cutting-edge drive and energy storage technology.
“Production of the BMW iX5 Hydrogen and the BMW-developed fuel cell systems demonstrates our supreme flexibility and unrivalled know-how in the field of small-scale manufacture,” remarks Milan Nedeljković, Member of the Board of Management of BMW AG responsible for Production. “It shows we already boast the necessary expertise for integrating hydrogen technology into the BMW iFACTORY production system as an additional type of drive.”
BMW Group Plant Spartanburg in the USA supplies the base vehicles for the hydrogen model, which has been developed on the platform of the BMW X5. They are fitted with a new floor assembly in the pilot plant’s body shop that makes it possible to accommodate the two hydrogen tanks in the centre tunnel and under the rear seat unit. The model-specific 12V and 400V electrical systems, high-performance battery, electric motor and fuel cell are all integrated during the assembly stage, alongside standard production parts. Positioned in the rear axle area together with the high-performance battery, the electric motor is a product of the current, fifth-generation BMW eDrive technology also employed in battery electric and plug-in hybrid models from BMW. The fuel cell systems located under the bonnet of the BMW iX5 Hydrogen have been manufactured at BMW’s in-house competence centre for hydrogen in Garching to the north of Munich since August this year.
Numerous components are produced exclusively for the hydrogen-powered SAV, including some made at the Additive Manufacturing Campus – the BMW Group’s competence centre for 3D printing – which also forms part of the pilot plant. The BMW iX5 Hydrogen passes through all the customary stages of production, starting at the body shop then proceeding to the paint shop and assembly before ending with a final inspection of each individual vehicle. Following this, every vehicle undergoes a comprehensive operational check at the BMW Group’s test centre in Aschheim.
The BMW iX5 Hydrogen combines all the benefits of a locally emission-free drive system with outstanding everyday usability and long-distance capabilities. This makes its hydrogen fuel cell technology an attractive complementary alternative to the battery electric drive system. This is especially true for customers for whom short refuelling stops and long ranges are a must, as well as for regions still lacking an adequate charging infrastructure.
