Vito’s dream apartment

Hi, my fellow simmers! ♡

Today I'm sharing Vito's dream apartment that I've decorated in The Sims 4 for my friend Vito. It has a lot of his personality and design ideas in it. This apartment is inspired by historic central European buildings so I wanted to honor that by combining modern and rustic furniture with the beautiful tall paneled walls.

If you have a sim who studied law, but he ends up working as a creative person, who likes to travel the world, create music, watch a bunch of good movies, who likes to play hide and seek with himself, and who is a bit peculiar on the best possible way, then this is the apartment for you!

If you want to change my original walls or wallpapers, for everything to stay in the place you need to install the Better BuildBuy mod from the Twisted Mexi and turn on deletion protection as an option in BBB's filter panel. Turn it on while necessary and turn it back off immediately after.

P.S some of these sets are behind the paywall. It’s your decision whether or not you’re going to support the creator but please be kind.

I moved this sim into 920 Medina Studios in the arts quarter, her name is Alexandra. I won't bother showing the apartment because I had no inspiration for it and it's not very good! But at least I actually finished doing the makeover for it which is another thing I usually always fail 👍

920 Medina Studios

Another Medina Studios apartment renovation complete!

Theodora Diaz made herself right at home in The Arts Quarter after moving to San Myshuno. After rocking out to the early hours of the morning with her band Boobasnot every night, Theo comes home and hangs out with her neighbor and bestie Salim (if she doesn't bring home a lady friend).

I want all of the apartments in the building to be cohesive, so I made the bones of this place identical to Apartment 910, but with a few upgrades, like a powder room and a washer/dryer, since it was a bit bigger. I can totally see Salim coming over and having a few beers and hanging with Theo while he washes a ton of laundry because he's too lazy to bring it to the laundromat.

I didn't go too overboard with the furnishings and decor, at least I don't think so. Theo has a couple hundred Simoleons to her name, but this is NOT a starter apartment, because I laid in the essentials before going into Live Mode.

Aside from the neon WooHoo sign appropriately placed above the bed, I think the coolest thing about renovating this apartment is that when I was play testing, I didn't even have to force Theo and Salim come together, they just did it autonomously and hit it off right away!

I'm excited to work on Apartment 930 and finish out the building soon!

The apartment is in a loft style, clean and calm. It has one bedroom and a tiny baby room. I didn’t placed the a door at baby room that your sims have couple flat and later than the have a wish for a baby you can add the room.

Some windows I have changed, replaced or added with the TOOL mod. I used these windows for it: X. You do not know how to do this? No problem, I have picked out a tutorial for you here.

Today I’m sharing with you the apartment in a rich gold tone. Since I'm constantly building I wanted to try a color scheme I've never used before so I played with different wood tones and warm colors mixed with some golden metals.

This is a 920 Medina studios apartment in San Myshuno (The Sims 4 City living). It has one bedroom, a kitchen, a dining room, an open closet, and a bathroom.
