Why do I feel like the rest of AvA VI is not going to be as simple as "teaching Second to use his powers" and more of "teaching Second to use his powers, but he's too horrified of them because he literally killed someone with them even if they were evil, and he could risk putting his own friends in danger as well as the enemy, BUT he can't just create living drawings either because he realized that they are sentient and feel pain and fear and such, putting him in a rock and a hard place about what to do" with it referencing how Alan did not see Victim (and his successors) as a living breathing beings and tying into what I believe the theme is of about how lives are too precious to be tortured or killed, Today in this essay I shall

Oh lord, I have done an art again, check the weather for flying pigs.

Anyway, with the new animator vs animation VI that's come out, I have once again begun making wild theories about future parts, and that wild imagination led me back to a classic for this fandom. Stick Alan.

Now, a lot of people color them purple, or black, or whatever, but have you considered... white? like the cursor/canvas? He would be difficult to see on a canvas of course, but honestly I think that adds to the humor of it.

Unlike his creations, he has absolutely no fighting capabilities whatsoever, an absolute wuss, but he is still one hell of an animator. So, he has that going for him at least.

Hopefully, whatever caused this (probably Victim), can also fix it. Alan really just wants to go home.

I don't know if anybody else has pointed this out, but I just noticed something about AvA 6, more specifically about the trailer.

Last night I decided to rewatch the trailer, really just for the heck of it, but mostly to see the sneak-peek scenes again but now with context. Y'know, you got it starting off with drawing a black hollow-head, then clips to a scene about Chosen. Back again to the drawing, and then another two clips of Chosen. Drawing, Chosen, plus a few shots from The Showdown including the Color Gang and Dark. But then we get here.

You can't see the name Alan/Noogai is typing.

My sister - who got me into the fandom, bless her soul - was sitting right next to me and I pointed the same out to her, and she immediately looked up both AvA 1 and 2 to compare.

And sure enough

First notable differences are that the sticks just downright don't look the same, but also, the pop-up window to name the symbol is directly above Chosen's head, but a bit off to the right above Victim, just like in the trailer.

So if there was still any confusion about who this guy is

I think this'll clear that up.

TBH, not a fan of Purple and King Orange making a major appearance in AvA for the upcoming battle ahead

I'm sure they can appear in other ways like visiting the Gang for fun (which I hope an AvM episode does do and not just in an Actual Short), or just a small cameo with AvA, but I thought the whole point of their characters is that they're at peace now without getting involved in any major conflicts after everything that happened to them and also Season 3 of AvM, so them having a major role in AvA 6 is a big no no in my book :P

I did the Exterior design for the Dinostop set in the Mitchells vs the Machines. It was a challenging assignment as the set had already gone through multiple artists before it landed on my desk. My Final version is influenced heavily by an earlier version done by my boss, Production Designer (and genius) Lindsey Olivares, as well as by the hilarious story boards from Head of Story Guillermo Martinez. The Director, Mike Rianda  as constantly pushing me to exaggerate the Dino designs to make sure they retained the comedic impact of the Boards. Its amazing how much back and forth there was to make sure this set was stupid as fuck. Had a blast doing this full painting as well as all of the bits and pieces.

A continuation of my Stick!Alan idea.

With the chosen one and the color gang out of the way, Victim was able to get to his true target. Using their highly advanced technology and vast corporate resources and planning, they brought the animator himself into the stick world, leaving him at their mercy. Although, it turns out his plans after all that were rather... basic. Just a dumb comic strip for this dumb idea. honestly with how the series has been going lately, I wouldn't put it past Alan to pull this kinda move.
