Hi, Micke here, I'm alive and I'm trying to pull through daily life the best I can. During the past few years I haven't been that well and I have felt it was important to take a much needed brake from D 0 4 0. Since then I have focused my energy on other music projects such as Nova Blast and Happyhour and most recently joining Offerstigen. Meanwhile Anna has continued with Tropical Vampire and Body & guts. D 0 4 0 is very personal and demanding for me since I bring up my emotions in other ways which I do not in other bands.            Anna and I have discussed much about the future and whether or not we will continue. We decided that we do wish to continue but the question is rather then when I feel ready to do so. My best friend passed away at the beginning of last year and since then I have not be able to write anything for D 0 4 0 that I have feel proud of. Before that myself and Anna made a few demo songs. Unfortunately then my computer crashed and therefore lost all of the original files. Those wav-files I did manage to save we felt content with and thought that they should be released.  

I dedicate these songs to my best friend, Hero. Today marks the one year anniversary of Heros death, who passed away the 13/03/18.

We thank you. Without you we would be nothing.
