Peters believes his Dadneto is amazing and idolizes his Magneto persona. Magneto is dramatic and shit and every time he wears a cape a wind comes in to have it flap. So, Peter grapes a blanket and makes a makeshift and helmet. Being all the dramatic.

Erik, it brings a tears to his eyes.

Dadneto headcanons pt.2

Writers note: Man i love Oblivious Erik. He’s so smart but yet so oblivious.

There are bets going around on who will break first.

Either Erik is gonna find out or Peter is going to tell.

They all try to tell Erik in a non obvious way. It doesn’t work.

“Hey Erik, you know Peter was born today like 19 years ago? Btw what were you doing 19 years and 9 months ago?”

Erik just rolls his eyes and snorts. 

Erik calls Peter “kid”. 

When Erik first called Peter that Peter legitimately froze.

He was walking away from him and just “Alright see you later kid,” and Peter just stopped walking.

Charles sends them on missions together in which they have to play father and son.

Peter curses at him internally. 

Charles is all smug about it.

Erik (finally) gets suspicious.

Yet he doesn’t want to put Peter on the spot.

So he pretends to be clueless.

Erik isnt that suspicious hes just like: Lmao would be funny if I’m Peters actual dad you know? I mean it’s possible coz Magda. Right Charles?

Charles breathing in deeply: Yeah. So funny.

First Class Headcanon

Training with Pietro is the best way to increase your speed and stamina. Pietro can beat everyone and Erik tells everyone he trained with his son to really get into shape. Its like Rocky's chasing the chicken, but with his son.

So, Charles one day decides to race Pietro and Charles wanting Pietro to vary his speeds and focus on control; they do this for hours. This why in the Soviet Union, Charles can so easily follow Erik to the Russian general's mansion.

By the end, Charles is out of breath, sweating, and just exhausted; he takes a nap on the grass and Pietro collapses on his chest and decides to sleep with him. Very cute images all around.

Erik comes to find them with water bottle, pleasantly surprised to find the two of them and thinks I might just pour some water on his head to wake him up. Charles says don't you dare. Erik picks up his sohn and gives Charles a hand to help him up, before handing him water. Erik has gotten a could ice bath ready and afterwards he's going to give him a massage.

Dadneto Headcanon!

During Hanukah, due to Erik's travels all over Europe and the world, he's collected coinages from different countries. For reference sake the Euro wasn't implemented until 1999. So when Erik plays dreidel with his sohn they play with the money instead of chocolate gelt. Pietro is snuggled up against Erik's chest and his dadneto lays his head on top of his as they play together.

Erik and Peter making Halvah, which a sweet Confection made from tahini (ground sesame paste think peanut butter), sugar, water, and honey. It can have any number of mix-ins like pine nuts, pistachio, chocolate, dried fruits, zests, or spices like cinnamon or cardamom. Its a dense flaky fudge candy that's nutty.

Peter doesn't get halvah all that often, so when Hanukkah and Purim rolls around that he gets it; oh he gets so darn excited b/c he can't find it anywhere and only Erik makes it for him. Erik shares this little moments with his sohn as they get to stay in one place for the holiday.

Nothing is so wholesome than Erik and Peter bonding over food, making it, Erik teaching him all the techniques for breadmaking, jams and sauce making, Preserving, smoking, cuts of animals, seasonality of vegetables and fruits, flavor pairings, herbs and spices, making stock and broth, knife skills etc.

When Erik found out Peter can't cook unless its out of box. Like an anime sweat bead came down his face and his forehead had the red impression of a facepalm. Erik made it mission to teach his sohn how to cook.

All the while Charles is like 'I like this arrangement! I get good food out this!' and he gets to watch Erik and Peter bond with one another; which a nice thing to feel with his telepathy.

Any time that Erik and Peter are in the same room together. Erik goes out of his way to get a small touch from his child; to connect with him. Touch is so important to Erik. Underneath that hard shell he is so soft and caring; he loves his family so much.

Dadneto headcanon!

Ok, with fall and winter coming, Erik notices that Peter isn't well prepared to run in the winter. Despite his mutation Peter isn't immune to the cold and his very flashy clothes are thin. So Erik takes it upon himself to get Peter nice warm woolen socks, heavy duty trail boots and goose-down sliver jackets. When Peter comes back from mission in the bitter cold, Erik always has several cups of hot chocolate waiting for him to warm him up and drapes a blanket over his shoulders and has the fireplace going. His son will be warm and comfortable and safe! Dadneto is a papa wolf! And he will protect his own!

Dadneto Headcanon,

Erik doesn't allow Peter or Charles to be cold. So he always wraps a blanket or gets them their jackets. He loves and cares for his family so much. Or if Peter has a mission in a colder climate and he's on the mission as well; Yes the X-Men do have cold weather gear/ versions of their uniforms. Erik will take off his cape and make a blanket out of it to keep his sohn warm.
