Unforeseen turn of events - The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy is required reading for my sci-fi class and I was having a hard time reading because I’ve been exhausted so I watched the 2005 film and oh my god. Now I am hyperfixated on h2g2 and have joined a niche fandom. I also wanna read the other books. I’m so normal guys (the autism is taking over)

Edit: Yes, I know the movie is not accurate or that good for referencing characters. That was NOT the intention. I enjoyed the movie but in no way was I expecting accuracy. It merely sparked my new obsession with the book (I was having trouble getting into it bc my brains been fried and words are hard). Genuinely I just needed to be able to picture the Vogons. I liked the movie bc I like silly sci-fi things. If anyone knows where I can find the tv show for free or the radio show PLEASE feel free to tell me. I promise I’m not some gullible idiot who thinks the movie is accurate, I am in fact reading the book (I’m on chapter 8) so I know it is not
