So, um, I don't actually have five fics written in 2022 up on my AO3 at the moment. I did finish a fic in the last 2 weeks of 2021 though so I'll just chuck it in.
Bluebeard (34,850 words) | Complete
Secrets, old and new, threaten to shake the very foundations of Draco's fragile new life in the 1940s.
This was the sequel to the Travelling Cabinet which I told every commenter I wasn't going to write and then went ahead and wrote anyway. Very much in reference to the Bluebeard fairytale, only instead of dead wives it's dead... everyone else 🤣
Definitely was a bit of a challenge—in relationship conflict, morality and emotional complexity. I rewrote the last 10k... many times. It also kinda has a plot 😲
Blood (8,216 words) | Complete
Outside, the world burns. But Draco isn’t watching.
Dipped my toes into heavier angst with this fic as all my previous works are predominately light-hearted, even if they have serious elements. I intended it to be Dracomort but it ended up gen to preslash at most because anything else didn't feel right.
Alley Cat (31,707 words) | WIP
In which Draco attends Hogwarts with Tom Riddle and inadvertently saves the world.
This is my current WIP, a Draco & Tom same age AU. Fun fact: this actually started as a fem!Tom fic lol, but it felt like too many twists away from canon to serve any particular point, so I figured it had to either be Abraxas/Fem!Tom or Draco/Tom generation mash.
A Generous Minute (6,975 words) | Complete
Abraxas Malfoy is in love with himself. Tom Riddle is planning a murder. Possibly ten.
Or: when one walking red flag meets another
My one fic without Draco (so far). Named for Abraxas's impressive bedroom performance, of course. Had a lot of fun writing Brax here in all of his oblivious, unredeemed narcissism. Probably would've killed him off if that wouldn't have consequently led to erasing Draco's future existence.
Edible Horcruxes (2,913 words) | Complete
Poor decisions from meddlesome grandfathers leave Lord Voldemort acting as nanny for Draco Malfoy, a cherubic baby with a taste for dark artefacts.
Technically published in 2021 but who's counting? Another gen baby-focused fic entirely written because I wanted to write baby Draco chewing on the Locket Horcrux.

Hmmm honestly, I can't promise to actually release any of my WIPs. However, these are the most recent projects I've been working on:
Secret Garden AU | Tom Riddle & Draco Malfoy
Tom as Mary and Draco as Colin (except they aren't cousins).
Vampire AU | Draco Malfoy/Harry Potter
Harry is a seventeen-year-old vampire pretending to be seven-hundred. Draco is a would-be victim who thinks his blood is too expensive to be spilt.
The Travelling Cabinet III | Tom Riddle/Draco Malfoy
Tom and Draco go on a camping trip in Albania. Septimus and Cedrella tag along. Not especially plot heavy. Inspired by a commenter on Bluebeard.
Pinocchio | Voldemort/Draco Malfoy, Tom Riddle/Draco Malfoy
Set in the early 2000s in a Britain that has been conquered by Voldemort. Features Horcrux!Tom, Death Eater!Draco and a Voldemort who has gone missing without a trace.
I WISH I could write this fic but it just does not want to be written lol. POV issues, for the most part, as well as it being heavier on plot than I typically write. I might get stuck into it in the new year before my grad job starts but I'll probably be writing Alley Cat or the TTC sequel then.
3 Improvements
Writing emotions - when I wrote the last chapter of Bluebeard I realised that I was tackling several emotions that I'd never written before. When left to my own devices I tend to write detached or callous POVs, which is helpful in certain cases (Tom's POV in The Travelling Cabinet or Draco's in Blood) but not in this one.
Completing work - I've been putting a concentrated effort into finishing my work, something I've struggled with in the past. Am easily distracted by shiny new plot bunnies 🐰
Writing consistently - needs no elaboration.
2 Resolutions
Cure my white room syndrome - I tend to be a very economical writer and while I don't see myself ever changing that much, I should like to put more effort into scenery description going forward
Write Drarry - given the amount of this ship that I've read over the past few years, you'd think I'd manage to write for it but that has not been the case lol

All of Gallifrey knows that their Supreme Leader does not want to live. Romana's recording when she leaves them to believe she's died, and has in fact gone home, comes as little surprise; the calm in her voice as she speaks of her own death. The longing. She's long since stopped avoiding attempts on her life. The Chancellery Guard knows there's as much chance of coming upon her dead by her own hand as there is of it being an assassination. She has never been long for this world.
The first time — the only time, because the other was Trey, far too warm for a Time Lord and too solid for a Matrix projection — Narvin kisses her is the moment he, himself, realized this. She will not look him in the eye, only stares blankly down at her hands in her lap, burned and scraped from a thermal explosion she had knowingly walked into. She claimed that the safeguards in place were enough, that she could not hide herself away out of fear, but. But, but, but. Narvin knows better. He knows her well by now. He can see it all over her.
He sits down carefully beside her on the medical cot, haltingly reaches out to grab her hand to stop her picking at fresh scabs. If he simply... doesn't let go, after, there's no one who would dare comment on it. She still won't look at him. She barely even seems awake. Hardly seems alive, though he knows she is, sees her chest rise and fall as she breathes and feels the double-pulse in her wrist.
"Did you want to die?" He asks, quietly, when there's no one else in earshot. The Supreme Leader prefers to be left alone in these aftermaths, everyone knows it. They also know that her Chancellor is the one person who is exempt. Narvin, however, knows that her best friend would be, too, were that friend here. He thinks he is not enough for this; he tries anyway.
Romana sighs. "Narvin-"
"Not today," he adds, only after she's already spoken. "Not now. Did you want... did you wish to die, on Etra Prime?"
Romana's head whips up, turns to look at him with wide, icy eyes that he would describe as terrified, were he willing to admit to that in her. She looks suddenly stunned, overwhelmed and younger than he's ever seen her. By twenty years, he thinks bitterly.
Narvin has never known Romana aside from the Daleks. Very few, anymore, have. Brax had, of course, but Brax is gone. As is the version of Romanadvoratrelundar who had existed before the Daleks and twenty years imprisoned. He knows she'd been called the Ice Maiden at the Academy, but can't help thinking that she must be colder now than she was even then. There's a part of him that wishes for contrast, and another part that's terrified that he would not know her at all. Vansell had been Coordinator when she was freed, Narvin still stuck working his way up the ranks. He'd never met her before she was this. If Etra Prime had never happened, would they be here, now? Would a Romana without the Daleks be his Romana?
These are questions Narvin cannot answer and will not ask. The one he has hangs trembling in the air, even as Romana seems to go more still than he's ever seen her, except for times she was unconscious. On some kind of wild instinct perhaps learned from time spent with Leela, Narvin squeezes her hand. Romana blinks, finally, breathes again and Narvin feels like he can breathe again with her. They're both staunchly avoiding any kind of touch telepathy. This is a moment for words spoken and respect; there's a buzz where their skin touches, though maybe Narvin is imagining it.
Romana slumps further, already downtrodden posture falling into something sharply angled yet far too soft all at once, robes adding an uncanny contour that makes her look, overall, like something broken. Maybe she is. Maybe she always has been. It terrifies Narvin to follow that train of thinking. What, he has to ask then, is holding her together? What, if anything, is capable of mending her? He is afraid, though it's presumptuous even to conceive of, that in some way, the answer is him. He's afraid of the fact that he hopes it.
"Yes," Romana finally says, voice barely a whisper. She hasn't returned his grip on her hand, but she's folded up and leaning against him, weight barely noticeable. They're completely alone now. Everyone else has figured out that this is a private moment, even if one not intended for, and left them. Romana's hands are cold. "I wanted to die rather than stay there. I wanted to live, though, more. Live... free. Home. Being there was like being dead, itself, in a way." Her voice is unsteady, shaking slightly with how hard she is fighting to hold herself together. It was easier, with Leela to help. Now neither of them knows what they're doing.
Narvin nods, with enough force that even if she is not looking at him — he isn't looking at her, he will give her this dignity — she can feel it telegraphed through where they touch. "Is it like that here?" He asks next, his voice lowered as well. "Is this... like being dead?"
"It feels it," Romana whispers. "Sometimes."
"I can't claim to understand," Narvin tells her, "I can't imagine-" he sucks in a breath. "Romana," he says, her name gentle on his tongue. When she looks at him, eyes tired and hollow, he says, "I can help you suffer." He doesn't know what comes over him in that moment, only that it's overwhelming. Leela could name it, were she there, but now... but now it is only him, and Romana, and all that he knows is that neither of them can be alone and he would do anything to keep it this way.
Romana shakes her head sorrowfully. "No," she says.
"I can give you reasons not to die."
She scoffs, utterly humorless. "Like?"
Narvin looks into her face, at her mussed hair and residue from the explosion clinging to patches of her skin. In this moment, as in a great many that he is holding close to his chest, Romana is the most important thing — the only thing — in the world. This one, or any other. She may not wish to live but he can't conceive of her dying. He doesn't have or won't use a word for this.
Instead, in this moment of sorrow and vulnerability, without hope or plan, and with far more courage — perhaps simply far more need, in the end — than the kind of man he knows he is, Narvin leans over and, hand hovering just above her jaw but not quite touching, kisses her. The surprising part, the little bit of light where the grace is, is that she doesn't immediately recoil. That, in fact, after half a heartsbeat's hesitation, she actually kisses back. The faint buzz, of restrained touch telepathy and something that might be love, or the beginnings of both or either of those things, grows. It's only a few seconds, seconds that they count and compile on instinct, but it's enough.
"I'm sorry-" Narvin begins as soon as there's distance, though not much, between them, and Romana shakes her head. The ends of her hair swish in the small space between their bodies.
"That's a reason," she says softly in that quiet space.
"Is it?" He asks, barely breathing for wanting. What he wants, he isn't sure. There is nothing in his extensive training for this.
She nods. They are leaned so close together that their foreheads are almost touching. She has still not let him in her head. Narvin thinks that he would rather she doesn't. He doesn't need to know her pain that intimately. Not when he can know it out loud, when she has allowed him this. He doesn't think he wants to know a Romana he's never met.
"Narvin," she says eventually, when the only sound is their breathing. "...Chancellor," she begins again, the formality straightening her up, though there's still confusion and exhaustion unhidden in her eyes. This is how it has to be. "Will you walk me to my rooms?"
Narvin has still not, through this all, let go of her hand. He isn't even sure he knows how to let go of her anymore. "I will."

It’s raining again. 
You actually don’t mind. You’d been busy all week, and the weather gives you the perfect excuse to stay in and do exactly what you’d been wanting to do for this weekend. Namely, chilling with some shows and movies, and a few well-deserved snacks. 
Sunday afternoon finds you preparing yourself something hot to drink and digging out the snacks from the cupboards. You bring everything into your bedroom and place it carefully on the bed, before sliding under the throw for extra comfort. You bend to the side to reach for the remote control lying on the side table and switch on the TV. You press on another button that sends you to your Netflix account and start browsing through your favorite actor’s filmography. 
After a few minutes, you take a sip from the mug and tap the remote against your chin, still unsure of what to choose first. You’d already seen all of it, so the choice isn’t that easy. Should you start with a show? But which one? 
“Come on, Darlin’. You know you wanna look at me.” 
Shane Walsh sits at the foot of your bed and winks at you smugly.
He isn’t wrong. Shane is always hot to watch. 
“You really think you’re gonna get chosen just ‘cause you got no shame in walkin’ ‘round half naked, Bud? 
Frank Castle leans against the bedroom door, one leg crossed over the other, and wearing a sarcastic smirk.
“Oh, fuck off. You’re one to talk. Doin’ pull-ups in just jeans,'' Shane snipes back with a derisive snort. 
“That was one time.”
One time you sure aren’t forgetting about, you think as you watch both men going back and forth. 
“Don’t listen to them, Sweetheart. Didn’t you say you wanted to see me again anyway?” Sam Rossi says from next to you, leaning back against the headboard and smiling softly at you. 
True. Maybe you should watch a movie instead of a show. You’d missed the beard and curls. 
Curls… 
Out of the corner of your eyes, you notice someone on the windowsill, and find The Mute sitting there. His sword spins between his hands as he watches you intently, the metal of the weapon gleaming in the light of the TV. 
You bite your lip as you sigh. You had wanted to watch that one again as well. 
“Who invited Mister Silence, here? You’re pushing the silent, brooding character thing a bit far, man.” Braxton Wolff walks out from the side of the bed, his long coat billowing behind him, before he stops and winks at you. “I know you watched that shushing scene over and over again, gorgeous.” He leans over you and grins devilishly. “Should I repeat it here?”
“Sweetheart, please don’t tell me that you like that kinda sleaze?” Frank grumbles as he watches with distaste as Braxton undresses you with his eyes.
“Gotta agree with Grumpy pants,” Shane concurs, slapping Brax’s hand away as he wants to touch your thigh. 
“You calling me a sleaze just because I’m well-dressed? At least I have taste,” Brax sneers as he gives Shane’s cargo pants and blue shirt a once over, before lifting an eyebrow at Frank’s combat boots. 
The Mute only scoffs and rolls his eyes as he shakes his head. He gives you a small smile, however. 
“He doesn’t look very trustworthy,” Sam comments, mouth twisted unhappily at Brax’s behavior. 
“What are you all yappin’ about clothes for, huh? Anyone of you got a nice car?” Griff stands at your dresser, one arm resting over it and watching everyone over his dark sunglasses as he chews on his gum. “I’d take you on one hell of a ride, Baby,” he grins at you and pops the bubble he just blew with the gum. 
“Why would we go for you? You’re only in the movie for five minutes,” BJ snorts, sitting on the chair next to the dresser, and throws you a grin that you return eagerly. 
“Fuck you, man. It’s more than five minutes. And it’s not quantity, but quality that counts.” 
“Sure, tell yourself that, pal.”
“Yeah, cause you’d know everything about quality, right, BJ,” Griff scoffs, adjusting his glasses. 
“I sure do.” 
“You all done with your dick-measuring contest over there?” Terrance Swaino huffs, stroking his finger through his hair from where he’s sitting across from Shane. “We’re no closer to choosing than before.”
You open your mouth, about to comment about how, technically, they can measure all they want but that they’re all the same size, but maybe now isn’t the time.
“So… what’s it gonna be, Sweetheart?” Frank asks kindly, approaching you slowly and ignoring Brax’s snide remarks. 
You blink at him, entranced by his deep voice. 
“Yeah? Who’re gonna choose?” 
You stare at Shane, at the pendant peeking out of his shirt. 
“You deserve something that will make you feel good,” Sam practically whispers into your ear. 
Your eyes find the Mute, the sword having stopped spinning as the man watches you expectantly. You swallow and lick your lips. 
“Shh, shh, shh. No rash decisions,” Brax croons with a smirk. 
“What will it be?” They all intone at the same time, their voices overlapping, new characters appearing suddenly: Ethan Sawyer, Daniel James, Grady Travis, Joe Teague, and others,  until it’s just one, single voice. 
“I’d be honored to have you watch anything with me.” Jon Bernthal walks up to you as he smiles brightly, Bam Bam at his side. 
He sits down next to you, while his dog jumps up and lies between the two of you. Jon extends his hand, requesting the remote from you. Your hand touches his and-
You jerk awake to your empty, dark bedroom, that is only illuminated by the light from the TV, where Netflix is still displayed on. You squint against the brightness of the screen and reach for the bedside lamp to turn it on. Letting yourself fall back on the pillows and pushing away a bag of potato chips, you stare at the ceiling unseeingly. Glancing back at the TV, you laugh to yourself. You still don’t know what to watch, but it has been one hell of a dream.

April, I love you dearly, but dammit when you worm your way into my dreams, shit gets weird. You had ended up the next showrunner of New Who, and so of course Brax finally made an appearance. However, so did cows. Like... every scene, somewhere in the background, there were unexplained cows. No one commented on them. They acted as though they weren't even there, despite them very much being real. Like I said: weird. 😂
That sounds absolutely like something I would do if I was showrunner haha! I would even bring my own cows along to save money. 😂
Though, now you have me intrigued on what story I was writing involving Brax and cows. I can only imagine it be amusing!

An Agreement between Commanders on Omega.
They didn’t meet on either of their ships. They both wanted neutral ground. Neutral ground allowed them to talk to each other without either of their teams thinking that one had more power than the other. It was more important for their crew, because both crews believed they had the advantage.
It was on Omega. Shepard had been on Omega many times before, she knew Aria Tolok, she knew how Omega worked, and more than all of that, Aria owed her. The problem was that Aria also owed Abigail. The reasoning was different. Why Aria owed Abigail was very different then why Aria owed Commander Shepard, but the point stood that Aria owed both of them. Abigail had also spent some time on Omega, and she had the support of the people. She had the emotions of the people on Omega. The people would fight for Abigail, her crew knew that. Neither crew knew of the others connection to Omega, and both the captains wanted it like that.
              Abigail’s team was the first to show. Victarous, Brax, Maxwell, and Abigail all found their seats around the room. Abigail sat down on the floor in the corner. Victarous sat in a chair beside the table, and Brax stood behind Victarous. Maxwell, however, sat away from them. He tried to find the position that Shepard and her team would sit.
              Commander Shepard’s team came in shortly after them. Shepard sat at the table. Miranda stood behind Shepard. Kaiden stood in the shadows behind all of them. Abigail stood up from her corner to shake their hands. “It’s nice to officially meet you,” she said, shaking their hands. “I’m Abigail and this is my team. That’s Victarious.” The Turian did a slight nod. “Brax is there.” The Krogan grunted, but said little else. “And there is Maxwell.” The human stood up and saluted the other humans.
              “At ease,” Shepard said. “This is my team Maranda.” Miranda took Abigail’s in hers and she shook it again. “And that’s Kaiden.” Kaiden doesn’t even bother to immerge from the shadows.
              “It’s a pleasure to meet all of you,” Abigail said, nodding her head. “I am glad that you were willing to meet me here. My team feels a little unease meeting on an all-human vessel.”
              “I don’t,” Maxwell said.
              “I know,” Abigail said, looking at Maxwell, for her it was impossible to understand how anyone could want to be on an all-human vessel, but that was just a fact that she had become accustomed to.
              “We all know,” Victarous added.
              Abigail cleared her throat. “I am sorry. We are still a little unprofessional. I do hope you can forgive us.”
              “It’s fine,” Shepard said, sitting down at the table. Abigail went back to sitting in the corner on the floor. “Admiral Hackett thought that the two of us would work well together.”
              “He told me the same,” Abigail said.
              “Do you want to work for her?” Miranda asked.
              Abigail tilted her head. “Of course, I would…” she didn’t get a chance to finish.
              “We were told that it would be a joint effort,” Victarous stated.
              Abigail looked at Victarous for a second. “I’m sorry about him he’s just a touch protective. I, as do my team, understand that you would be taking lead on this. I am new. I am well as green as probably an N-7 has ever been. I’ve barely had my commander’s position for more than a few months. I think that with that information in mind you taking lead, and charge would, of course, be the best for everyone.”
              Shepard smiled. “You don’t need to be so nervous.”
              “Thank you,” Abigail said.
              “Now, we should get down to all of the information that we need to,” Shepard said, shaking her head.
              “Sounds good to me. I think that I have written a proposal that will work out for everyone. If it is ok for you to look over it for your approval,” Abigail said, looking down at her omni tool.  “Can I send you my proposal, please?”
              “Yes,” Shepard said, nodding her head.
              “Thank you,” Abigail said, nodding her head. She quickly typed in the code and sent them all her proposal.
              “It’s like thirty pages long,” Brax growled.
              “Yes, of course, I don’t expect you to be able to read it all during this meeting. The only thing that I want you to read is the overview that is on the first page.”
              “Well, that’s a good,” Kaiden said, walking out of the shadows.
              “Yes, it is,” Abigail said, shaking her head. “I’m sorry, just slightly distracted. This is very extreme for me. Anyway, my suggestion is for me to make the Normandy my most of the time home, while if it is alright with Maxwell, he will be taking my ship.”
              “I knew that you were more sensible than these aliens,” Maxwell stated.
              Abigail looked down for just a moment. “You will still have to work with them Maxwell, and I will expect daily reports. This would still be my operation.” She then turned to Shepard. “At least part of it, of course. I don’t expect to be leading anything except that ship.”
              “Of course, ma’am,” Maxwell said, but it was clear that he wasn’t thrilled about still having to work with the aliens that didn’t trust him, and he didn’t trust them not to kill him.
              “Why do you want to spend most of your time on our ship?” Miranda asked.
              “I think that I would be more effective if I am on your ship besides, there is a matter that I will discuss with your captain once there is no one around.”
              “What else does your plan entail?” Kaiden asked, Abigail. It seemed easier for him to ignore the comment that she just made then make her talk about it.
              “Not much that needs to be cleared right…” Abigail stopped. “Now, is not the time for this. This is really a bad time. We really shouldn’t be…” Abigail stopped again. “I understand. There might be a few things that I have overlooked. I am sorry for anything that I might have forgotten.”
              “She does that often,” Maxwell said, shaking his head. Maxwell, didn’t know the story but he could always tell when she was about to crack like that, he had seen it enough himself.
              Abigail shook her head. “I’m sorry. I talk to myself a lot. Anyway, the other main thing that I wanted to talk to you guys about isn’t in my report and that is what was going on.”
              “I think she has a few screws loose,” Kaiden stated, looking at Commander Shepard. It seemed to everyone in the room that Kaiden was trying to convince Shepard that this was a fool’s errand.
              “The report also talks about switching some of my team to your ship,” Commander Shepard stated, looking up from her Omni-tool. The only two that were taking any of this seriously was Shepard and Abigail, they both seemed to be aware that if things didn’t change, someone was going to get hurt, and neither of them wanted to be the people to get hurt, nor did they want their team to be hurt, so they had to do what they thought was best, and listen to each other.
      ��       “It does,” Abigail stated, giving her a smile. “I think that would be best, a true intersection of our two ships. Making sure that the two of us have the teams as connected and listening to each other as much as possible.”
              Commander Shepard nodded. “I can see that would be a very good idea.”
              “Is there…” Abigail stopped again. Abigail looked around. She was nervous. It seemed that there was something going on in her head, and she wasn’t sure what could happen with all of the things that are going on her head. She was trying to make sense of it all, but there was no answer, at least not for her. Someone else might have had an answer.  
              Victarious walked up to her. “What is going on?”
              “It’s probably nothing.” She stopped and fixed herself. “Sorry, about that. Anyway, I don’t have a preference on who you decide, and I assume that you will, so I left all of that information up to you. Just remember that my team does have some aliens in it, so anyone that isn’t prepared to talk to aliens probably isn’t a good choice.”
              “Understood,” Shepard said. “I will talk to my team and see who wants to go over to your ship. Is that alright?”
              “Yes, it is. I understand that you have to talk to your team. My team means a lot to me too. That reminds me…” Abigail stopped again. She seemed to be lost for a second.
“What’s going on?” Victarious asked her. “Do you need a moment away from everyone, again?”
“Is she alright?” Miranda asked.
“She’s broken,” Maxwell said. The comment affected the rest of her team a lot more than it affected her. She knew he was right. They had talked about it, when no one else knew, and sometimes, though she wouldn’t admit it, he knew her better than the rest ever could.
“She’s not broken,” Brax said, glaring at Maxwell, “And you say that again and I will actually break you.”
“It’s cool,” Abigail said, getting up and stepping in between Brax and Maxwell. “It has been getting worse lately. It’s fine. I understand. It might seem like to some I am broken, but I can promise you that I have full control.”
“What’s been getting worse lately?” Commander Shepard asked Abigail.
“Not right now,” Abigail stated, she looked around for a few seconds before she continued. “I don’t think that I should be talking about what is going on, right now. Not here. Not with so many possible ears. I do hope that you can understand that.”
“Of course, I can,” Commander Shepard said, looking at her team. Miranda and Kaidan didn’t want to understand. They wanted to know what they were walking into; whatever it was it was getting sketchy. It seemed that they might be walking into a deal with an insane person, and that was somehow worse than a deal with the devil, at least in their minds.
She wasn’t insane, Abigail knew that, but also knew better than to say what the real matter was, they would have strung her up the moment that they could. She didn’t exactly wish to be dead, nor did she wish others to want her dead, only those in her highest circles knew about her secret and she tended to want to keep it that way. Instead, Abigail did what she did best change the subject. “Might I be so bold as to ask what mission we are getting involved in?”
“It’s not something that should be discussed on Omega,” Shepard said.
“Fair enough,” Abigail said, she couldn’t much argue with Commander Shepard, though none of her team knew it was Shepard, considering the fact that Shepard still kept her helmet on.
Then there came the silence. It was an awful silence. The silence made of the dead. The past that everyone seemed to want to forget. So, there this motley group, not a crew, not even people that trusted each other, stood. It was a sad sight. Thankfully, Commander Shepard was able to defuse the situation before too much could occur. “We should toast this new alliance.”
“Agreed,” Abigail said, looking at Brax and Victarious.
Commander Shepard poured each person a glass. She then raised her glass. “To a new world.”
“To a new adventure, and to new friends,” Abigail said, before setting her glass on the table while everyone else drank.

Self introspective 
I don’t get comments on my own work and I rarely post my art to tumblr because I feel like when I do I diminish the reason I did the art. I look for praise where there is no need for it. I draw for myself, personal interest, which makes me feel good. I draw better when its for others but the others I draw for (mostly people I really need to stop drawing for) never see the work I do.
I try to draw OT4 or Gallifrey stuff because I want to he included in something I left behind a long time ago. (I am waaay behind on any of those audios but I don’t really care) I shouldn’t try to justify my reasons for drawing Brax or Romana because I want to impress people that don’t exist to me anymore...
I want to draw Romana and Brax because I love those characters
(Because I used to be part of a group that love the audios I wanted to draw for them but...they barely noticed and it made me sad but I slowly realized it didn’t matter) 
I write differently to them, I draw differently to them and I can draw whatever I want to make me feel however I want. I am not going to draw to feel dejected anymore. 
I will draw Pokemon and faces and eyes and Gallifrey and anything I want to make myself happy. Not for others happiness...
It’s selfish but my art used to be about trying to get other peoples attention...and it just doesn’t work...so I am gonna draw so I can show myself how much I have grown and adore things more now then ever before.

Which Gallifrey character wears it: INGRID (fem!Brax, that is.  I sometimes genuinely forget that Ingrid Braxiatel is not canon.) When: While giving Romana a tour of the Collection.  Being considerably less businesslike than her usual Collection attire, it causes a certain amount of comment.  Ms. Jones raises her eyebrow something fierce Why: To show off for Romana, natch How one or more other characters react: Romana’s only comment is that it’s peculiar to see Ingrid out of Chapter colors, much to Ingrid’s disappointment.
(Romana is not, however, entirely immune to those gams. Ingrid’s legs are very nice legs, and Romana is very gay, after all.  If anything, Romana gets more grumpy because she doesn’t like being compelled to admire things.  Here.  On the Collection.  Where the whole point is to admire things.  Oh Romana.)

Part of the Family
It’s Fathers Day, and everyone in the Solana Galaxy, even the Galactic Rangers, are excited to celebrate with their own fathers. But there’s one person who cannot be excited on this day, and it is the parentless Clank.
It was exciting day in Aleero City, and therefore the rest of the galaxy (that had the same calendar, at least). The Galactic Rangers were aware of the celebration day, as well. All of them sat in the Hall of Heroes meeting room, ready for the daily meeting to start and be over with. Captain Qwark must have felt the same way, because he wasted no time getting the meeting started.
“Greetings, Rangers!” Captain Qwark greeted brightly as he took his place at the head of the meeting table.
“Greetings, Captain!” All of the Rangers replied back.
“As you know, today is a very special day.” Qwark pulled out a single button remote from seemingly out of nowhere and activated the presentation projector. The projector lit up with life and projected what was programmed on it onto the big screen at the front of the room. A picture of the words ‘Fathers Day’, which was poorly written with a variety of colors of crayon, appeared on screen. “It’s Fathers Day, Rangers! The day that we give thanks to the strong man in our lives, who isn’t me, for raising us to be the Rangers we are today. So, what kind of plans have you made for your daddies? Me personally, I’m going serenade my father with the many tales of my heroicness. I’m even going to give him my new headshot with my autograph. It’ll be next to impossible to beat that, but I want to hear what you guys are doing.”
The Rangers were eager to share their Fathers Day plans with each other. Elaris was the first to speak up. She wanted to get her plans in before the other Rangers took off in conversation. “Well, I’m going to my dad’s apartment on the other side of Aleero City and spending the evening with him. We’re gonna watch a bunch of cheesy scary movies like we did when I was younger. It should be fun.”
Cora smiled and sat back in her seat, looking quite satisfied with her plans. “I’m taking my dad to a monster hovertruck rally. We always found joy in watching big hovertrucks destroy each other. I hear that they’re allowing weapons starting this year.”
“I’m gonna spend the day with my dad at the home,” Brax said. “Gonna chill and play some board games with him. Maybe go out for some steak. What’re your plans, rookie?”
“Oh, I got this big plan for Grim,” Ratchet said excitedly, sitting up in his chair. “Gadgetron released this new weapon took kit. It comes with a mechanical wrench of every size, and proton scrubbers with built in quasar flashes, and these awesome screwdrivers with mechanical legs that screw in bolts for you. It’s gonna cost me an arm and a leg, but I managed to save enough.”
“Nice,” Elaris commented.
The Rangers chatted some more about the plans that they had for the day. Each one of them took turns sharing a short story they had about them and their fathers, which usually led to laughter or embarrassment. Usually both. But everyone seemed very excited to get the day started, and they couldn’t wait for the meeting to be over so they could spend some time with their fathers. However, there was one head in the room who hadn’t said a single word. Not a plan, not a story, not even a chuckle. Clank simply sat quietly in his seat and looked back and forth between the Rangers as they spoke, tilting his head on occasion, as well as shifting a bit uncomfortably. He wasn’t being rude, he just…didn’t believe that this was a conversation that he should be apart of.
“It’s settled!” Captain Qwark suddenly announced, causing everyone to quiet down and pay attention. “As head of the Galactic Rangers, I hereby give the order for all Rangers to spend Fathers Day with their fathers. Anyone who fails to do so will…I dunno…be fired or something. Take it up with HR.”
Clank shifted uncomfortably again.
“Alright Rangers, you are dismissed!”
All of the Rangers (except for Clank) excitedly got out of their seats and began chatting again as they exited the meeting room with Captain Qwark. They all sounded excited for the day ahead. Clank dropped down off of his seat carefully and landed safely on the floor. He stood there for a moment, his hands still on the edge of the seat. There was a reflection of himself in the metal chair. He couldn’t stop staring at it. It was only when he felt something touch his shoulder that he was startled out of his trance. He whipped around to see Ratchet with a surprise look on his face.
“Geez, I didn’t mean to scare ya. Now come on, I gotta go get Grim’s toolkit from the hardware store in the Kyzil Plateau market place. They contacted me this morning saying that it was in.” Ratchet urged Clank along, but the small robot simply trotted behind like he was saying nothing at all. The Lombax raised an eyebrow at this strange behavior. “Hey, are you alright?”
The robot quickly perked up and shook his head, “No, I am fine. I am just…my processor is still 'waking up’ as you would say. Let us move along.”
Clank then urged Ratchet along, and the Lombax shrugged and walked out of the room with him. Clank stayed behind Ratchet. There was a small frown on his face. He never thought that he would be one for lying.
Veldin
Clank sat on Ratchet’s bed up in the loft in the garage. He had the pillow pushed up against the wall so he could sit back on a nice plush surface. He was prepped with delightful music that he was playing out of his sound system, a nice cup of (robot friendly) herbal tea, and a three thousand page book on mathematics. He was on chapter eighty-seven, which was covering advanced hypotenuses. Ratchet found it extremely boring, but Clank always found it quite fascinating. This mathematics book was a real page turner.
However, despite the comfortable conditions, music, tea, and large book, there was something…wrong. There was something looming over Clank that he couldn’t seem to get rid of. He didn’t feel…happy. Of course he knew why, but he had done his very best to create the perfect scenario for him to not be unhappy. It should have logically worked. He had everything he could ever want in a period of relaxation, but it just wasn’t working with him. The robot’s gears almost grinded as he found himself becoming a bit frustrated. He knew that he was in a difficult position today, but he didn’t understand why he couldn't stop himself from feeling this way.
There had to be a logical explanation for this. There had to be a solution for this. There had to be a-
“No way!”
Clank snapped his head over to the edge of the loft, alarmed by his boss, Grimroth Razz, yelling. The robot threw his book aside and quickly jumped down from the bed and went over to the edge of the loft. He grabbed a nearby workbench leg and looked down at the ground floor to see what was going on. Grimroth was standing next to a broken down ship that was in desperate need of repairs. Ratchet was with him, and he had a big black box in his hands that was open, revealing a large variety of mechanical tools. Clank felt himself calm down a bit. Ratchet was simply giving Grimroth his gift. He had been very excited to give it to him. And, by the sound of it, Grimroth was very happy to receive it.
“Ratchet, this toolkit series is brand new! How in the universe did you afford it?”
“I’ve been setting part of my Galactic Ranger paychecks aside to save up for it. I’m just glad that I could get my hands on one before they sold out,” Ratchet said with a smile.
Grimroth observed the many tools inside, impressed by what it had to offer. He put the toolkit down and smiled, “Thanks, kid. This…this means a lot to me. It’s nice knowing that you still have faith in an old Fongoid like me.”
“Oh come on, Grim, you’re not that old,” the Lombax said with a small chuckle. The two then joined in a long overdue hug. “Happy Fathers Day, Grim.”
“Thanks, kid.”
Clank watched the two hug each other. A swift feeling rushed through him and his fingers tightened around the leg of the workbench. Not able to take much more of the sight, Clank turned around and went back to Ratchet’s bed, climbing up onto it and plopping down back into his relaxation spot. He picked up his large math book and attempted to get back to reading it. However…he could not concentrate on it. The robot shifted uncomfortably as the pillow he was sitting against suddenly lost all of its comfort. The book he was reading was suddenly starting to lose its charm. Every word, every number, every line, they all turned into…Grimroth and Ratchet hugging.
The robot’s eyes went wide and he quickly threw the book aside. It slid across the bedding and slammed down onto the floor, making a loud noise. Clank wasn’t going to pick it up, though. He didn’t know what he wanted to do. He was suddenly overcome with this…strange feeling. It was like sadness…but there was also anger…he didn’t know what it was. It was confusing. It was annoying. He didn’t understand why this was happening to him. So what if the Rangers were chatting away about today? So what if Ratchet hugged Grim?
So what if he didn’t have parents?!
And with that thought, Clank slumped down in his sitting position and put his hands into his face. He stayed that way, not moving or making a noise. Not even Ratchet coming up the stairs was enough to break him out of it.
“I heard something fall up here. Is everything alright-Hey! Hey, what’s wrong? Did you hit your eye with the corner of the book again?” Ratchet rushed over to the bed and sat down next to Clank. He put a hand on top of the robot’s head and lifted it up so he could look at the injury. But…there was no injury. Just a pair of sad green eyes. Ratchet frowned, “Clank, buddy, what’s the matter?”
Clank stayed silent at first, unwilling to talk. He hated giving Ratchet the burden of worrying about him and his problems. He preferred keeping his problems to himself. But he couldn’t keep it to himself this time. Ratchet metaphorically had him in a corner. So, the robot looked up at his friend and stumbled a bit as he asked something he had wondered for awhile. “…What is it like? Having a father?”
Ratchet was very surprised by the question. It wasn’t like Clank to ask him something like that. But then again, it was Fathers Day, and that meant that Clank couldn’t…
The Lombax’s ears lowered and he frowned even more, “Aw, pal, is this about…are you upset that you can’t celebrate Fathers Day?”
The robot shrugged, “I was trying to suppress the sad feeling that I had, but I could not keep it down. But I do not understand. Assembly line robots normally do not have parents and they never acknowledge that fact. Why is it upsetting me so much that I do not have parents of my own?”
“Well, you’re different from assembly line robots, remember? You were born with a conscious, and emotions, and a sense of free will. While assembly line robots are made with one track minds. You’re one of the few robots who get to acknowledge the fact that you dob’t have parents,” Ratchet said.
“But I do not want to feel this way…”
The Lombax rubbed his chin for a moment, trying to think of something. An idea then popped into his head. “I’ll tell you what. I’ll be your dad.” Clank looked at Ratchet with a very strange and slightly disturbed face. Ratchet took a moment to process what he had just offered and realized how weird it had sounded. “Too awkward? Yeah, yeah that’s too awkward.”
“It is indeed. I appreciate you trying to help me, though,” Clank said with a sad smile.
Ratchet’s ears lowered again. He felt really bad for Clank, but he could relate in a way. After all, Ratchet didn’t know his real, biological father. He didn’t even know if he was still alive. But, unlike Clank, Grimroth found him as a baby and raised him as his own. Ratchet got a happy ending with an adoptive father, but Clank didn’t…wait…maybe that was it! Clank didn’t have a real father, but that didn’t mean that he couldn’t have one at all.
“You know,” Ratchet started, getting Clank’s attention, “you’ve been living here for a while. Eight months, right?”
“I have lived here for eight months, that is correct.”
“And, well…oof, I don’t wanna sound cheesy, but…we have gotten pretty close. Sometimes, I kinda think of you as a bit more than a friend.”
“How so?”
“Well, to be honest, sometimes I see you as a…a little brother of sorts.”
“A little brother?” Clank tilted his head.
“Yeah. And I sometimes think of me as your big brother. And, you know…you’re technically my little brother…and your big brother has a dad…” Ratchet stumbled over his words. This was getting cheesy. So cheesy that it would go great with crackers. But he kept talking to get to his point. “What I’m trying to say is…if you want to…me, you and Grim can be a sort of…family.”
“A family?” Clank’s eyes lit up a bit.
“Sure. Grim can be the grumpy old dad, I can be the oldest brother, and you can be the little brother. One weird, mechanic family.”
“What about Zed?”
I dunno, he can be the family hamster, I don’t care.“ Ratchet cleared his throat. "So, what do you say? Do you want to be apart of a weird, multi-species family?”
Clank pondered the new offer that Ratchet was giving him. He had to admit, it warmed his circuits that Ratchet told him that he considered him as a younger brother. He didn’t know that the Lombax was that fond of him. But…could he really intrude on Ratchet and Grimroth’s family like this. He was merely a defective warbot. Wanting him in the family seemed rather illogical.
Clank was about to ask Ratchet why exactly they would want him in their family, but the words nearly clogged up his throat valve as he saw the look on Ratchet’s face. The Lombax had his ears held up high and he was smiling brightly. Clank remembered that face. It was the same one that the Lombax had the day they first met. The same smile was shown as Ratchet helped him off of the ground for the second time and bestowed his Clank name onto him. The robot gave a small smile. He really did care.
Clank nodded, “Ratchet, I would be honored to be part of your family. Thank you so much.”
“Alright, Clank Razz it is!” Ratchet said happily, suddenly scooping up the robot. Clank gave a strange chuckle. He didn’t expect to take their last name as well. But 'Clank Razz’ did have a nice little ring to it. The robot then let out a little 'whoa!’ as Ratchet pushed him up onto his shoulders. The Lombax yelled out as he went towards the stairs. “Hey Grim! You’ve got a new son!”

Notes on the Bullshit Doctor Timeline I Made Last Night
Some people on the Discord were making timelines to try to fit in all the incarnations of the Doctor. I joined in and made some nonsense.

Once upon a time, the universe was straightforward and linear, a lot like ours, until Gallifrey created time travel and mucked everything up (per “Mr Saldaamir”). Gallifrey and some other “Higher Evolutionaries” became quasi-magical superbeings, as we see in the DWM comics. The Eighth Doctor Adventure novels take place in this timeline.
However, when The Ancestor Cell destroys Gallifrey, time becomes unbound and all the magic spills out into the universe and it becomes a royal mess. This is the pre-Gallifrey setting of Christmas on a Rational Planet. However, after The Gallifrey Chronicles, the Doctor starts the long process of bringing Gallifrey back, eventually becoming the Other and helping to (re)found it. Except this time the Time Lords aren’t adding magic to the universe, they’re removing it, so they seem a lot more boring and bureaucratic. This is the Gallifrey of the TV show, VNAs, and audios. Eventually, the Other gets bored and throws himself into the looms, hoping to get reincarnated as a pawn, not a chessmaster.
And yeah, Soul is the Cushing Doctor. Bite me.

Obviously The Infinity Doctors and Auld Mortality take place before the First Doctor leaves Gallifrey.
Unfortunately, there’s no better place for me to put David Warner.
We already hear an older Fourth Doctor in Paul Magrs’ BBC Audiobooks (Hornet’s Nest, Demon’s Quest, Serpent Crest), and we see an even older one (going by “Tom Baker”) in Baker’s End, so it stands to reason that the Curator is the natural extrapolation of this process.
My placement of the AudioVisuals Doctor makes subzero sense, since he’s really just the Doctor who heralds from Brax’s “escaped into a bottle universe” Gallifrey in the Bernice Summerfield series, and whether that means he’s from the future or the past or the sideways is up to you, dear reader.
Time’s Champion reveals that the Valeyard is an evil Watcher. The Seventh Doctor lives through a very Fluxy Time War in Jim Mortimore’s Director’s Cut series before becoming a God of the Fourth in Death Comes to Time.
I obviously put the War Doctor as Grandfather Paradox because of The Ancestor Cell, but The Gallifrey Chronicles kinda retcons that, so I don’t know what that’s doing there.
The Time Lord Victorious evolves into the Emperor in the same way that the Fourth Doctor got old. David Collings’ Full Fathom Five Doctor is too good not to fit into that slot.
Each part of the Doctor-Donna has stellar manipulation powers, but that’s a story for another day.
My big regret is not fitting in Shalka. He was originally an echo of 9, as a fellow War survivor, but that’s not doing him justice. He could be in the future, since his previous incarnation was forced to regenerate by Missy in The Cabinet of Light; he could be in the past, since the Twelfth Doctor mentions marrying the President’s daughter (which Shalka did) in Hell Bent. In any case, the Time Hunter folks run into both him and Eccleston, so he’s not an offshoot.

I didn’t end up doing much commentary on this one cause I mostly listened to it in the car running around, but my heart went out to Leela during this audio. Despite her blindness, she was still kickass and the great warrior she is. However, being blind does effect her, but that moment where she hid it from he others and cried to herself....MY HEART. She’s lost SO MUCH.
And Narvin, he was unconscious a good chunk of the audio, but how quickly he was to worry about Leela and Romana, I CAN”T EVEN. He says he doesn’t care about them, but it’s a lie. I can tell he’s starting to care for his friends.
Also Elbon has been added to my list of people I wanna punch alongside Darkel still. 
Commentator Gerber will be added to the list of people wrongfully killed or attacked by Darkel. 
AND OUR BOY K-9 IS BACK AT IT AGAIN. Not to mention Brax is still saving his friends despite not being on Gallifrey. *middle finger to Darkel and Pandora*

The mp3 song version that I am reviewing has an image of what looks to be a military officer being embraced by a female (my husband showed me the shoulderboard clue). Anyhow, I admit that I am still in the process of figuring out the full meaning of this song yet I enjoy this song because of the terrific vocals and quality background music go to with a song that obviously appears to be about some woman who had a significant impact on the meaning of this song. This Accountant film turned out to be both multi-faceted and much to my surprise showed the humanity of the character of Christian Wolff (Ben Affleck). Obviously, the plot is carefully crafted to show why Wolff is as complex and distant to even other people around him who show friendliness and warmth. Emotional plot sequences are created to illustrate the people and events that shaped the early lives of Christian Wolff and his brother Brax (Jon Bernthal). For instance, there was an incident involving both of Wolff’s parents that influenced the character development of him and his brother throughout their lives. There is also a glimpse on how a character by the name of Francis Silverberg (Jeffrey Tamboor) influences how he knows some of what Christian Wolff knows. Additionally, the characters of Raymond King (J.K. Simmons) and Marybeth Medina (Cynthia Addai-Robinson) are looking into Christian Wolff’s life for certain reasons. However, both the lives of Wolff and Dana Cummings (Anna Kendrick) change when they cross paths with each other (not in the way one would expect). Wolff happens to be very gifted in his accountant job, which helps him get hired by Lamar Blackburn (John Lithgow) for an important project. The Accountant film also shows how Christian Wolff is much more than what he appears to be on the initial surface. Comment | Permalink Gods and Monsters (Widescreen Collector's Edition) DVD ~ Ian McKellen Price: $6.02 62 used & new from $1.56 Dramatic Film With Poignant Acting, March 11, 2017 This review is from: Gods and Monsters (Widescreen Collector's Edition) (DVD)I unexpectedly spotted this Gods and Monsters dvd less than a week ago at a Family Dollar store near my apartment. The movie turned out to be more heartstring pulling than I thought yet also a high quality movie. The beginning of the dvd lists that this film is in association with Lions Gate Films, Showtime, BBC, Flashpoint, and is inspired by the novel “Father of Frankenstein” by Christopher Bram. The beginning of the film shows both the character of Clayton Boone (Brendan Fraser) and James Whale (Ian Mckellen) going about their daily routine. Clayton Boone is getting ready to go to work while James Whale is shown going about his house and interacting with his housekeeper Hanna (Lynn Redgrave). Less than a half hour into the film, Whale shows a shocking side to him that even raises the eyebrow of one of the professionals named Edmund Kay (Jack Plotnick) who is visiting to interview him about his work involving Frankenstein. Of course, there are more pivotal plot points in the movie and more actors/actresses that also contribute (such as the scene where one of Boone’s ex girlfriends has him thinking of the direction that his life has taken). The ending took me by surprise, which was one of the few caveats that I had about the film, yet it is just a small caveat because I understand that this film is based on a true story.
