#Jack Hawkins

Okay so I've binger The Artful Dodger in a day, and I'm so in love with this show. I've started rewatching it as soon as I finished.
Anyways, a thing I noticed that makes me screech because it's cute is that Belle's last name is Fox. Now, in the french version of Oliver Twist, Jack's nickname is translated as Le Renard, which means the fox.
They're LINKED. I don't know if it was intentional but I LOVE IT. And if we don't have season 2 with the two of them being happy and in love I will RIOT.

Peter O'Toole, Sir David Lean, and "Lawrence-Editor-for Life" Anne Coates at sound-dubbing session in London studio. At top, Peter, Annes, and Sir David look over script. At center, Lean and O'Toole watch restored scenes which require new voice tracks. At bottom, O'Toole re-dubs dialogue for the restored "Seduction" scene. Harris's L.A. assistant Jude Schneider had previously organized lip-reading experts to interpret the dialogue "spoken" on restored scenes with missing sound tracks.

Death at Broadcasting House (1934)
"You can't go in there, there's a play being broadcast."
"I'm looking for Variety?"
"That's eight floors down."
"Yes, but I've just come eight floors up!"
"Then it'll be sixteen floors from where you started."
