I’ve been seeing so many points about Sebaciel, and I think my take on it is - isn’t it more interesting to look at it as a predator-prey relationship, where Ciel is literally being primed for Sebastian eating him?
Isn’t it more interesting to look at the motifs surrounding consumption. Isn’t it more interesting to consider the implications of the “loyal dog” devouring his “master” after their contractual relationship is over. I just think that a lot of Sebaciel shippers see the obviously unfair and EXTREMELY uncomfortable power dynamic (like the panic attack scene in the circus arc) and immediately jump to “wow that’s kinda hot they must be fucking” instead of thinking about the deeper implications.
I don’t know if I sound insane, and a lot of things are very clearly sexualised in the manga/anime that shouldn’t be - but I feel like from the Campania arc onwards there is very little basis to say “Sebaciel” canon, and a lot more material for “Sebastian and Ciel have such a horrifically tangled web of power dynamics and unpicking that is going to be very fun”.

Okay but other og facts to highlight
Criminal of me if i don't mention InsaShi who was just, an "evil" version of Shira? Not really evil, like, she DID look evil but truly was just a lil fucked up in the funny way. I did thought of bringing her back as a Shira alter and make her have DID which wouldn't be too crazy for the character but idk man i don't want it to be weird or disrespectful y'know?
Also, i had another Sona, there was the og one being Uboa and then there was me me being Luluco. Uboa was more positive and cute and girly and actually more violent too while Luluco was more chill a lil horny and way more of a coward. I constantly debate on whether bring Uboa back or not. They did have a fused version which i could use as justification, idk man.
Speaking of which, Uboa was never actually a demon or anything like, all that mf did was have an homoerotic relationship with Shira and eat oranges.
Apparently Shira was friends with Nomi, Sonae and Shanlier???? (Dasha didn't even exist back then) Also went out for drinks with Shanlier that feels odd af now.
Bloody's former wife was a yandere, and, oh yeah, Sheina had a huge crush on Bloody. (I did change that to keep it as a platonic relationship, she respecta Bloody too much now). Also Zelda (or Zella idk man) actively tried to kill Sheina with firearms to keep her away from her wife which is funny ngl.
Also i just saying this out of memory but Juan actually had a crush on Bloody TOO, more downplayed (ofc that got retconed)
Of course, Shira's bike that i always forget about <3
There also was a genderbend version of all my characters who had different personalities and relationships than the og crew, that was fun.
AGAIN THERE WAS SOME MF NAMED KURO, IDK WHO THAT IS.
Apparently Uboa HATED Luluco, that's some internalized shit right there 👁️👁️
HHHHHHH 😬 apparently in universe ppl were confused why Luluco liked both yaoi Yuri and hentai like ufffff the foreshadowing bro 😐
I still don't know who Kuro is but he apparently is one of the genderbends
OH KURO IS JUST MALE SHIRA AIGHT. APPARENTLY IS BC SHIRO IS WHITE IN JAPANESE AND I WAS TOO EDGY FOR THAT SO I WENT WITH KURO, AIGHT.
This whole page was a gallery showcasing not only me exploring gender and sexuality but also showing that i had something going on in my head lol
Apparently i used to ship Takochu with InsaShi fsr
Apparently Sheina was scared of spiders
There was a fucking spider living in the house????
Oh fuck the birth of Takochu. Apparently that was only meant to be a nickname.
Estefany was not only a ghost but also bold af, also mean, and had a thing going on with InsaShi too
InsaShi apparently ate EXCLUSIVELY heads, for whatever reason.
There apparently was a report involved in Sheina's story, who InsaShi wanted dead. She seemed to be a joke character though.
Bloody fucking loved cookies, i think she specifically ate crackers too.

about ur post about yana shipping it, i heavily doubt she does, because why would she CHOSE to publish under a company that doesn’t allow bl or yaoi or shota. not to mention it’s so disrespectful when ppl bring up stuff she made more than 10 years ago that she’s probably embarrassed about. imagine how frustrating it is to work your ass of writing a series and developing the characters for over 10 years and all the fans want is to see the main characters fuck.
if you're talking about the ask i answered recently, i didn't say she ships it, i said she SHIPBAITS them, aka gross "fanservice", which is very apparent in the manga, though the shipping might be true as well.
and yes, kuroshitsuji was NEVER meant to be a yaoi or bl or anything like that, the publisher explicitly does not do those kinds of works, the whole "kuro was meant to be a yaoi!!!11" thing is a made-up rumor that i desperately wish would die already.
that said, her shotacon history would be just that, history, IF she hadn't still brought her tendencies and grossness INTO kuro with the fanservice-y shit. forgive me for assuming, but an ex-shotacon writer putting nsfw and suggestive content of a 13yo boy who is her current manga's protag does not indicate to me that she's left behind her ways in the least.
if she had wrote the entirety of kuro without the bullshit i would be inclined to think she had changed and was embarassed and didn't want that associated with her name anymore, but she is the one associating her name with this kind of stuff since the conception of kuro.

I read your latest posts and yes, I remember how the asthma attack panels bothered me, I found them gross and extremely vulgar. Yana's art style is gorgeous but she should have known better.
Absolutely. Yana did used to write shotacon, and I don’t think her tastes have changed, so while kuro was definitely never “meant to be a yaoi” or whatever that ridiculous rumour was, I sort of... have to expect by this point that she’ll continue to sexualise the twins. I have no faith in her or K to not approve of it. The context of it, though, is what makes it even more foul for me, seeing as they’re sexual assault survivors and the times when Yana most likes to sexualise them is when they’re in distress or, like with the ring, doing something out of desperation/because they’re forced to by circumstance
Kuro centers around so many important serious themes, but the way Yana chooses to frame them is absolutely abysmal. If she knew better then this entire series would be so much nicer to read and I could feel confident about recommending it to anybody without a thousand disclaimers about the themes
(thank you for the ask, by the way ♡)

Servamp Anime Second Season
Servamp Season 2 Review: mahiru shirota is a 15-12 years -antique orphan who likes to preserve matters as simple as viable, however his existence gets severely complex after he rescues kuro, a stray kitten. kuro seems to be sleepy ash, considered one of 8 “servamps,” or servant vampires, and thru taking him in, mahiru turns into embroiled in a human-vampire warfare. along with his friends at stake and a loopy vampire on the loose – which also can or won't be because of human “intervention” - mahiru unearths that his picks aren't as smooth as they as quickly as have been...however also that he may additionally have the danger to heal some of his very very own emotional wounds. So I think that you might love to see what will happen in the Servamp Season 2 now itself.
from the call, it is easy to expect that strike tanaka's servamp is a directly comedy. it's a portmanteau of “servant” and “vampire,” in any case, which seems like it can very without trouble be played for laughs. and servamp's first 3 volumes are funny, specifically in terms of kuro's lazy pinnacle-for-no longer whatever teen character, that is a entire evaluation to mahiru's nearly pathological need to do something about very almost everything. but beneath that veneer of mild humor is a tale with a difficult, dark middle and an side it truely could be very sharp and reducing.
What is the Story of Servamp Anime - News about Servamp Anime Season 2 Characters 2018
the number one tale of servamp is pretty simple, that's simply as mahiru likes it. sooner or later on his manner home from school, mahiru sees a stray black kitten, and so makes the choice to take him domestic. uncreatively naming him kuro (“black”), mahiru is bowled over to discover that his new hairy pal is surely the vampire of sloth, sleepy ash, a lackluster teen with a perpetual slouch and a whole lack of motivation. Some fans are wondering when will the Second season of Trinity Seven anime will be released. after by chance renaming the meant monster and thereby binding them collectively in a master/servant (or eve/servamp, inside the collection' phrases) relationship, mahiru rapid starts offevolved to discover that there's extra taking place inside the world than he ever predicted. among the ones things is the existence of 7 sibling servamps, all named for the seven lethal sins, along facet an eighth, tsubaki, representing despair. tsubaki, it's miles slowly located out over the route of the three books, become once mistreated with the aid of way of humans, and as a stop end result has a vendetta in competition to them, trying to begin a vampire-human struggle. however he is additionally were given a outstanding experience of honor and kindness, as we find out at the same time as we observe that he as quickly as stored a human, albeit through turning him, from a wretchedly abusive family existence. this indicates that tsubaki can experience compassion or at least empathy for those in a scenario just like his personal, whether they may be human or vampire. guidelines like the ones at an underlying humanity (for lack for loss of a higher phrase) assist to hold tanaka's rehash of the vampire horror manga feeling greater energizing than some of its greater well-worn contrary numbers, and hint at a story that has a lot more to increase. I am certainly sure that you would like to know more about the Servamp season 2 more than me.
and there certainly is a familiar feeling to this collection in the starting, particularly in the first extent. it isn't always until the very last pages that it begins to genuinely take off and maintain our interest in greater than a passing way, and every volumes  and 3 up the stakes drastically, making this a chain that receives better as it goes on. in tanaka's version of the vampire fantasy, there are definitely only the 8 sibling vampires to start with, and they may turn human beings to create more vampires. each servamp has a human “master” (in spite of the truth that “partner” is probably the better term) and may have servamps of his very very own, with tsubaki showing the fine tendency to accomplish that. despite the fact that not explicitly said, it seems to me that a vampire's servamps are the ones he grew to become himself. a 3rd magnificence also exists alongside human beings and vampires, the human/vampire members of the family employer referred to as c3. this is presently the most important unknown in the tale, and even as it honestly seems the maximum suspicious of all the businesses, proper now that honestly manner that it is painted a darker colour of gray than the alternative .
Servamp Anime Review In Detail 2018
speakme of gray, there may be an growing quantity of it used because the volumes move on, probable dictating the mangaka's growing comfort with screentone, which i choose to the concept that she's the usage of it to represent that the tale is developing darker. (as a phrase, this is her first non-yaoi series.) her art may be very great to observe, with a pleasant sort of person designs, cute animals (a larger deal than you would possibly before everything think for this story), and an smooth-to-study glide to the panels. seven seas has resisted any urges they will have had to pepper the translation with resultseasily dated slang, making this examine well in that department too.
Servamp Season 2 Release Date is what's most exciting in these three volumes, but, is neither the vampire story nor the art work – it's the way tanaka offers each important man or woman a historic past that makes revel in with who they're these days. whilst all of them have factors of tragedy to them, none of them feel tragic for the sake of creating the tale darkish and edgy, with the quit end result that even as it's miles dark, it's miles that way on it's personal merits and not because the mangaka turned into trying too hard. mahiru's existence is shaped with the aid of what occurred to him at the same time as he come to be little, as is tsubaki's and sakuya's. there may be a easy motivation for absolutely everyone's movements that cancels out the greater clichéd factors of the tale and a feel that tanaka in reality thought about what she's doing in advance than she wrote it down. and whilst servamp is right on its one of a kind merits, this will be what truely sells those books.
