THE SIMPSONS DOES NOT PREDICT THE FUTURE
For whatever reason, mankind had always been interested in predictions and prophesies. From biblical passages; horoscopes; and even taking the words of Nostradamus as prophetic, we have always been interested in trying to figure out what the future has in store for us. The most annoying one IMO is of course regarding the animated sitcom The Simpsons. Since its debut back in 1989, The Simpsons' writers have been accused of being clairvoyants because of their track record of getting future events seemingly accurate.
Like take the episode "Lisa's Wedding" where in the episode, we get a futuristic glimpse into Lisa's life where her future husband bends down to speak into a half-wristwatch, half-phone device. Many have claimed this to be proof that the show predicted the smartwatch. Except not really: there were some smartwatches already in existence before the release of the episode. Plus, other shows and movies had devices similar to what Hugh Parkfield had. Many also thought the episode predicted that Big Ben would be converted into a digital clock, which obviously hadn't happened.
"Bart of the Future." In it, Lisa became the President of the United States after inheriting a "budget crisis" from President Trump. In 2016, Trump ran -- and won -- the presidency. Except Trump had also made some attempts to run for president prior. Dan Greaney himself stated that they made the joke because they felt it was the logical last stop before the United States hit bottom.
Many people claim that the show and other media have predictive programming. Those that believe in secret organizations like the Illuminati hold that they embed subliminal messages in their shows. In season nine's "The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson," there is a moment where Lisa holds up a pamphlet about a bus fare being $9. In the background are the Twin Towers which eerily forms 9-1-1 as in 9/11. Does it mean that the 9/11 terrorist attacks were planned years in advance? No. The show runner, Bill Oakley, notes that the $9 was chosen because of it being a comically cheap prize. The episode was pulled from rotation after the attacks.
But then there are claims that the show predicted events that were blatantly fabricated. One image circulating online depicted Mr. Burns in front of a burning Notre Dame. But that was an edited picture, and the episode it came from was a parody of The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Another one implicated that there would be a mass shooting during the release of Black Panther which obviously didn't happen.
Then the most disgusting one was the notion that the show predicted the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus that appeared towards the end of 2019 to early 2020. "Marge in Chains" is about a fictional outbreak spreading in Springfield that was started when a Japanese worker with the flu coughed into a box that Homer inevitably opened. Internet trolls took clips of the episode and edited "Corona virus" over them to make it look like the episode predicted it. Words cannot describe how insensitive and potentially dangerous that was.
Overall, the show doesn't predict the future. Any show running 30+ years tends to make jokes that seemingly are prophetic. It's kind of like how the idea of Nostradamus predicting 9/11 was actually just the result of someone taking a few words and making them sound like they're prophesying. These are just what they are coincidences that often use the situations around themselves that were big a t the time.

Endo Enzo Playlist Week 13: Episode 49: Re-assembling ancient scrolls with masking tape. When your office is built into a ancient tomb don't be surprised by the mummy making coffee.
Thirteen weeks of serving you music and stuff to watch and I just rolled doubles so we are doing it for another week! Lets travel the board and pull the cards, see what happens.
We are not broadcasting from: Las Vegas Neon Graveyard, Las Vegas Neon Sign Museum
Why its a cool place?: Referred to as the bone yard in Southern Nevada just close to the dessert you can find a collection of old neon signs left out for all to see. As if being close up to these signs is not amazing enough, you get to see them all throughout the ages in this unusual setting. This place homes over 150 signs, the place was also the site of a certain Killers (The band) video.
Get ready for the thirteenth week. Get yourself some hot coco or a chilled soda. Get hyped or chill out to these tunes.

Darkwing Duck: Coming out during the period of the edgier anti heros of the 90s and a somewhat parody of the 90's Batman, this Disney spoof involves a delusional hero with a array of vehicles and gadgets. Setting place in the same universe as Ducktails, it has Launch Pad McQuack and the heros daughter make sure to keep him out of serious trouble. If you want a decent parody of the 90's batman cartoon or want some 90s Disney cartoon entertainment this is worth a occasional watch.
Dan Vs: This award winning cartoon follows Dan who frequently vows revenge upon various things as his two friends try to keep him in check. Dan is a bit of a sterotypical unemployed person, his two other friends are not, but the real humor is in how miserable and idiotic Dan is toward the world. If you enjoy such shows as The Critic this is worth a 2-3 episode watching.
Edward Scissor Hands: A Tim Burton film that centers around a built automaton who has been constructed with hands of scissors. Watch as he is found and taken into a family away from his almost abandoned home as he tries to find his place in the world that rejects him constantly. The setting around the characters is that of the ideal suburbia in California and is a good film for the whole family. The film may be a tragedy and romance but those are details that are told so well it is not overbearing on any of those fronts. I highly recommend it if you enjoy Tim Burton films or such plots involving social integration or stories like Hunchback of Notre Dame, Beauty and the Beast, or Phantom of the Opera.
Vs:
Voldo (Soul Calibur) vs Vega (Street Fighter)
That wraps up the 13th post I hope you all have found something to watch or listen to while glancing at this blog and I hope to provide you next week with another batch.

2020 Best Nursing Homes - Ohio
ElderPerfect a leading publisher on senior healthcare across the United States, today announced the recipients of the Best Nursing Homes in Ohio for 2020. These awards are designed to recognize providers based on their ability to consistently deliver excellence in the areas of Health Inspections, Quality of Residence Care, Penalties and Staffing. We’ve evaluated over 961 facilities, of which 192 (20%) met our top rating. This report marks the Gold Standard in terms of care for seniors.
0
Ranked Best Facilities
5/5
US Standard vs. Best Facilities
Average Number of Beds: 106 vs 95
Average Occupancy: 81% vs 83%
Average Health Inspection Rating: 2.82 / 5.00 vs. 3.90 / 5.00
Average Government Rating: 3.01 / 5.00 vs. 4.49 / 5.00
Rating Methodology
Health Inspections
Every year, the government assigns inspectors to conduct a formal review of nursing homes for regulatory purposes to meet the mandates outlined for Medicare and Medicaid, this aims to measure and improve the safety of residents across providers. Facilities may also be inspected when complaints are submitted or based on a reported incident. When noncompliance is identified, the facility is served a citation that indicates which regulation that was identified, along with the severity of the incident. Nursing homes are subsequently required to execute a program of resolution in order to meet compliance. Some scenarios require enforcement actions to be applied, such as a civil monetary penalty or withholding of payment(s), to incentivize resolution in a timely manner.
Penalties
Facilities are applied 2 types of penalties due to non-compliance / accumulation of incidents. Civil penalties are monetary fines that may be applied to a facility based on citations / infractions identified during a review. The severity of a penalty is defined primarily by the size and frequency of the infraction.
Quality of Residence Care
There are 3 types of resident care ratings, but for this exercise, we primarily focused on the overall quality measure rating. The quality measures (QMs) include 17 data points that are derived from clinical information reported by the respective nursing home and also from Medicare claims data submitted for payment. Ratings are calculated for the QM domain using the 4 most recent quarters for which data are available. A nursing home receives points contingent on performance on each measure (weighting distribution is not equal).
Staffing
Staffing research is submitted regularly by the facility and is adjusted for the requirement of the facilities residents. For each of registered nurse staff and total staffing, a 1 - 5 rating is applied according to definitions established for each category. These ratings are subsequently combined to assign an overall staffing rating. As an example, to get an overall staffing rating of 5 stars, nursing homes must earn a rating of 5 stars for both registered nurses and total staffing. Nursing homes could also be assigned a 1 star rating should they not have a registered nurse on-site daily, and do not submit staffing data, or which the data cannot be verified.

I Put Out For Santa Shirt
A great rose-colored egg-shaped boulder I Put Out For Santa Shirt . is dug from the midst of the lawn of the Governor’s yard. She hides in a clump of bushes to watch; for the digging is by no mortal hand, but by spiritual presences which are the souls of the primeval trees of the city, looming, whispering, rustling above the place. Then the boulder is there, rolled over on the grass, and a bolt from the clear starry heaven strikes it.Now St. Friend is in the act of reading the gleaming volume. It is a book of homilies, addressed directly to New Springfield. Day 21after day the whole population flocks to the cathedral to hear, in the blazing kaleidoscopic costumes of that time,—all kinds of people, saints and sinners. But to speak briefly of the essential story, the town is transfigured and redeemed beyond any merely mundane plan.
I Put Out For Santa Shirt, hoodie, sweater, longsleeve and ladies t-shirt
It has wings of black, and above them wings of azure I Put Out For Santa Shirt . Long feathers radiate from the whirring, soaring pennons. The book circles above the heads of the congregation. From the sky comes music incredibly sweet. The book flies toward the altar, where St. Friend finds himself standing. The wings fade. This day moves with rapid breath. Why Notre Dave vs Toledo was the dumbest college basketball game in years
Icon Sportswire via Getty Images
The best game of the 2019-20 college basketball season to date went down Thursday night in South Bend.
You may have missed it, but the defining game of the 2019-20 college basketball season was played Thursday evening. I’m not talking about the game featuring top-ranked Duke or one of the early season tournament tilts that tipped off in Charleston or Myrtle Beach. I’m talking about Notre Dame vs. Toledo, a game that seems fairly straightforward on paper, but which demands a spot in the damn Louvre when you actually look at the details.
We start with four minutes to go in the second half, because that’s where all great college basketball stories begin. With Notre Dame trailing by five points and looking to make one last push to avoid an upset, this call happened ...
Lol what in the world is this call? pic.twitter.com/3M8gqUghmE
— Mike Rutherford (@CardChronicle) November 22, 2019
I mean it’s impossible for a call to be worse than this. pic.twitter.com/sH21rtcZdC

A few brave contrarians have attempted to make the case that the Toledo defender was pushed into John Mooney or that there’s some other way to explain this that makes sense. The fact of the matter is the foul was called on Mooney, the dude standing flat-footed with the ball who was absolutely run over.
While most of the attention here, understandably, is on either the call itself or the typically mild-mannered Mike Brey losing his shit, let’s not lose sight of the reaction of Toledo’s Keshaun Sanders (a fine player, by the way).
Sanders’ reaction would lead you to believe that this was all part of some grand scheme. That he had studied the tendencies of this officiating crew, seen his opportunity to make a play that would befuddle the rest of the country, and capitalized at the perfect moment. The “LET’S GOOOO” scream and flex that typically accompanies a standard charge take is the perfect cherry on top of this most awkward of basketball sundaes.
Anyway, Brey was hit with a technical foul, Toledo’s Marreon Jackson made both free throws, and the Rockets seemed to seize total control of the game. And if you’re thinking that the officiating crew, racked by guilt or feeling the heat of the home crowd, suddenly changed course and started calling everything for Notre Dame, you’d be wrong. In the next minute, yet another foul call that appeared dubious at best was whistled on the Irish, and a ball that clearly appeared to go out-of-bounds off a Toledo player was awarded to the Rockets.
Almost unbelievably, things get better from here.
Through a bizarre sequence of events that included two Toledo missed free throws and two Toledo turnovers in the span of 30 seconds, Notre Dame was gifted multiple opportunities to tie the game or take the lead near the end of regulation. Finally, down three and with just seconds to play, the Irish had one final shot to extend the game. That shot wound up in the hands of TJ Gibbs, the team’s second-leading scorer and leader in three-pointers made.
It was the perfect setup for an all-time moment in South Bend. Except ...
Ok this is the greatest game ever played. pic.twitter.com/Jw9YYPG9YH
— Mike Rutherford (@CardChronicle) November 22, 2019
That’s the ACC Network’s Jay Alter with the “WEDGIE!” call, which now exists in the same realm as “DO YOU BELIEVE IN MIRACLES!” and “I DON’T BELIEVE WHAT I JUST SAW!” in the world of greatest in the moment sports calls. The best commentators always rise to the level of the moment. (Ed. note: Shouts to Skeets and Tas)
Also of note here is that Hubb appears to be clotheslined by the Toledo defender, but once again, the non-existent home court whistle is swallowed and the Irish don’t get the benefit of a call.
In the moment, this seems to be a fittingly embarrassing end to a fairly embarrassing loss for Notre Dame. But once that initial wave of embarrassment wears off, the realization sets in that this was actually the only possible occurrence that could have kept the Irish alive.
If the Gibbs’ shot caroms off the rim normally, there is zero chance Notre Dame has enough time to collect the rebound kick the ball back outside, and take another shot at tying the game. Without the wedgie, the clock runs out and the Toledo Rockets are celebrating inside Purcell Pavilion. With the wedgie, the play turns into a jump ball, and the arrow is with the Irish. The officials look at the clock and set it at 1.5 seconds, giving Brey’s team one final shot at avoiding an upset.
GREATEST GAME EVER PLAYED pic.twitter.com/QofAkwIkt0
— Mike Rutherford (@CardChronicle) November 22, 2019
That’s Nate Laszewski playing hero. The same Nate Laszewski who, before that shot, had been just 3-for-22 from beyond the arc on the season and 1-for-6 in the game. If he uses this shot as the jumping off point to a scorching hot season from three, he’ll only have the wedgie shot to thank.
Overtime is gross. Notre Dame only makes two field goals, but that doesn’t matter because Toledo only makes one.
This is the one:
Final: Notre Dame 64, Toledo 59
This shot went in.
Send the game footage straight to Springfield. pic.twitter.com/M8nPJlNn2K
— Mike Rutherford (@CardChronicle) November 22, 2019
The officials, staying true to their brand right until the final whistle, aren’t even paying attention to the fact that this three-quarter court heave has been attempted (neither, apparently, is the ACC Network camera crew) and initially the shot isn’t counted. A review after the game confirms that Marreon Jackson released the shot before time expired, and a final score of Notre Dame 64, Toledo 62 is set in stone. Those final three points allowed the second half “over” total to hit.
Put this game in a museum where it can be properly appreciated for generations to come.

You’ll have to decide - A Judas Iscariot playlist
So this is mainly for myself, but hopefully some of you will also like it.
Judas Iscariot fascinates me, because his crime doesn’t seem to have been a crime at all. Jesus was incarnate to die for our sins, so He had to be killed, so someone had to turn Him over to the authorities. Had Judas not turned Him in, someone else would have, and if no one had, we wouldn’t have a Savior!
Judas’ actions were necessary, and Jesus says as much in the Gospels. In addition, Judas repented of his sin, recanted, threw back the money he’d been paid, and was so filled with despair at his actions that he either hanged himself or fell off a cliff, depending on whether you read Matthew or Acts. We never get a solid look at his rationale, and it’s very frustrating, because a man who turns his friend and rabbi and Lord over to be killed is a man I want to understand. “The Devil made him do it” is not enough.
So Judas has always seemed unfairly maligned to me, consigned to eternal torment for a crime that may or may not have been a crime and for which he definitely repented, associated with the worst sort of betrayal and hated forever. And of course, historically, that hatred has been transferred to Jewish populations en masse, which is abhorrent, but no playlist could capture that, so I haven’t tried to.
Instead, this playlist is about how Judas Iscariot was a very human man in a fraught relationship with the Lord incarnate.
Which means some of it is kind of corny and trite, not entirely on purpose, and yes there is an Evanescence song in here, I’m sorry, I won’t be offended if you ignore that one. But in general, I think I’ve done a good job portraying my mindset.
This playist is available to download [here], or to listen to on Youtube [here]. It’s in chronological order and it isn’t exactly short, although I did my best to cut it down. Thank you for your time if you’ve read this far!
Playlist under the cut.

CANTLON: HOCKEY NEWS AND NOTES
BY: Gerry Cantlon, Howlings
HARTFORD, CT - While in our safe places under a pandemically-induced house arrest, there is some limited hockey news still going on.
XL CENTER
The XL Center, despite being shut down, progress on the facility's brand spanking new chiller project has officially begun.
According to Michael W. Freimuth, the Executive Director of the CRDA (Capital Regional Development Corporation), a construction management contract was awarded to Hartford's Consigli Construction Co., Inc.
“Consigli has bid out the chiller package to two qualified bidders who have completed NHL chillers in the past – Cimeco & Ice Builders – those bids are currently under review. The remaining bid packages are going out today and the bid packages are due on April 15th.”
The project schedule indicates mobilization to begin in May and is set for completion by September 2020 in time for the start for both of the 2020-21 college hockey and AHL Wolf Pack regular seasons.
NHL DRAFT
Sadly, another victim to the COVID-19 virus that initially began in Wuhan, China is the summer NHL Draft spectacular that was slated to be held in Montreal on June 26-27.
The NHL combines, NHL Awards Show in Las Vegas and the NHL Draft were all shut down.
It looks like the NHL Draft will be held remotely at the NHL offices and will likely occur with a video hookup with all 31 teams. It will be handled with NBCSN and TSN who were going to broadcast Day 1 and TSN Day two.
That is unless conditions dramatically change in the next three months in the US, Canada, and Europe and that doesn’t seem very likely.
PRO SIGNINGS
Ex-Bridgeport Sound Tiger, Matt Donovan, has re-signed with the Milwaukee Admirals for the 2021-22 AHL season. The team also signed ex-Pack captain, Cole Schneider (UCONN), to a new AHL, one-year deal for next season.
Meanwhile, in Sweden, 2019 second-round draft pick of the Rangers center Karl Henriksson signs a deal with Frolunda HC (Sweden-SHL) and is eligible to play for Sweden 2021 WJC Team.
This season just concluded, he played a majority of his games with Frolunda HC J-20 team in the Super Elite League, got in eight SHL games and was loaned out to Sodertalje SK in Allsvenskan League and skated for the 2020 Sweden WJC Team.
-Ex-Pack Nick Latta signs with EHC Straubing (Germany-DEL) for next season after three seasons with EHC Wolfsburg.
While ex-Pack Steven Moses goes from Jokerit Helsinki (Finland-KHL) to SC Rapperswil-Jona (Switzerland-LNA).
-Greg Ireland, former AHL head coach with Grand Rapids and San Antonio was named Italian Nation team coach replacing Clayton Beddoes who he replaced with HC Bolzano (Italy-EBEL) mid-season.
Beddoes had a solid college career with Lake Superior State in their heyday in the early 1990s and played for several years with Providence before heading over to Europe.
COLLEGE HOCKEY
The player signing numbers have picked up over the past week with several each day.
The Wolf Pack latest signing was skating not far from the XL Center.
Alex Whelan, a 6-0, 210-pound native of Ramsey, NJ, played four seasons at Quinnipiac University (ECACHL), including 13 goals,11 assists and a 24-point performance in 29 games this year as a senior for the Bobcats.
Whelan, 22, an assistant captain led the Bobcat squad in plus/minus, with a plus 16, and finished second on the team in goals and third in points.
He notched his second collegiate hat trick January 17th, in a 4-3 win at Holy Cross, and had a college career-best six-game point-scoring streak (4-3-7) from November 30 through January 10.
In 141 career games with Quinnipiac, Whelan totaled 48 goals and 30 assists for 78 points, along with 38 penalty minutes. He led the Bobcats in goals his sophomore season, 2017-18, with 16 in 38 games, and twice topped Quinnipiac skaters in shots-on-goal, with 175 in 2017-18 and 152 in 2018-19 his junior season.
Whelan also earned ECACHL All-Academic Team honors for three straight years, from 2016-17 through 2018-19.
- The latest signing came late Friday afternoon as freshmen Trevor Zegras (Avon Old Farms) left Boston University after one year and signed a standard three-year two-way entry-level contract.
Joining him in SoCal in a rare Ivy League early exit is forward Jack Badini (Old Greenwich/CT Oilers-EHL) from Harvard to the Ducks.
Hobey Baker candidate, Jason Cotton of Sacred Heart University (AHA) and his brother David of Boston College (HE) both signed with the Carolina Hurricanes. Jason signed a one-year free-agent deal and David, a two-year entry-level deal earlier in the week.
Mattias Samuelsson, son of former New Haven Nighthawk and one time Ranger Kjell Samuelsson, has left Western Michigan (NCHC) for the Buffalo Sabres on a standard three year, two-way entry-level deal.
Several Notre Dame (Big 10) players have signed deals like Callahan Burke (Colorado-AHL) and Colton Poolman (Calgary-NHL).
The top school with the most signees is the Western Michigan Broncos (NCHC) with six, including the recently inked Rangers forward Austin Rueschhoff at 6’7 and 230 lbs. departing a year early on a two year, two-way entry-level deal.
The other school with five signees is the Ferris State Bulldogs (WCHA), then with four are the University Vermont Catamounts (HE) and Michigan St. Spartans (Big 10) led by Patrick Khorodorenko who played one game with the Wolf Pack after signing before the season was suspended.
In total, 58 Division I players have signed and 68 in total have signed pro deals so far. The Big 10 conference has 15 players, Hockey East has 14 signees and the WCHA and NCHC each have 10.
Just one player has signed in Europe, in Teemu Pulkinnen Nebraska-Omaha (NCHC) with Jukerit (Finland-FEL) and there is just one grad transfer in Sean Dhooggee from University Wisconsin Badgers (Big 10) to Arizona State Sun Devils (NCAA Division-1 Independent).
-Ryan Donald, an assistant coach with Yale University (ECACHL) has left to become head coach/GM of the expansion Cranbrook Bucks (BCHL) signing a four-year deal. He has been an assistant to head coach Keith Allain since 2014-15 and played four years for Yale.
-The 10 finalists for the Mike Richter Award for the top college hockey goalie were announced including Spencer Knight (Darien/Avon Old Farms) of BC, unsigned Rangers draft pick senior Tyler Wall UMASS-Lowell (HE) and Jeremy Swayman, Maine (HE) who recently signed with the Boston Bruins.
-The NCAA Division I/IIII Player of the Year is Norwich University Cadets (Northfield, VT) goalie Tom Aubruen (Chamonix, France). He finished with a 23-2-2 record and an obscene 0.77 GAA and a .967 save percentage in gaining, the Sid Watson Award.
He was no academic slouch either with a 3.77 GPA in business management.
His career playing numbers 65 games, a record of 50-8-5 and a .946 save percentage. He should get a training camp deal from some team in the NHL, AHL or ECHL.
JUNIORS
Very sadly, the Canadian Hockey League, the governing body for all three Canadian junior hockey leagues the OHL, QMJHL, and WHL formally canceled the playoffs and the 101st edition of the Memorial Cup, one of the great hockey treats in late spring.
-The WHL has set its Bantam Draft for April 22nd and completed its first-ever US Prospects Draft on Wednesday, a two-round 44 player process of selecting prospects from the Western US.
The only name of local interest is Riley Bassen, son of former NY Islander and Springfield Indian Bob Bassen, the current Director of Alumni Relations for the Dallas Stars who resides in Frisco, Texas.
EUROPE
The KHL became the last hockey league to shut down as they canceled the rest of the Gagarin Cup playoffs at the quarterfinal round.
This was necessary after two teams from outside Russia, Barys Nur-Sultan in Kazakhstan and Jokerit Helsinki in Finland, because of their governmental restrictions they couldn’t host playoff games and travel restrictions prevented them from leaving their country.
-The NHL announced this week that KHL free agents cannot be signed by NHL clubs till after May 1st.
-One of two leagues to finish its tournament and crown a new champion was Turkey.
The seven-team short season Turkish Super League (TSL) saw Buz Beykov SK of Istanbul end the five year run of Zeytinburnu SK as champion with a 4-2 championship-clinching win.
Serkan Gumus, the first Turkish born non-import to win the scoring title tallied all four goals in the victory for Beykov.
The Telford Tigers of the English Tier two National Ice Hockey League (NIHL) defeated the Peterborough Phantoms 8-3 to win the title with Brandon Whistle, nephew of former New Haven Nighthawk, Rob Whistle scoring a hat trick in the National Cup victory.
In Serbia, they played just one game before the finals were canceled as Crvena Zvezda (Belgrade) won 4-2 over Vojvodina.
-The Southern Hemisphere hockey season set to begin next month has been paused as well.
The AIHL (Australian Ice Hockey League) has delayed the opening of its 30-game 2020 season that was slated to begin on April 18th.
Neighboring nation New Zealand is still ready for its short season 16 game per team (five teams) NZIHL schedule and is holding firm on a May 15th start date, but are monitoring developments like the rest of the planet.
The Southern Hemisphere is now entering its winter season and the possibility of a COVID-19 outbreak is expected from South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia.
-The IIHF has canceled the Worlds Championships scheduled to be held next month in Davos, Switzerland (Belarus, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Norway, Russia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, United States) and all the other world championships tournaments as well.
Division I: Group A in Ljubljana, Slovenia (Austria, France, Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, and South Korea), Division I Group B to be held in Katowice, Poland (Estonia, Japan, Lithuania, Poland, Serbia, and Ukraine ).
Division II: Group A in Zagreb, Croatia (Australia, China, Croatia, Israel, Netherlands, and Spain) and Division II Group B in Reykyavik, Iceland (Belgium, Bulgaria, Georgia, Iceland, Mexico, and New Zealand).
Division III: Group A set for Kockelscheuer, Luxembourg (Luxembourg, North Korea, Taiwan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, and United Arab Emirates-UAE). Then Division III Group B in Cape Town, South Africa (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hong Kong, South Africa, and Thailand)
Lastly, Division IV in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan (Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia and the Philippines) all were canceled.
