okay fun silly question because these are my favorite types of stories but what are your guys' favorite pieces of media that require the audience to go in blind? usually the synopsis is a diversion of some sort or there's just some killer plot twist that changes things (like the genre) significantly.

Hey, question: which is better? The Yashahime anime, or the manga? And why is it so different- did they change all the plot and stuff because the anime had problems or it wasn't' well-received? Just curious!
OH MAN THIS QUESTION twitter still drives me crazy with this one, and it's funny bc once someone brought this up to me to criticize Yashahime but blocked me while i was in the middle of responding to it lmao. i'm gonna answer the second question first then the first one because i have a lot of things to say about it
it's not so much they changed it bc the anime wasn't well received or anything like that- this is a really common thing with manga adaptions of anime originals. animes are a REALLY expensive production, which is why it's usually important for animes to faithfully adapt successful mangas. because if a manga is well received, then by trying to do a faithful adaption they can try to replicate that success and make a good profit. but when an anime original comes first, this changes the dynamic a lot. this is part of the reason The Promised Neverland S2 was such an unholy disaster, S1 was an incredibly good adaption of a very well received manga and S2 completely tried to go in an original direction and it was a disaster.
the more expensive production has been made- so a manga is kind of fanservice if you think about it! so it's actually not uncommon for manga adaptions of anime originals to heavily diverge from the plot! a good example of this is any Yu-Gi-Oh! manga after the original by Takahashi. pretty much all the YGO mangas for stuff like GX, 5D's, ZEXAL, ARC - V, etc all came after the animes and all have pretty divergent plots. same mcs and usually the same settings but sometimes personalities change, they all use different decks, the main antagonist and threats change, etc! i haven't seen it, but to my understanding Romeo + Juliet's manga's plot diverges from the anime. this isn't a universal rule though, Puella Magi Madoka Magica's manga is actually a pretty faithful adaption of the anime!
it's pretty common for these manga adaptions to be like "same characters, similar but different plot" since the more expensive production is already out there, there's not much reason to adapt it into a less expensive form, so the mangakas are often allowed to take pretty big differences in their direction to write "their version" of the story in the hopes it'll attract the same audience who might be interested in a new take on it! so i don't think it had anything to do with the Yashahime anime's overall quality, it was just a pretty standard industry practice. ofc i could be wrong and if anyone knows for a fact feel free to let me know, but that's the norm for these kind of manga adaptions
now as for which is better- there's a very high consensus among a lot of people that the manga is the superior version. the Yashahime anime was plagued with MANY production issues (including, possibly, don't quote me on this, a cancelled s3 due to the company merging which resulted in like a full 12+ episodes worth of content shoved into like three and a half) and a change in directors who had a different vision, whereas the manga has always had a pretty cohesive view of what it wanted to do. Moroha and Setsuna growing up together, Towa's motivations having changed due to her being the one with amnesia, Shiina being able to take advantage of the underdeveloped villains and the strength of one good storytelling telling his vision vs. a bunch of people seem to have really helped it! the anime is unfathomably special and dear to my heart and is my favorite anime of all time despite my many issues with it, but objectively? i would probably recommend the manga first and would say i think it has consistently higher quality (i do need to badly rewatch the anime to compare and contras though)
so yeah, those are my answers! i think how bad Yashahime is is like, extremely exaggerated, but i don't think it's that great either. i would personally recommend you start with the manga and then the anime later maybe if you want more! the manga isn't a flawless masterpiece and updates monthly though: i've heard some conflicting reports saying it's starting to hit near its first half or if its over soon (it does kinda seem like the endgame is in sight), but that's just my personal take! the manga caters a lot more to my personal tastes in characterization and what it means to be good shounen while the anime has more sentimental value to me and especially Towa's characterization there

P2 who can influence things through Alya or even Sass (or maybe Longg but we haven't seen him much) who comes off as wise and a leader among the kwami? And then there's the fact that LB is using the temp holders and unification much more instead of doing her thing like before, I wouldn't be surprised if Tikki felt somewhat similarly to CN? I wonder if Kwamis could be akumatized? It could be a way to kinda akumatize LB without actually doing it, but it kinda also feels like instant game over?
Oh god, what did I write in P1? Let's see, the kwami in question was Sass, I think? Basically, after Wishmaker, I was wondering if the show might parallel CN and Tikki? As LB partners who are negatively affected by the change in status quo? Because it stood out to me that Plagg and Adrien reaffirmed their bond, while Tikki trying to discuss the future with Marinette got derailed by the other kwami joining in. Like, I don't think Tikki has seemed visibly upset so far, unlike CN, but I do feel P1
P2 like she has become just one off many voices in Marinette's life. Now, it would be helpful if I could remember what I wrote in P1 and what was in P2, sigh, oh well. I mean, Wayzz has experience as a guardian kwami, Trixx can influence things via Alya, be it through Alya or just that his opinion holds more weight now that he's her kwami, a bunch of the others are just louder in general, there's Alya who's arguably LB's No. 1 advisor right now (does that make Wayzz a Fu stand in?) and Sass, ofc
Tumblr media
Okay! I definitely have enough to clean the core of the messages here. Basically, is Tikki likely to feel sidelined or replaced by Marinette's new situation and her turning to different sources of counsel? This depends entirely on how invested Tikki is in the idea of being a guide and/or teacher to Marinette. I recently reblogged an analysis on Tikki perhaps not really being an advisor type, but simply having been forced into a role she is ill-suited for. Basically, Tikki is not good at guiding someone, but she is too invested in Marinette and the goal of reuniting the Miracle Box to not give advice. It was a very compelling post that brought up how Tikki's advice in the show is worse when it's not over something very obvious like "do your work properly the first time or you might have to do it again", but actually over something more ambiguous like "what's the best time to confess your feelings to a boy". I've also commented on how Tikki only appears wise by kwami standards, so I definitely agree.
However, all of this only establishes that Tikki is clearly not cut out to be a life coach type of magical girl familiar. She's not nearly as good at life advice as, for example, Luna from Sailor Moon, but she also doesn't seem to have an ulterior motive behind giving bad advice like Kyubey from Puella Magi Madoka Magica. Therefore, she is well-intentioned but not fit for the job. So, we'd need to know if Tikki places value onto her role as Ladybug’s confidant. If that's a big part of her identity as the Kwami of Creation, then yes, she would be hurt over being overlooked in favor of other confidants who haven't been around as much as she has. If she feels burdened by this role, however, it would be a relief to have that pressure of being Marinette's only sounding board gone.
The thing about the kwami is that they're all kinda unreliable in human matters, with maybe Nooroo being an exception. Wayzz's insight was useful to Fu, because he balanced out Fu's paranoia somewhat. Marinette can be a nervous wreck sometimes, but it's not the same kind of calm insecurity that Wayzz could just discuss with Marinette like he could do with Fu's issues. Sass does appear to be someone the Box kwami take cues from, but he's a lot like Luka in that he seems to volunteer his opinion only very rarely. As such, I don't think Tikki's possible insecurity over the other kwami would be focused on a specific one other kwami, and might just be a more general fear of losing her friendship with Marinette when Marinette now has so many other fairy friends.
I feel Unification is the most likely thing to get Tikki in a tizzy in season four. She is the Kwami of Creation, but her power isn't enough to stop Shadow Moth. Instead of Ladybug stopping the threat, it's Pegabug or Ladybee. This would definitely make her feel inadequate and like she can't help Marinette enough, especially since other Miraculous holders don't need to Unify to be up to the task. It would make sense to take this route, since the use of Unification would ideally be building up to something, and Marinette doesn’t seem to be suffering any ill effects personally. The final nail to the coffin would definitely be if some mixup happened that caused Marinette to have to use another Miraculous alone. In this scenario I can see Tikki sinking into a negative spiral that would make her vulnerable to Shadow Moth.
As for a kwami getting Akumatized, I doubt it would be much different from a Miraculous holder getting Akumatized. A difficult opponent to take down, for sure, but not impossible. Of course, we would have to consider the aspect of Kwami powers that makes them uncontrollable without a Miraculous Holder to serve as a conduit. The Akuma could possibly serve this purpose of being a balancing conduit.
Of course, considering that the Akumatization victim turns back to normal once the Akuma gets removed, Tikki could still purge the Akuma once the heroes get her to snap out of the Akumatization. And you are correct that this would be a good way of doing it without risking Marinette's identity, because Tikki literally couldn't tell Marinette's name to anyone because of the geas.

Femslash: how alone I am
A meme taken from @convenientalias and @fucktheg0ds. Basically, ranking all my femslash ships by percentage I’ve written. Only based on AO3. I tried to count the gen fics with femslash pairings too, since they appear in the tags.
Most ships I have written only one time, even if there are exceptions.
First, all the non-rare femslash pairings I have dabbled in!
Emma/Regina (Once upon a Time) : 0,01% (1/10368)
Korra/Asami (Legend of Korra) : 0,03% (1/3747)
Luna/Ginny (Harry Potter) : 0,1% (1/1047)
Willow/Tara (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) : 0,1% (1/1027)
Pearl/Rose (Steven Universe) : 0,1% (1/908)
Cosette/Eponine (Les Misérables) : 0,2% (1/594)
Belle/Ruby (Once upon a Time) : 0,2% (1/492)
Homura/Madoka (Puella Magi Madoka Magica) : 0,2% (1/463)
Jasper/Lapis Lazuli (Steven Universe) : 0,2% (1/417)
Aurora/Mulan (Once upon a Time) : 0,3% (1/306)
Hermione/Luna (Harry Potter) : 0,3% (1/296)
Azula/Ty Lee (Avatar the Last Airbender) : 0,4% (1/263)
The comfortable ones by femslash standards, I don’t count the writers. Most of them are actually bigger, but they are old, and most of the fics aren’t on ffnet. I can usually find people to squee with me.
Kaylee/River (Firefly) : 1% (1/114)
Mystique/Destiny (Marvel comics) : 1% (1/112)
Raven/Angel Salvadore (X-men movies) : 1% (1/88)
Yoruichi/Soifon (Bleach) : 1% (1/74)
Utena/Anthy (Utena) : 1% (4/259)
Sakura/Tomoyo (Card Captor Sakura) : 1% (1/65)
Dorothy/Relena (Gundam Wing) : 2% (1/56)
Karolina/Xavin (Marvel Comics) : 2% (1/56)
Wendy/Mabel (Gravity Falls) : 2% (1/48)
Marietta/Cho (Harry Potter) : 3% (1/36)
Juri/Shiori (Utena) : 3% (2/71)
Mina/Vanessa (Penny Dreadful) : 3% (1/35)
Winry/Sciezska (Fullmetal Alchemist 2003) : 3% (1/31)
OK, getting into the rarer ones!
Mireille/Kirika (Noir) : 5% (1/21). This one was bigger, it’s an old one.
Phèdre/Mélisande (Kushiel’s Legacy) : 5% (1/21). Canon kinky foeyay ship! Quite big relative to the size of the fandom.
Reiko/Hinoe (Natsume Yuujinchou) : 5% (1/21). It is an old fic and it has gotten so much bigger now! I should read the new fics!
Pearl/Connie (Steven Universe) : 5% (1/21). An unwholesome ship that antis hate. ^^
Kitty/Illyana (Marvel) : 6% (6/107). Quite a big one, but also one of my favorites, so I’ve written quite a bit of it! I’m glad it got big, really (by femslash standards), it was not that much when I’ve started.
Brunnhilde/OFC (Thor movies) : 6% (1/16). I wish Brunnhilde’s dead girlfriend had a name. I’m sure it would make the ship bigger.
Artemis/Iphigenia (Greek myth) : 7% (1/15). Another creepy ship, that I love.
Retsu/Isane (Bleach) : 8% (1/13). I was deep in Bleach fandom once. I wrote a lot of combinations. Most of them were jossed.
Spinsters (Once upon a Time) : 9% (1/11). They were in only an episode, at the time I hoped we’d see more of them. I know in the fairy tale they’re sisters, but they’re also three, and I will stay persuaded that Rumplestiltskin, after him mother left, was raised by two lesbian spinsters fairies.
Mabel/Candy (Gravity Falls) : 10% (1/10). I’m honestly suprised it’s not bigger. There’s one femslash ship in Gravity Falls and it’s eating all the other possibilities.
Gamma/Zimmy (Gunnerkrigg Court) : 10% (1/10). Lots of people ship them but the fandom and the ship are not easy to write.
Gerda/Little Robber Girl (The Snow Queen) : 11% (1/9). Most people love it, but most fairy tales rewriting are published as original stories.
Te Fiti/Moana (Moana) : 12% (1/8). I’m glad it exists, even if it’s small.
Artemis/Callisto (Greek myth) : 12% (1/8). Canon sens unique, horrible ending canon aussi.
Dawn/Amanda (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) : 12% (1/8). I actually love this one a lot!
Dani/Rahne (Marvel comics) : 12% (1/8). I hope there will be potential in the movie.
Lain/Alice (Serial Ewperiments Lain) : 12% (1/8). It used to be bigger on ffnet, really.
Orihime/Tatsuki (Bleach) : 13% (7/53). Another ship where I didn’t just pass and actually stayed a lot
Leah/Illyana (Marvel Comics) : 14% (1/7). Canon in an AU!
Cassandra/Helen (Greek myth) : 14% (1/7). It was honestly for a challenge but greek myth is so easy for crack ships
Storm/Mystique (X-men movies) : 17% (1/6). The dynamics I like is AoA!Ororo crushing on Raven, and it’s very hard to find, most of these fics are FoeYay for the first timeline.
Natasha (Avengers movies)/Mystique (X-men movies) : 17% (1/6). Quite common for a crossover actually!
Cecile/Merteuil (Les liaisons dangereuses) : 17% (1/6). It’s a friend’s ship, it was nice to write!
Nancy/Yomiko (Read or Die) : 20% (1/5). Another old one.
Dante/Rose (Fullmetal Alchemist 2003) : 20% (1/5). Very visible but so creepy!
Lust/Martel (Fullmetal Alchemist 2003) : 20% (1/5). This one was a random generator.
Maria/Saki (Shin Sekai Yori) : 20% (1/5). Canon but not endgame.
Yuzu/Ururu (Bleach) : 20% (1/5). Bleach phase again. I loved this one for absolutely no reason.
Cinderella/Cinderella’s stepmother (Fairy tales) : 20% (1/5). For an exchange!
Basira Hussain/Daisy Tonner (The Magnus Archives) : 20% (1/5). The fandom is growing and this ship too!
Souma/Kendappa (Rg Veda) : 22% (2/9). Another of the very old ships! It was my first femslash fic, but I found only recently the courage to write it!
Suzie/Gwen (Torchwood) : 22% (2/9). Used to be a bit bigger, bu never as much as I wished. I have only one fic, but in French and English.
Gyokumen/Hwang (Saiyuki) : 25% (1/4).  For a kink meme!
Kushana/Nausicaä (Ghibli) : 25% (1/4). I actually really love this one and have another in progress
Chizuru/Rika (Yami no matsuei) : 25% (1/4). Characters of the tome; I’m almost surprised not to be the only one.
Kumi/Yuri (Alien 9) : 25% (1/4). Another ship I really love. I wish they ended together.
Sarah/Lavinia (A Little Princess) : 25% (1/4). For an exchange, a very good prompt asking for power games.
Rei/Nanako (Oniisama e) : 25% (2/8). Yeah, love this one too!
Storm/Yukio (X-men comics) : 25% (2/8). I will ship them forever. But they haven’t been that shippy recently. Greg Pak disappointed me.
Kotoko/Sumomo (Chobits) : 25% (2/8). It’s so cute. ^^
Acolyte/Radiant Goddess (Lady of the Shard) : 33% (1/3). The main ship! They’re so cute, but cute is not what I write easily
Chloe/Kirika (Noir) : 33% (1/3). Used to be bigger, even if it was not the main ship.
Dante/Sloth (Fullmetal Alchemist 2003) : 33% (1/3). I’m just kinky. ^^
Emma/Firestar (Marvel Comics) : 33% (1/3). Same.
Emma/Selene (Marvel Comics) : 33% (1/3). Same.
Claudine/Luce (Colette) : 33% (2/6). Oh yes, another of my favorite ones! And formative too, I was a teenager!
Gwen/Carys (Torchwood) : 40% (2/5). Whoniverse1000! Only one fic, but an English version and a French one.
Atsuko/Michiko (Michiko e Hatchin) : 50% (1/2). Should be far bigger. It’s Foeyay, and so obvious! (small fadoms curse)
Acolyte/Old God (Lady of the Shard) : 50% (1/2). The creepy mind control one ^^
Cristo Canyon/Tomie Katana (Lastman) : 50% (1/2). I’m alone with a friend.
Ozen/Lyza (Made in Abyss) : 50% (1/2). Yeah, not alone! I was surprised going back in the tag and finding another fic, actually!
Hi’iaka/Hopoe (Hawaiian mythology) : 50% (1/2). Same!
Marnie/Anna (When Marnie was here) : 50% (1/2). It is was not incest, if could be big ^^
Sistah Spooky/Mindf**k (Empowered) : 50% (1/2). Alone with another friend. This one should be huge, I’m so annoyed it doesn’t even exist. It has all the tropes I love (except that I wanted a good ending, but why are people not writing fix-it?)
Nemu/Kuna (Bleach) : 50% (1/2). I’m alone with the same friend.
Chizuru/Misato (Bleach) : 50% (1/2). Still the same friend
Cora/Anastasia (Once upon a Time in Wonderland) : 50% (1/2). Yeah, rare mentor/protegee ship! I with the only other fic was not so gen-ish, otherwise it’s good.
Mikuru/Haruhi (Haruhi Suzumiya) : 50% (1/2). It’s actually big outside of AO3?
Akira/Shiina (Naru Taru) : 50% (1/2). Very dark fandom, dark ship, I’m still so sad it’s not a Thing.
Rei/Fukiko (Oniisama e) : 50% (2/4). Romantic canon one-sided incest!
Callisto/Karima (X-men comics) : 67% (2/3). It was just so shippy in Excalibur. With tentacles. But well, obscure like all the Marvel pairings with a few brilliant scenes but no long history.
Old God/Radiant Goddess (Lady of the Shard) : 75% (3/4). Yeah! Enemies with a past, and it’s totally canon! So much my kind of ships! It could be so big if the fandom was bigger!
Dani/Hela (Marvel Comics) : 100% (1/1)
Luna/Valeria (Marvel Comics) : 100% (1/1)
Psylocke/Selene (Marvel Comics) : 100% (1/1)
Karima/Monet (Marvel Comics) : 100% (1/1). All Marvel pairings where I like an interaction once and had to write about it (for Luna and Valeria, it’s even only the potential of an interaction)
Tracy Zenkova/Annabelle Chang (Lastman) : 100% (1/1). I had to write it once, it’s canon after all, even if Annabelle isn’t my favorite.
Anlise/Renge (Namesake) : 100% (1/1). Canon mind control! But secondary characters in a small fandom. I still wish I were not alone.
Agathe/Nagîna ( Mesdemoiselles de la Vengeance) : 100% (1/1). Very small fandom, French historical children’s book. THe ending is a bit too heterosexual for my tastes.
Phoenix/Acolyte/Radiant Goddess/Old God (Lady of the Shard) : 100% (1/1). It’s the canon ending, but quite hard to write, especially when you’re more interested in a specific relationship. Small fandom anyway.
Malen/Rue (Princess Tutu) : 100% (1/1). Character of the week with a crush on the dark magical girl!
Nemu/Rangiku (Bleach) : 100% (1/1)
Chizuru/Lisa (Bleach) : 100% (1/1)
Chizuru/Rangiku (Bleach) : 100% (1/1). Bleach crack ships!
Dante/Lust (Fullmetal Alchemist 2003) : 100% (1/1). Just because it was super-hot
Empowered/Ninjette (Empowered) : 100% (1/1). More crack.
Amber/Bai (Darker than Black) : 100% (1/1). This one I really love, and I wish it would be bigger! To me, Amber is as shippable with Bai as she is with Hei, though in different ways. But it’s almost unheard of.
Jheselbraum/Pyronica (Gravity Falls) : 100% (1/1)
Darlene/Shandra (Gravity Falls) : 100% (1/1). These two are crack pairings written for a personal challenge. I’m nor surprised I’m the only one.
Harriet Jones/Astrid Peth (Doctor Who) : 100% (2/2). From whoniverse1000. Once again it’s only one fic, but I translated it, so two versions.

Y'all got any other anime recs?
i can just give ya all my fav anime fdfhdghk
TLDR;
sailor moon*
inuyasha
digimon*
Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne
Ao no Exorcist / Blue Exorcist*
Puella Magi Madoka Magica (16+)*
Kill la Kill (16+)*
My Hero Academia (duh)*
Danganronpa
Tiger and Bunny*
(anime with a * have GREATLY influenced my art and or writing style and idea of what a good story is; AKA THOSE ARE MY ABSOLUTE FAVES)
longer explanations under the cut
Sailor Moon (the oringinal one from the 90s; watch as sub if u want to go in all serious, but the dub is fun too if u like watching it more relaxed ((or with friends bc shits funny)))it has 200 Episodes and 5 MoviesThere IS a remake but I’d say watch that after you’ve seen the original.Summary:Usagi Tsukino is a normal 14 year old girl.. she’s like you and me... sleeps in, loves to eat sweets, loves to play video games, has bad grades, kinda nervous about making friends, kinda broke and just wants to have a good time. But one day her life turns over when suddenly she’s supposed to become a magical girl to defend Tokyo from evil and find a mysterious princess from the moon. (this also involves a talking cat how cool is that)Noteworthy mentions: gay and trans characters? hell yeah! (even if they join the party really late)
Inuyasha! I never saw the english dub, nor japanese dub so no info on which one to watch. just go with preferencehas 193 Episodes.Summary: Kagome Higurashi is yet again an average girl; but she lives at a shrine that has been home to her family for a long time. One day she falls into the well inside the shrine when trying to get her cat (iirc i didnt watch it in 10 years oops) and ends up waking up in feudal japan. She doesn’t really know what happened but thats when she meets inuyasha, who is nailed to a tree with a magical arrow. She saves him and that’s kinda how their destinies collide. again; inuyasha is a half-demon who jumps into fights with a huge fucking sword and its a tru adventure.
Digimon! All digimon seasons should be watched in japanese (or german or latinx spanish (because other languages like english and french did not use the japanese soundtrack. and the english soundtrack is HORRIBLE. bad. hideous. please watch in japanese, german or latinx spanish.)You should start watching Digimon Adventure (1 and 2 and 3)but those two together will be 130 Episodes (and this shit is 3 seasons) jkafhaskjafter seeing season 1 and 2 you should watch the Digimon Movie (my fav movie of all times) and THEN move on to Digimon Adventure triThis is the original digimon series and you don’t NEED to watch it to udenrstand the many reboots, but it’s nice to have seen it to get the references (plus its just REALLY REALLY GOOD!)[theres a lot of gay tension between certain characters but canonically ofc its not happening I GUESS but whatever them gay]Once u got all those down you can watch Digimon Tamers! It has 54 Episodes and is my personal fav season! Takato is a dreamer like you and me and he wants fictional characters to be real! He makes a fucking digimon OC and!?!? IT COMES TO LIFE!!!!!!!!! this season is so fucking good yall. It’s so good.I personally don’t like Digimon Frontier but if u want to give it a try go ahead! The kids THEMSELVES turn into digimon here! idk how many episodes it has tbh but the soundtrack is a bop.Digimon Data Squad is also really good!! the characters are more grown up and the approach is generally a tad more mature (to tamers is also pretty mature considering those are like 12) data squad has 48 Episodesanything after that i didnt rly bother watching but if ya want u can check it out
Kamikaze Kaito Jeannea magical girl anime that i liked a lot as a kid? didnt watch it anymore since 2012 but i have fond memoriesimagine that god himself assigned magical girls?44 episodes, watch in japanese
Ao no Exorcist / Blue Exorcist25 Episodes of the original anime; after epsiode 17 the anime does it’s own thing, not following the mangaWatch season 2 after episode 17 (or finish the first anime first, and then watch Kyoto  Saga; and then read the manga (it’s still ongoing iirc? my adhd ass didnt finish the manga yet so idk))The anime is about Rin Okumura, who turns out to be the son of satan. Instead of accepting his fate though, he decides to become an exorcist, and not just any normal exorcist, but an exorcist so powerful that he will defeat satan personally.
Puella Magi Madoka Magica12 episodes and a movie of magical girl adventure.it will get VERY FUCKED UP so  if ur very sensitive or death/unreality triggers u then us houldnt watch it.I’d say u need to be very mature to stomach this. But it’s oh so worth it. One of my all time favourite anime!!!!!!
Kill la KillAgain for mature audiences (mostly because of the very suggestive outfits and the high amounts of blood. also trigger warning for pedophilia and parent abuse and incest :((( its all just one episode where it happens but its. its bad. (the evil doer dies in the end tho. die bitch.))24 episodesand an OVA!amazing soundtrack, characters and story! (we like to joke that this is basically SA2 but with lesbian human shadow the hedgehog jakshfaskj)
If ur following this blog ur already watching My Hero Academia, and if not wHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING ON THIS BLOG IN THE FIRST PLACE???????????
if u want to u can watch the first dangan ronpa anime (and after that watch playthroughs of the games) !warning theres lots and lots of blood and death and the first game/anime is a little transphobic, and Girls Stop Having Giand Bobbies Challenge but i promise its a good series with a really in depth story and characters!!(if u want to know more about what order to watch all the shit hmu after u finished the anime)
if you like My Hero Academia you MUST (i repeat MUST) watch Tiger and Bunny25 Episodes and 2 movies of super hero goodness. It’s MHA but with adults. Gay and trans characters? Hell yeah! Did the creators of the anime drink respect poc juice? YES!
i bet theres more but im so tired.................... ask me fore specific genres and i’ll have a rec some other time
