#day67 When he cooks and I relish🤤🤤🤗 This is my all time fav food, masale bhaat or veg pulao. In this lockdown many of us are confused about what to cook today? I have this easy peasy dish which is actually not an option but the only thing I need once in a week😍 ❣️ Here is my version of #masalebhaat / #vegpulao / #onepotmeal What do we need for this recipe? For serving 2 person *1&1/2 cup of rice *2 cups Any veggies of your choice (I usually use potato & peas) *2tbsp groundnuts ( he loves peanuts in his pulao, this is optional) * 1 onion * 1 tomato * 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste * 1 tbsp chilly powder * 1/2 tsp turmeric * 1/2 tbsp garam masala For tempering * 1 tsp mustard seeds (Rai) * 1 tsp cumin seeds (Jeera) * 1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing) And * 3 tbsp oil * Salt as per taste & water Method Heat a cooker , add oil+tempering, add ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell or garlic is gone . Now add onion, then tomato. Once the tomato are cooked add the spices. Cook for 1min and add the rice, peanuts & veggies. Fry them for 2-3 min, now add salt and water. Add water upto 1/2 inch above the rice level. Cook till 2-3 whistles depending on your rice.
