Ah damn... I got. I... don't know if it's the fact that I only got like two hours of sleep and currently sit here at 3am.

Maybe it's the fact that I'm currently not in the best mental state in my life.

Or maybe it's because I got reminded of my teen days when reading the cult part and had this underlying stones in stomache feeling while reading through it... most likely this.

But I got a bit too emotional when finishing reading the long Espial document. Especially the ending. I don't know why that part punched me so hard. Just reading them get out of that place was such a nice release from the constant dark oppressing atmosphere.

I finished the short one first and didn't think it was too bad but the long one got me. I just wanted everything to turn out nice for once after every single story beat ended in tragedy so far. Man I kinda just want to hear what happens afterwards to Dallin, Olen and Ayesha. Or the other members in the Compound. Vernon and Lesday probably gonna remain in that closet forever.

Could be that I don't really experience media that has a lot of main character deaths in it. I'm not a personal fan of it. I like downs to have ups and deaths are too permament for me.

But damn... I need some funny videos to distract me. You wrote something that rarely gets a reaction like this out of me. This will probably stick to me for the rest of my life.

One of my favorite things to think about with Capitano is an arranged marriage with a reader who is initially very shy, quiet, and kinda scared of him. But the more they get to know him and spend time with him, they get much more louder and excited and talk a lot- Capitano is taken aback by this change of behavior and frankly surprised because absolutely no one acts like this with him which leaves him unsure of what to do. He didn't expect you to open up like this and do stuff like grab onto his arm so casually - but he's not complaining. He likes to let you do what you want, it's rather endearing.

ideal end game scarian in fic isn’t them being super cutesy to me. I want them to continue bickering and teasing and riling each other up and it’ll be flirting because that’s who they are. they’re both little gremlin creatures who require regular enrichment in the form of being a pest and a menace.

I want them to make out sloppy style at the monthly hermit party and take breaks to argue over who brought the best snack for the buffet table. I want their wedding to be an absolute disaster style wise because both of them were too stubborn to back down on whatever aesthetic they had decided on. I want long nights of tender touches interspersed with bickering about block palettes.

I want them knowing that at the end of the day the arguing and teasing are just both of them posturing, wanting to impress each other, wanting to be interesting and to have the other’s attention.

I want them having each other’s backs when it counts and being absolutely ready to sell each other to satan for one corn chip the rest of the time
