I’m sorry but Werchter Boutique & Ticketmaster Belgium how is a credit for Festivalpark (venue) even helpful for those of us who live outside of Belgium like idk, AUSTRALIA.
Many of us were travelling specifically for this years lineup and while I understand the cancellation is out of your control, the handling of it, is not.
We can’t just travel to Belgium at the drop of a hat, nor should we be expected to attend an event / lineup that we are not invested in.
We’re just as devastated as the organisers but many of us were depending on the refund to live off, considering the current circumstances.
If you’re not willing to offer a refund, can the credit at least be available for Ticketmaster in general and not a specific venue / event.
For many of us, we’ll never be able to use the credit as it currently stands.
