My Goals for 2017

I’m always a little late to everything so naturally it makes sense that my goals for the year post is late but regardless here it is! 2016 was a lot of things for me but I’m glad it happened because it lead me to 2017 which is gonna be the year for me (I hope). Anyway enough rambling time to get started!

1) Beat my show record! In 2016, I went to the most live shows I have ever gone to in one calendar year. This year I’m aiming to beat that. I currently have tickets to a couple of shows already and plans to try to make it to others.

2) Post more often. I really enjoy posting and sharing my view of the world I’ve been in love with for so long. I want to grow this into more than just an accumulation of my favorite pictures I’ve taken.

3) Get better at taking pictures. All the pictures I take are from the crowd because I’m not nearly talented enough to get a photo pass nor do I really have the best camera to even try to ask for one but that’s what goals are for. I want to get better at my pictures overall not only in terms of music photography. (Check out what I’ve got going on by checking out my Instagram.)

4) Be more organized. This kinda ties into number to but I really wanna develop a schedule of what I post and when. I also finally graduated from university so I have to figure out how to like actually have a life.

5) Start school (again!) so I just mentioned that I finished my university but I don’t want to pursue my degree any farther than I already have and I’m actually really interested in learning about live sound production so I hope to get into school and start studying that later this year.
