Oh. My god. Literally losing my kind rn-

Ok so since I rewatched the planes movie a few nights ago it’s bothered me that the plane Ishani is looks so familiar but I couldn’t for the life of me think of why or what it reminded me of. So yesterday I looked up what plane she’s based on AND ITS THE AEROCANARD FG KIT AIRCRAFT.

AND THE REASON WHY SHE LOOKS SO FAMILIAR TO ME IS BECAUSE AT THE HANGAR I GO TO EVERY SINGLE DAY FOR COLLEGE WE HAVE THE VELOCITY VERSION. SO THE PLANE ISHANI’S BASED ON IS ONE I LITERALLY WALK BY EVERY DAY AND HAVE EVEN WORKED ON FOR PROJECTS FOR COLLEGE AOZNWKDNENXJJWD

Block 2

So I passed my block two class. I passed with my final with an 80 and got an 88 in my final class. It was a humbling experience and I can't help but be grateful to be able to work well with my classmates and was able to study in a safe space and was able to prioritize school. I'm very happy with the way things went for that period of time.

I'll be moving back to block 1 on Monday, since there weren't enough students to make a block one last semester. I'm not nervous per se, but I am ready to get this block over with.

Sheena's Thoughts

So I finally took the plunge and started Aircraft Mechanic School! I love it so much and even though it's really fucking hard I enjoy it and feel somewhat fulfilled when I learn something new. I'm wondering where I can work since I have a couple of places in mind for when I graduate (Jul '25, InShaAllah) I've been thinking a lot about what kind of company I want to work for and what I'm looking to get out of the academy. I'll have to do more research and ask around but I'll figure something out soon.

Anyone who says fighter pilots aren’t the dorkiest nerds masquerading as jocks is lying to your face

They put on a good front, don’t they lol. If you’ve ever seen videos of their foc’sle follies and skits and singing/dancing you’d just know that they’re all total dorks! They’ve got videos on YouTube and in PBS Carrier, they’re such weirdos.

I’ve always said that every engineer is a nerd about something, doesn’t matter if you’re the most tai kwon do, hockey player, mountain biking engineer, I guarantee they’re a nerd about something.

And I’m convinced that principal also applies to fighter pilots.
