so Bestie and I went to a wedding expo for laughs (tickets were free!) and i entered a bunch of raffles not expecting to win anything and now i have to to schedule the boudoir photoshoot session that i won.
1. Fiance is not super into lingerie so this is the first time it's actually been a problem that the only fancy panties i own are 10 years old and have holes in them.
2. so now I have to actually obtain some underwear and i just wanted to give a shoutout to Knock First Boutique for doing the so-rarely-fulfilled Bare Minimum and including some actual plus-size models wearing their one-size body stockings.
3. also look i know the whole point of boudoir photoshoots is that you get them as something for your partner but there is. a part of me. that wants to take this opportunity to get my picture taken in domme gear that I don't usually get to indulge in bc they're not what Fiance's into? i mean it's not like i went and bought this for him specifically or anything. it could be just for me. but would doing that make me more self-conscious about it?
3.1. then again if I wanted my session to reflect our relationship a little more closely wearing like, an oversize t-shirt with fancy stuff under it might be fun?
4. also there were two boudoir photographers at the show and the one I didn't win anything from would put your photos from your session in a Viewmaster as a purchasing option which I think is absolute genius.

Hey all!I've been presented with the opportunity to work in conjunction (if that's the right word) with one of the largest men's clothing distributors in my country, Ireland. He supplies like 90 stores around the country and he has a massive warehouse, he's the real deal.Anyway so how this came about was that I was fortunate enough to land a web design job with him, and in doing so we had to take photos of all the shirts, belts, socks and scarves he has available for customers to order - was something insane like over 2000 photos (don't even ask, we wants to start with the fastest moving items which I guess makes the most sense).During the photoshoot we got talking and he asked basically would I be interested in re-using the photos of the shirts for the site, and using them on another separate site that I would be in change of marketing and he would fulfil orders (basically this is when I introduced him to the term dropshipping lol).Anyway he gave me a breakdown of the figures involved and he's given me a few days to put a plan together, and if I think it's a go, he'll be happy to.It's a white label brand, of high quality mens shirts. Mostly formal wear in a variety of colours & patterns.Retail price: €79.99Cost (manufacturing): (€16.99) _________ Profit per shirt: €63 / 2 (split the profit)My profit or shirt sold: €31.50So essentially for him to agree to go into a deal like this with me, I will need to construct a strategy for him that I am going to follow.Of course the most initial route is FB ads, but I feel I could try to get a mix of both paid and unpaid advertising to the site.PAID:Facebook Advertising:I'll need to carefully research the audience build, and maybe construct 2-3 audiences to split test with. For example: men with a full time job (due to the more expensive nature of the product), who have already liked the stores pages of who my colleague supplies (so I know they are already interested in am upper end clothing good), and maybe can start to tweak it to certain areas (focus on more affluent areas of the city)Influencers: ( I think this is going to be the golden card)Before I start investing in ads etc though, I am going to construct a list of 10-15 medium sized mens fashion bloggers in the city (10-30k, just so not too big so try to charge extortionate prices) and see can I buy shoutouts from them. Or if not maybe even provide a product in exchange for a review - depending I will need to see what's more cost effective.FREE:Social Media Channels:As it is already I happen to have a good understanding of social media and driving free traffic to sites already. I am hoping to construct an Instagram / Twitter / Pinterest Board / Facebook page and perhaps a Reddit account in a bid to try drive free traffic to the site. The presence on all the main platforms would also aid me in ranking SEO in a long term game.I know this a bit all over the place, but I'm just trying to get my head around the whole thing. The products are actually of an excellent quality (if I could afford them I would wear the willingly) and along with the tasty profit pay put per unit sold, it seems like a match made in heaven. (1-2 shirts a day is more than enough more me - 20 year old student working part time in a garden centre.)If anyone could offer any advice or insights I would greatly appreciate it.EDIT: Format - typed original post on my phone, nearly collapsed when I opened it on my laptop. Looked like a 8 year old had typed it.
