Randomly generated floors are fun because sometimes you'll just get a floor that's just a circle, or in this case it's literally just a straight line. Mementos go home you're drunk

I'm begging people on the left to actually vet the things they are cheering on, like, it's wild seeing people falling for what looks progressive on the surface, but seems to actually be a right-wing false flag funded by Big Oil, like, I thought it was suspicious bc it felt more like a right-wing parody of left-wing activists, and so far, I seem to be correct, and the same people supporting this are also going around calling leftists 'fascists' wtf is going on lol 😭

I had a dream once where my family were living with some other people in this underground complex, the main hall of which was called the under-hall, apparently in reference to Undertale somehow.
For some reason my sister and I were mentally and physically more like we were when we were younger, and were playing an imaginary game that was also somehow real, where we were both cats, but she kept killing me because I was evil (which was actually kind of true. I was very much the evil edgy older sibling archetype here, very much in line with how I actually was at that age). Then some other stuff happened involving that, but the important part is that we stopped playing that game, and I started playing a game on a 3DS that was some sort of official Disney game that was a massive crossover, but completely child friendly, like for ten year olds. Imagine kingdom hearts without the final fantasy elements, but dumbed down.
Anyways I triggered a story event intentionally by using some evil material called "black matter", and in this event it was causing the potential destruction of earth, through 3 evil meteors but there were also good and neutral meteors, and the game somehow knew I did this on purpose and let me do an evil route where I played as the villain. During this, we get to the highlight of this whole thing, in which I was confronted in a cutscene by Sophia the First, and some other random people (apparently her friends, but I've never watched the show so idk), and, after hiding his weak point from them when they realized what it was, the villain character I was playing as pulls out a realistic looking hand gun, says something along the lines of "I can't believe Disney is letting me do this given the rating, but here's something you couldn't have expected" and then I had the option of which of her eyes to shoot at.
And I was thinking A: this guy is a scarier Disney villain than Bill Cipher (not sure I actually agree with that, but my dream self apparently thought so) and B: surely its going to be blocked by some magical shield or something.
It wasn't.
There was no gore or anything, and that probably would've made the experience less authentic. Too over the top. But this felt like Disney had gone full Shadow the Hedgehog (2005) with this storyline, but way more so than Sega ever did. Also I was fast enough that it let me shoot the other eye, then shoot all of her friends.
After this I turned off the game, and I planned on telling my sister because she would find it just as nuts as I did, and eventually I did, and she apparently was also playing this game and was upset I triggered the event while she was asleep because apparently the game had proximity based event sync.
I had told her about this while a car the family were in was caught in the middle of a truck race being hosted on some area of road we were on, but the trucks and the road over time kept getting bigger relative to us until they had to be like 3 stories tall. I don't remember why we were driving, but I do remember getting caught in it, and the reason I brought up the game then, was because apparently using the black matter or other kinds of material in game could've somehow helped us in the real world, presumably because of the blending between games and reality I mentioned at the start. Also the main method of transport around the track once we got as small as we did was to break off tiny bits of things and place them back down like minecraft blocks.
Anyways I had this dream in the middle of the day after falling asleep and when I woke up I thought it was 3 in the morning for several minutes.

The reason this fandom hates IDW Optimus isn't because he's a cop (plenty of people are fine with Prowl) or because he's a bastard (most characters in IDW are) but because he commits the crime of being an actual person who's messy, flawed, and makes a shitload of high stakes mistakes fitting for the intense situations and pressure he's put under constantly.
But we can't have Optimus actually react to his situations by lashing out or being unpleasant, no, he has to have the personality of a cardboard cutout of G1 whose only defining personality traits are "dad, funny, nice," and if he ever vents negative emotions it can only ever be #relatable depression or him being sad on his own without ever letting it show during the important parts of the story. If Optimus dares do things like be angry or frustrated or bitter it's just a sign that he's a bastard and LITERALLY the worst Optimus ever. If Optimus ever makes mistakes or does wrong things in the heat of anger/frustration/stress it's because he's just an evil bastard with no redeeming traits.
God forbid Optimus go through an unending gauntlet of war, politics, atrocities, near-complete loneliness, and a seemingly endless cycle of violence for his entire life and come out of it kind of bitter, angry, and tired of dealing with people's shit. He's not allowed to be a realistic person, context doesn't matter, sympathy doesnt matter. IDW Optimus doesn't fulfill the fandom's fantasies of Father Figure or Perfect Cultural Icon or Twinky Fucktoy and since that's the only reason most people care about Optimus in general, the fandom collectively trashes on IDW OP.
All because he can't fit into the overly simplified and childlike double standard the fandom has where if any other character is messy and flawed, that's good writing and interesting and compelling, but if OPTIMUS is messy and flawed, he's Literally The Worst and he's an asshole for no other reason than He Sucks, context be damned

i’m a bit too hungover to fully articulate this the way i want to but
there’s something about camila dragging billy to that party where he’s immediately offered alcohol because she’s never truly seen his addiction for what it is vs daisy staying in his tour bus with him because she understands that they’re fighting the same struggle
there’s something about camila not really having any clue why billy needs daisy so much to the point where she has to ask if daisy’s a better lover than her vs daisy inherently understanding why billy had to choose his family despite never having a family of her own
there’s something about camila never intervening in the billy/eddie conflict in all those years vs daisy showing up and immediately telling billy that aurora needed to be eddie’s project too
there’s something about billy writing the same songs over and over with camila vs daisy forcing him out of his songwriting comfort zone leading to him writing the most personal and beautiful songs of his career
something something daisy allowed him to be the truest version of himself while camila let him hide behind the idealized version something something billy ultimately chose camila because he wanted to be the man that she saw instead of the complicated mess that daisy understood him to be
