This is me trying - Pablo Gavi x Reader

Ok so this is my first time writing a " x reader " story + I was really shitty at writing romance last year but I think I'm better now 😭

Also some parts of this will relate to my life so sorry if it doesn't fit what you're looking for

2 in the morning. Anxiety had filled your body as you remembered when you gave up. Pablo could feel you twisting and turning in bed, trying to fall back asleep. " amor? What's wrong? " the angry bird questioned you. And that's what you really didn't want to hear. " everything. nothing. I don't know." you said before hiding your face and sobbing.

This made your boyfriend quickly sit up and hold you close. " talk to me, y/n. What's happened? " and that's when you finally felt comfortable enough to talk about it. What gave you anxiety, and how much it ruined your life. Pablo knew about your anxiety, he helped you when it was difficult, but he had no clue you were feeling like this now. It broke him.

" I feel like- my anxiety is making me waste my life.." you said in between a mix of breaths and sobs, tears weren't only rolling down your face; but Pablo's too. " you haven't wasted your life. You're still full of potential to do anything." your loving boyfriend told you softly. You held him tight and asked him " do you promise? " and without hesitation he answered: " Sí, mi amor."

" and my words shoot to kill when I'm mad, I have alot of regrets about that "

You and Pablo never really fought now. At the beginning of your relationship with him, it was different...

" I can't stand it! I don't like seeing people fall in love with you whenever we go out! " Pablo yelled, after you two went on a date and you got checked out by two different guys. Pablo without realizing was taking all his anger out on this- out on you.

Without thinking, you snapped back with your first thought. " well maybe they wouldn't stare if you weren't a fucking famous football player!!" you were even louder than him, which Pablo hated.

" Excuse Me!? Are you blaming my job on this?! Are you fucking serious!! " your boyfriend matched your volume now. Only now processing your words, your whole body filled with regret and you started to shake your head sobbing. Pablo came over to you, to support you. " I didn't mean that.. I know not you're fault cariño.. "

That was back when you and Gavi had only been dating for a month. Now, dating for two yeats and engaged you still remembered the fight and went over to the love of your life and hugged him tightly, still regretting those words.

Your boyfriend was always so proud whenever you met success. As a (insert profession) and a footballer couple, you both saw success in your careers differently.

And you were obviously so proud of him.

Pablos biggest success? A tie between marrying you and winning the world Cup. He became the youngest Spanish player ever to win the world Cup, and it made you unbelievably proud.

He really was ahead of the curve in his career. And you couldn't be prouder.

You only met the rest of Barça + their lovers when you and Gavi hosted a massive party at your shared home, to celebrate Gavis 19th birthday.

You were sitting at the kitchen table, talking with Mikky. You were wasted, as you were comfortable drinking at home compared to a club.

This was your first interaction with Mikky, but you could not shut up about your feelings for Gavi.

" he makes me sooooooooo happyyy " , " I love him more than anythinggg " , " he's so sexy when he's mad oh my godddd ", and you just continue, you really poured your heart out to a total stranger. But that stranger would soon become a person you couldn't imagine living without.

Sobbing in your arms, Gavi held onto you tight. " I'm really trying.. Trying to be good enough.." he repeated over and over. This was the first interaction after this training, he hadn't even showered yet, he hadn't even kissed you yet and he hadn't even taken his shoes off yet. You were just sitting on the couch, crying while you're boyfriend cried.

You assumed it was about training, and you didn't know much about football so you couldn't comment. You just held him tight, rubbed his back and tried to tell him that he's wrong and he is good enough as well as kissing his tears off his face.

Your boyfriend looked up at you, " I'm a good boyfriend, aren't I? " and then it clicked. He wasn't upset about training. It was because you were home sick. Being from (your country), you felt home sick of your family.

" amor.. I'm home sick because I miss my family. But whenever I'm away from you, even for a day I get home sick.. You're my home.." you confessed. You saw Gavi smile abit at the reassurance and nodded, kissing your lips.

You didn't care if he was all gross and sweaty, you misses kissing him. Even of he kissed you before going to training.

Rainy days!

I made this because it won't stop fucking storming where I am and I love it. I think I'm in love with Ayatos part for no reason.

Scaramouche

The hot weather of Inazuma was not in your favor the week you and Scaramouche had been assigned a mission. It did nothing but storm and rain. This delayed your mission for quite some time, and gave you a lot of down-time in doors. The loud thunder and lightning was drawing closer. It sounded like the Raiden Shogun had had enough of everyone's shit 😱. Anyways, the thunder was incredibly loud, causing you to curl up on the couch and watch the rain fall outdoors. "Shit. This storm is going to delay us for a whole day!" Your boyfriend paced around the house, annoyed to high hell about the storm. "Scara, look at this!" You said as long, beautiful lightning bolts touched the ground. Scaramouche seemed quite interested in the lightning flashes. He sat down with you, as he had nothing better to do and watched the storm with you. He could create lightning from his fingertips, so he had no clue why you were so invested in some dumbass storm. He sneakily got closer to you and he wrapped his arms around you, pulling you back so you could lay on his chest. You both watched the storm pass in comfortable silence.

Ayato

Intense Inazuma weather was deffinetly one of the natural beauties of Inazuma. The Kamisato estate, being high on the mountain had a beautiful view of storms, Ayaka and you always watched storms from the windows of the estate. Thoma and you, and even sometimes Ayaka, made the habit of drinking tea and storm gazing. Ayato never got to join in on these little meetings, however this time was different. Thoma was pointing out lightning streaks as they touched ground, causing you and Ayaka to gasp in awe. "Did you see that one?!" Thoma asked happily. Strong arms wrapped around your waist, causing you to flinch. You then realized it was Ayato, pulling you closer to him. "Oh, Ayato!" You said happily, grabbing onto his arm. "I've heard this storm is supposed to last all night." Ayato said calmly, looking down at you. You already had your head leaning on his chest. The 4 of you watched the storm for about an hour, and then all fell asleep.

Childe

You and Childe has been in Liyue harbour for time. Liyue's climate was incredibly hot, yet sometimes there would be some powerful rain storms. You were already working at the house you and Childe were staying at, meanwhile he was out doing god knows what. He returned quite late, as it was dark and had been raining for almost 2 hours. He came in completely drenched. "Oh dear-" You said, in shock of your boyfriend's state. You brought him a towel and he changed clothes. He came back out to the living room to see you falling asleep to the sound of rain. "Aw, without me?" He laughed as he sat down next to you and repositioned you onto his lap. You both listened to the rain, and he was calmed by it to. "It reminds me of home, back when we had those awful blizzards." He drifted off to sleep, and you fell asleep on top of him.

Albedo

You, Albedo, and Klee all shared a house in the city. It was Albedos second office when he wasn't on the mountain. Mondstadt rarely had storms, let alone thunder storms. So when a big thunder storm hit, Klee was a little scared. The first loud crash of thunder. Scared Klee a little shitless. She ran to you, covering her ears. She laid on the couch with you, and you got her a pillow and blanket. Albedo was in the other room working at the moment, and you weren't sure when he was going to be finished. You didn't blame Klee for being scared, every now and then you would jump from a crash. Klee wasn't crying, but was deffinetly scared. She eventually fell asleep with her head resting on your lap. Albedo came out of his office after a while and saw you two. You were about to fall asleep, when he put a blanket over you and settled in on the other side of you. You kept as steady as you could for Klee, but leaned into Albedo and squeezed his hand. He smiled and ran his thump over the back of your hand. (You all fell asleep)

Xiao

Liyue weather was weird. It was either hot as balls or pouring. On this night, it decided to pour. You were already back at the inn walking around. Everyone loved to watch the rain from the balcony. You joined the group and everyone was so positive. Snacks and water was being handed out, and children were happily chattering about the rain. You wondered where your adeptus boyfriend was. He would typically be back by now. You grabbed an extra snack for Xiao, and then headed back upstairs to your shared room. You sat down on the bed, and placed the snack on the nightstand. You left a note reading; "For Xiao, whenever you get back home." You did stuff like this frequently, whenever you didn't know when he was coming back. You were about to fall asleep when you heard his footsteps coming torwards you. You slightly opened your eyes just to see him read the note and smile. The smallest smile. He moved the hair out of your face as you smiled. "Hello there.." You cupped his face sleepily. He was stiff at your touch, but you sat up and welcomed him to sit down with you. "Can we go watch the rain?" You asked him, genuinely hoping he would come with you. "The rain? What about it." "I think it's pretty, come on! Everyone else is watching it." You ran upstairs to the top balcony, where no one was. You knew Xiao wouldn't like all the people. He teleported behind you and brushed up against your hand. You interlocked pinkies with him and sat down with him as you two watched the rain. You fell asleep on his lap. (He moved you back to your bed)

Kazuha

Storms on the ship were always chaotic. Everyone was running around trying to make sure everything was secured and ready to take on anything. On the other hand, Kazuha was writing. He was nice and dry inside your shared room. You were incredibly wet, but it was alright. You changed and dried off. "Kazuha?" "Hm? Is everything alright?" He asked, concerned. You hugged him from behind an he shifted you to sit on his lap, facing him. "You should see the storm outside. It's stunning Kazuha." You said with a smile. Kissing his neck. "Stunning you say? Chapter 7: I cannot with the 98s groupchat, please “strangers to lovers au”💀 seungkwan and chan casually talking about yns tweet has me dying, but I love seungkwan and Vernon’s different approaches to getting chan to ask YN out ㅠㅠ NOT HIM CALLING HER A GOOD GIRL BYE😭 I love how the 96s are just going in on YN over her texts with chan but I knew Woozi felt some type of way and I know wonwoo texted him and that’s on context clues🕵🏽

Chapter 8: I KNEW WONWOO JAD A FUCKING CRUSH ON HER TOO I KNEW IT but he’s so tragic like that’s noble of you to give up your crush for your friend but dang that’s angsty. She slapped cheol and struck fear into him we love that lol also her and Soonyoung bonding is so cute and fun

Chapter 9: DINOO YOU ARE BOLD💀 also Soonyoung stop please my sanity can’t EITH your jokes I’m smiling hysterically at my screen-.- they’re going on a date ahhh. Also YN is such a dumbass “take me out” in what context would be the other way😭 but Jihoon coping with his crush by being passive aggressive 💔😭

Chapter 10: Joshua please stop and let your true self show for once for Jeonghan’s sanity🤡 I love how invested the oldies are in yns business to the point where they’re dropping what they’re doing to go get the tea straight from her on her dinner with Soonyoung. Such a ride or die friend group😭

Chapter 11: of course we start the chapter with JiHan bickering lol and cheol has to mediate between them😭but Wonwoo is such a good friend to Woozi consoling him about his crush crushing on another man and going on a date with him. Idk I like how their crush on tan made them bond it’s kind of touching like you can tell wonwoo really cares and wants Woozi to be happy :(

Chapter 12: I love how the plot just TAKES A TURN lmaaoo😭💀 it was so refreshing to see the 97s again after only appearing at the beginning of the story!! As a fellow caffeine drinker I feel personally victimized by wonwoo help but I still love him though he’s just being caring 😭 also Mingyu developing a crush on Yn is so juicy and chaotic especially when chan is also his friend?!

gonna be honest, joshua had a good start and now the 95 presence is getting weak i need to give them some more screentime JFJD if only to have joshua swear or smth and have everyone shook. omg the insta posts that day were so fun but also a pain in the ass i won’t even lie 😭 so much work, but it was worth it 💞 lmao jfjd.

cheol is indeed jihans mediator i think without him there would be blood. and yes as mentioned before wonwoo is a selfless dude and he just wants jihoon to be happy :( too bad jihoon is veeeery sure yn would never look at him that way 💔.

AAAAND we‘ve gotten to the thickening of the plot 👀. ah yes the appearance of one handsome kim mingyu, what a moment. and yo i am also a coffee or well caffeine addict i has three cups of coffee and two cans of energy drink last night the fact i fell asleep and did not have a heartattack instead js actually a miracle and should be medically investigated fr. and yes mingyu liking yn and chan liking yn… yn such a popular girly without even knowing it (yet).

Oh…so you can just shoot them normally, I guess?? It’s super anticlimactic when you can just shoot them normally, though Bobby usually has whatever the boys need to kill a monster, so it’s not like that’s typically a problem

Sam telling Dean the things he’s done since losing his soul, and then saying that even though things were harder when he had one, he wants to go back to being that guy. I won’t lie, if he’s not lying, I’m proud of him.
