@trattophx, the rustic Italian restaurant by James Beard award winning chef Chris Bianco, has gorgeous handmade pastas using local flour, Italian signatures featuring regional and seasonal ingredients, and some unique menu items such as the Two Wash Ranch chicken liver toast. Every dish is made with love and intention here, and the spacious yet rustic dining room are as inviting as the beautiful menu. On a recent visit, our server @sirmaxximuss took the proverbial culinary reins and delivered plate after plate of beautifully executed dishes along with the perfect wine pairings. Before the meal even begins, a basket of fresh sourdough bread accompanied by olive oil ks delivered to the table.
