Question: do you think if Stiles was bit by a random alpha or if he accepted Peter’s bite that he could also be a True Alpha? Like, I think if Stiles was bit he would, not automatically but like really soon after turning become a True Alpha when Scott was always bragging about how he was the true alpha he would totally get jealous. (These are just thoughts while reading Everyone needs a little Mischief)

You know, I never really thought about it. I guess it depends on how a True Alpha is created (I have not watched TW since it basically finished airing and I’ve only seen the show once up to season 4, so I never even finished it LOL). 

I guess if it pertains to like, a strong desire to protect and to keep everyone safe and happy, Stiles would definitely become a True Alpha relatively quickly. I know he’s more morally grey when compared to Scott, but sometimes you have to be able to make the decisions no one else wants to make to keep people safe, and Stiles imo is pretty good at making those hard calls. For example, knowing that Derek was dying and wanting to stay, but recognizing that Scott needed him more and losing him would be detrimental to the BH Pack as a whole (I know this is a Sterek example, but it still counts and is the main one I can think of rn). 

I’ve always kind of wanted to write an Alpha Werewolf Stiles fic tbh but other ideas always get in the way and it gets put on the backburner, but Alpha Stiles, whether True Alpha or not, would definitely be a force to be reckoned with O_O

Hello! I was wondering if you (or anyone) has been so like fixated that they forget to eat? I’ve just realized I haven’t eaten in two days and I’m kinda concerned cause while I forget to eat every now and then I’ve never gone days before. Thank you

Yep.. once I was so hyperfocused on a book that I didn’t eat for over a day and a half, and then only ate cause my friends came over and made food for me. I imagine its common enough.

You should set alarms and eat regularly rather than eating when you’re hungry. The latter is of no use if we can’t even properly tell when we’re hungry.

I loved your debate on Gabriel (and other archangels) hate and how everything was seen from Zira’s POV and that it’s not actually what’s true, that we feel Zira’s panic and don’t really see Gabe’s patience with his love of earth and all that it really opened my eyes to a whole new method of storytelling I didn’t really realise was there.

Aaah, I’m so glad!

Like, the thing about storytelling is that... The thing that most delights me is how much a story can change, how many elements are altered, how tone matters and so forth, as soon as you change the main character, and that can really be where the richest elements are to be found.

You get such a different world through the hero’s eyes than you do through his plucky assistant’s, but more than that, you get a different world when you peek through cracks and floorboards, through keyholes or slightly ajar doors, when you change the lines of class or race or position or privilege or gender or species or anything else.

It’s such a fun way to pick apart a narrative!

I’m not sure if anyone asked this already but what are your thoughts on Aziraphale and Crowley both being Raphael? (I can’t remember the post I seen it from but it stemmed from the fact that Raph was the only archangel not mentioned in the show/book and how Crowley and Aziraphale are both outsiders on their own sides) could they possibly have once been a whole angel?

Honestly, I think it’s one of the more creative interpretations of the Raphael headcanon. I also saw a post last night where someone posed the idea that maybe celestial entities can fuse like gems in Steven Universe and Raphael is like Garnet to Aziraphale and Crowley. I thought that was a kinda cute idea. Also explains why angels don’t dance.

However, this is ultimately something I can’t get behind. It would make Crowley and Aziraphale’s relationship a bit predestined and it wouldn’t feel the same. I like that everything in Good Omens happens completely by accident, including Aziraphale and Crowley’s friendship.

Not to mention we still run into the issue of how do we humans know about the Archangel Raphael if he fell or split in two? Now, we can argue that GO is an AU where there is no Raphael. As you said, it really stands out that Raphael isn’t mentioned. However, I’m just not into that idea either. GO feels like a story that takes place in our world and I like to think that it does.

Overall, fun concept, but doesn’t appeal to me personally.

Hello! So I have this really extra reaction to scary things I get TOO scared? Like I can’t really explain it other than I get too scared the thing isn’t that scary (games for instance) but I get super scared is there a name for this?

Do you mean jumpy? 

For example, when I hear a loud noise, I usually exclaim LOUDLY and jump a little. I’m not actually scared though.. my heart doesn’t beat any faster. It’s just a shock, when from our perspective things just APPEARED out of nowhere.

But yea, the inattention symptom makes ADHDers very jumpy.
