Nanu most likely has narcolepsy. Going off the anime, he's usually seen trying to find somewhere to take a nap (ik he's lazy but seeing how exhausted he gets from a minimal task? Kinda worrying)

Giovanni will spoil the shit out of Nanu in his own way (i.e. buying him food, actually getting him a new mattress cause I'm pretty sure he's always been sleeping on that couch)

To get to Nanu you must first win over the hearts of his cats. All. Of his cats. They will not allow anyone who could be a potential love interest touch nanu unless they've been won over first.
