Sunshine Sachs must've called in a LOT of favors to get so many famous names on board the Archetypes Podcast and the 40x40 project. Vanity projects that went... nowhere.
Without Sunshine Sachs, IMO it's highly unlikely that M will ever be able to reach the same level of celebrity access on her own.

if jesus died for all our sins, he left one behind.
the body i’m in, same hands that made the moon and the stars, got carpal tunnel and forgot some parts.
Tumblr media
( playlist here. )
top five:
god must hate me — catie turner — ❝ i'll let 'em take accountability, for everything that's wrong with me, can't hold myself responsible so i blame the metaphysical, if jesus died for all our sins he left one behind, the body i'm in, same hands that made the moon and the stars, got carpal tunnel and forgot some parts, ❞
hayloft ii — mother, mother — ❝ she's not a bad kid, she's not a bad kid but she had to do it, she had to do it, they're not a bad kid, but they had to do it, they couldn't, no, they had to face off, ❞
love and war — fleurie — ❝ lover, hunter, friend and enemy, you will always be every one of these, ❞
pray — sam smith — ❝ you won't find me in church (no) reading the Bible (no), i am still here and I'm still your disciple, i'm down on my knees, i'm beggin' you, please, i’m broken, alone, and afraid, ❞
little lion man — mumford & sons — ❝ but it was not your fault but mine, and it was your heart on the line, i really fucked it up this time, didn't i, my dear? ❞
some notes:
the playlist is basically jason’s entire arc from what we see with s4 to now ( i would say at this point he’s agnostic but it’s still complicated lol ) and how jason had sort of... snapped. ( i wanted to add don’t blame me into the top five but didn’t. just know that don’t blame is one hundred percent jason when he was trying to get revenge for calvin’s death. )
hayloft ii is very specifically jason being blinded by rage and grief that i had to put it in the top five because it’s got all of that anger and rage and grief packed into the one song.
little lion man is definitely jason with chrissy and eddie and what he did. the rest of the songs on the playlist fit just as much but this would be so long as it is so enjoy adsn;fkasd

Little Jerry and the Monotones pose for closing shot of “Proud.”
Tumblr media
The band’s final appearance in Episode 3898.
Little Jerry and the Monotones are a rock group on Sesame Street that first appeared in Season 2 in 1971.
The members of the band were Little Jerry as the frontman, backed by Big Jeffie along with Lavender and Pumpkin Anything Muppets, usually known as Chrissy and Rockin’ Richard.
Tumblr media
The band evolved from recurring Anything Muppet hippies that appeared in Muppet inserts, often in musical numbers, as early as Season 1. As with the nature of Anything Muppets, the physical puppets, clothes and facial features were often interchanged. One example is an insert with Grover on the word “exit,” which sees the Green AM that would become Little Jerry with black hair rather than red. (First: Episode 0210)
The first appearances of the name “Little Jerry and the Monotones” include a verbal mention in Episode 0216, and on the second Sesame Street cast album. From there, the band members became personalities named after their primary performers; Little Jerry is named after Jerry Nelson, Big Jeffie after Jeff Moss, Chrissy after Christopher Cerf, and Rockin’ Richard after Richard Hunt. The members are introduced individually by name in the song “Four.” In some performances, the names and voices for the back-up singers have been swapped (an example includes the Pumpkin Monotone having Big Jeffie’s name and voice in “Mountain of Love“).

The band usually consisted of a quartet, but later appearances changed the line up of members, including an extra unnamed Purple Anything Muppet in the song “Body Rhythms.” In their appearance in Episode 2452 (1988), the group was reduced to a trio, consisting of Little Jerry, Big Jeffie, and another Fat Blue AM named Richie (performed by Richard Hunt). At this point, the group’s previous hippie attire were replaced with more contemporary, yet still flashy clothes. A drawing of the members as they appear in this episode can also be spotted in a framed photo in Jackman Wolf‘s studio in the 1990 video Rock & Roll. In addition, the entire original group (complete with hippie garb) appear near the end of the video reprising their hit song “Telephone Rock.” Little Chrissy of the Alphabeats has also been referenced as a member of the band in Episode 2867 and Episode 2972.
Tumblr media
After ten years of absence, in Sesame Street Episode 3898 (2000), the group made a comeback appearance in a concert to perform “When You Move the Mouse.” The group again is pared down to a trio, with the Lavender member (also named “Richie” in this episode) redesigned with an Elvis-like pompadour on the guitar alongside Big Jeffie on piano.
Though the band members have been mostly consistent, their performers have occasionally varied, especially prior to Chris Cerf and Richard Hunt joining the show. The song “Surprise!” features an early iteration of the group; with a black-haired Lavender AM singing for Little Jerry, and Joe Raposo and Caroll Spinney providing backup vocals. Similarly, alongside Spinney, Fran Brill provides backup vocals in “Mad.” Thad Mumford can also be heard supplying backup vocals for the song “With Every Beat of My Heart,” and Kevin Clash provided Big Jeffie’s voice in Episode 2452. On occasions, Jerry Nelson has performed double-duty with providing lead vocals and backup vocals, in the songs “Proud,” “Danger” and “Telephone Rock.”
In one early appearance, the Monotones unenthusiastically assist Grover in demonstrating the word “Walk” (First: Episode 0221), where all members have a different performer than their usual primary ones. Here, Jerry Nelson performs Big Jeffie, Caroll Spinney performs the Lavender and Pumpkin AMs, and Fran Brill performs Little Jerry.
Tumblr media
The Monotones (without Little Jerry, but Nelson can still be heard providing backing vocals) also sang back-up for Don Music, in the song “Mary Had a Bicycle.”

Take a Cue From Celebs This National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day
April 30th is National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day. It may not have the same prestige as other non-bank holidays happening today like National Mr. Potato Head Day or National Oatmeal Cookie Day, but can a baked good or plastic toy keep you company while taking the afternoon off to catch up on Kanye’s latest round of bizarre tweets? Probably not.
If you’ve been thinking of adding a four-legged friend to your life, there are currently thousands of shelter pets waiting right this second to be snatched up by someone like you. If you need inspiration from others who’ve taken the shelter route before you, here are a few famous faces who’ve chosen to #adoptdontshop when picking out their new best friend.
Chris Pine
Super handsome guys adopt dogs too! And sweet Pit Bulls at that. #chrispine came to @northcentralshelter to find his new best friend and little Wednesday Weld won the lottery. Happy Trails, guys! And thank you for adopting from your local shelter. #adoptdontshop #shelterdogs #pitbull #blackdog #love

In a sea of sexy celebrity Chrises, not many have had the courage to swoop a misunderstood breed from a shelter like Chris Pine. As if the man couldn’t get any more perfect, he adopted a Pit Bull from LA’s North Central Shelter, saving the pooch from imminent danger much like he did saving thousands from a runaway freight train alongside Denzel Washington in Unstoppable.
Tom Brady
He still hasn’t figured out to how beat Eli Manning in the Big Game, but if there’s one thing he’s great at, it’s identifying and getting cozy with gorgeous species of all types. Not least of which is a recent addition to the Brady/Bündchen fam, Fluffy.
Olivia Munn
Frankie + Mom
A post shared by Frankie (@frankiegetstheladies) on Apr 20, 2018 at 1:24pm PDT
She may have dated an MVP quarterback of her own at one point, but that guy is old news. She’s moved onto bigger and better things in the form of Frankie The Rapper. He may not be the fourth member of Migos (yet), but we’ll keep you abreast of any mix-tapes he drops on Soundcloud.
Miley Cyrus
Thankful for @beaglefreedom and their mission to free captive pups from inhumane animal testing labs! Without BFPs work I wouldn’t be falling asleep next to Little Dog, being lulled by the sound of her heartbeat …. #whosavedwho #myrescuerescuedme #fucktestingonanimals ???????????????? @happyhippiefdn

Given that she often dresses like an overgrown, tattooed mouse, it’s natural that Miley Cyrus would be an animal lover. She went the extra mile in adopting an exploited beagle from Rescue Freedom Project whose mission is to free captive pups from inhumane animal-testing labs.
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend
Today our baby, Puddy, has gone on to the pup heavens. John and I got Puddy in our first year of dating, when I convinced him half-birthday presents were a real thing. 10 years ago, on May 30th, I found the dog that would be there for us through every up, down, new house, new city, new tour, new travel. He welcomed new pups and loved on new babies and new bellies. He was there for everything. Every time I needed a taste tester, someone to kiss or needed to sob into his stinky rolls, he was there. It’s true what they say. We are their entire lives and it is the greatest shame that they can only bless us with a short spark of time in ours. I always knew I would lose a piece of me when he left us. I feel the hole now. I will love you forever, my boy. My heart aches. Thank you so much for everything, everything.

It makes sense that America’s most adorable couple are not only parents to Luna Simone, but to a gaggle of adopted bulldogs as well. While they’re clearly showered with love and affection, there’s no official word on whether the bulldogs are allowed to sit in on John Legend’s Illuminati meetings with Oprah and Jay-Z.
Miranda Lambert
Because it’s #nationalpuppyday ???????? for real how cute is this photo???? •|• ???????? #LilOklaMae #Oklahoma #MirandaLambert
A post shared by MIRANDA????????LAMBERT (@miranda.lambert) on Mar 23, 2018 at 7:08pm PDT
Rescuing a dog or two here and there is certainly admirable, but when you’re Miranda Lambert, that’s just the beginning. At last count she was the owner of seven rescue dogs, four rescue cats, five rescue horses and two rescue mini horses. She also runs her own animal foundation Mutt Nation, so not only can you be just like your favorite female country singer with a rescue animal, you can actually get your rescue animal straight from your favorite female country singer!
Zac Efron
Hey planet ????, this is MACA. #adoptdontshop
A post shared by Zac Efron (@zacefron) on Apr 4, 2018 at 7:05pm PDT
When he’s not in the gym, which I assume is 22 hours per day on average, Zac Efron somehow finds time to rescue and care for a dog that was minutes from being euthanized named Maca.
Mr. Piffles
Happy National Appreciate A Dragon Day! Here is a picture of the dragon I appreciate the most. Myself. #appreciateadragonday #appreciateadragon #piffthemagicdragon
A post shared by Piff The Magic Dragon (@piffthemagicdragon) on Jan 16, 2018 at 9:25am PST
Hey, you never know — your rescue pet just might make you rich and famous. Mr. Piffles went from pound puppy one second, to the world’s only Magic Performing Chihuahua the next. Along with the other half of the dynamic duo, Piff The Magic Dragon, they’ve performed all over the world in iconic venues such as Radio City Music Hall, Shakespeare’s Globe, the O2, London and Sydney Opera house. They were the opening act for Mumford & Sons on a 17-date UK tour and have graced the cover of their Grammy award-winning album “Babel.”

King Kong
To Open on Broadway in Fall 2018
At the Broadway Theatre
Written by
Jack Thorne
Score Composed and Produced by Marius de Vries
With Songs by Eddie Perfect
Direction & Choreography by
Drew McOnie
Producers Global Creatures (CEO Carmen Pavlovic) and Roy Furman are pleased to announce that King Kong, will arrive on Broadway in the fall of 2018 at the Shubert Organization’s Broadway Theatre.
King Kong’s first preview, press opening, and on-sale dates will be announced in the coming months. King Kong will play the Broadway Theatre following the limited engagement of Miss Saigon which as previously announced will begin its North American tour in September 2018. King Kong is written by Jack Thorne, who received the 2017 Olivier Award and the Evening Standard Award for Best Play for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and wrote the critically acclaimed play Let the Right One In. The show will be directed and choreographed by Drew McOnie, an Olivier Award winner for the London production of In the Heights and an Olivier Award nominee this year for Jesus Christ Superstar. McOnie directed the U.K. premiere of Baz Luhrmann’s Strictly Ballroom The Musical, and the recent London productions of The Wild Party and On the Town. The score for King Kong is composed by four-time Grammy nominee Marius de Vries (the films La La Land, Moulin Rouge, and Romeo + Juliet) with songs by Helpmann Award winner Eddie Perfect, composer and lyricist of the Broadway-bound Beetlejuice, Strictly Ballroom The Musical and Shane Warne The Musical. Pioneering creature designer Sonny Tilders developed Kong for the show, bringing together the worlds of animatronics and puppetry that has never been seen on stage before. Tilders was honored by the Helpmann Awards, Australia’s highest theatrical honor, for Outstanding Theatrical Achievement. Carmen Pavlovic said, “I’m thrilled that King Kong will be coming to Broadway next season led by Drew McOnie and Jack Thorne, who will bring a new dimension to the telling of Kong’s story. Drew’s physical world will allow Kong to live in ways we never thought possible, propelled by Jack’s text and the score and songs written by Marius de Vries and Eddie Perfect.” Producer Roy Furman said, “King Kong is a quintessential New York story and I’m proud to be involved in this historic production. Our team is creating a theatrical experience that we hope will astound audiences, while delighting them with its heartfelt storytelling." Based on the novel of the original 1933 screenplay, the stage show of King Kong is a contemporary take on the classic tale of beauty and the beast. King Kong’s design team for Broadway will include Peter England (Set Design), Sonny Tilders (Creature Design), Roger Kirk (Costume Design), Peter Mumford (Lighting Design), Peter Hylenski (Sound Design), Gavin Robins (Aerial and King Kong Movement Director), King Kong is authorized by the Merian C. Natalie Casey joins previously announced Amanda Holden, Tracy-Ann Oberman, Tamzin Outhwaite and Nicola Stephenson in Richard Harris’s award-winning comedy.
Natalie Casey will join the previously announced Amanda Holden, Tracy-Ann Oberman, Tamzin Outhwaite and Nicola Stephenson in heart-warming comedy Stepping Out when it opens in London this Spring. Directed by Maria Friedman, this brand new staging of Richard Harris’s award-winning play which toured UK venues last year, will open at West End’s Vaudeville Theatre with preview performances from 1 March 2017 and opening night for press on 14th March 2017.
Further cast in the West End production of Stepping Out include Judith Barker, Jessica-Alice McCluskey, Sandra Marvin and Dominic Rowan with Janet Behan, Suzy Bloom, Emma Hook, Marcia Mantack, Katie Verner and Nick Warnford.
Stepping Out charts the lives of seven women and one man attempting to tap their troubles away at a weekly dancing class. Initially all thumbs and left feet, the group is just getting to grips with the basics when they are asked to take part in a charity gala. Over the course of several months we meet the group, and all of them have a story to tell. There’s perfectionist Vera, mouthy Maxine and uptight Andy, bubbly Sylvia and shy Dorothy, eager Lynne and cheerful Rose, and, of course, Geoffrey. At the piano is the dour Mrs Fraser and spurring them all on, the ever-patient Mavis.
[See image gallery at http://ift.tt/1FpwFUw] This uplifting comedy originally premiered in the West End in 1984 starring Barbara Ferris and Marcia Warren, winning the prestigious Evening Standard Award for Best Comedy and enjoying extended runs both in the West End and on Broadway. Stepping Out has also been made into a musical, which became a film in 1991, starring Julie Walters, Liza Minnelli and Shelley Winters.
One of the UK’s best-loved personalities, Amanda Holden plays Vera. Nominated for an Olivier Award in 2004 for her leading role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, she also starred in the U.K. premiere of Shrek The Musical as Princess Fiona. Her numerous television credits include Wild at Heart, Kiss Me Kate, The Grimleys, Big Top and This Morning. She has been a judge on the award-winning Britain’s Got Talent throughout all of its ten series.
Natalie Casey is well known to TV audiences as playing Carol Groves in Hollyoaks and Donna Henshaw in Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps. West End theatre credits include Fame, Legally Blonde, Well and Abigail’s Party with other stage work including 9 to 5, Hobson’s Choice, The Wedding Singer, The Vagina Monologues and Oklahoma!
Tracy-Ann Oberman played Chrissie Watts on EastEnders, and has also worked extensively with the RSC and National Theatre. She appeared with Kenneth Branagh in Edmond, and in the West End run of Boeing-Boeing. Her television appearances also include Toast of London, Friday Night Dinner and New Tricks.
Tamzin Outhwaite is well-known for the role of Melanie Healy in EastEnders which she played for four years. Her stage credits have included West End productions of Sweet Charity, Boeing-Boeing and How The Other Half Loves.
Nicola Stephenson’s many television credits include Brookside, Holby City and Emmerdale. Her stage credits include War Horse in the West End and roles with the National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company.
Best known as a three-time Olivier Award-winning star of the musical stage (with seven nominations), director Maria Friedman made an astonishing directorial debut in 2012 with a hugely acclaimed production of Merrily We Roll Along. In 2005 she won the award for Best Debut Performer on Broadway for Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Woman in White.
