god they have such good fucking chemistry, and he really SEES her. my beloved ceej is a very capable and independent lass but i think, in order to succeed politically, she can be very "building walls so no one can see me crack or hurt". i think toby is one of the few people that she feels safe enough to be vulnerable with, and i think he takes that Extremely Seriously - unlike someone like josh who might be more like "help why are you crying i love you but oh my god what do i do".

and then on the flip, i think CJ is absolutely enamored by toby and SEES him too. andy loves toby at his best, but cj loves the whole package, and i think that's why im obsessed.

plus i love the dynamic of :D and >:[ being madly and deeply in love.
