summer essentials?
AHA 30% + BHA 2% peeling solution!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This product is versatile and can be used for a variety of skin-related issues, like hyperpigmentation, acne, scars, and uneven skin tone. However, in the summers I personally use it for my daily underarm botox fix. By applying the serum on my underarms and leaving it there for around 15 minutes before washing it off, I'm able to eliminate unpleasant smells and excessive sweating for the rest of the day. I live in an area with high temperatures during the summer, and white clothes is a common choice for me and I want to avoid any unpleasantness, that's why this product is a must-have for me.
A summer workout routine!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Exercising and working out is one of my favorite things to do, as it energizes me and gives me the results that I want. The first thing I do in the morning is get moving, and there's nothing quite like a good workout to start my day off right. During the summer months, I prefer focusing on building my glutes, toning my abs, and working on my overall physique, and I love some of Pamela Reif's videos. To achieve my fitness goals, I have curated a list of my favorite exercises and enjoy following videos along with my gym routine. Maintaining consistency in my workout routine is something I prioritize, I always focus on consistency and not results, which has helped me achieve all of my fitness goals.
A pair of hot girl sunglasses!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I recently purchased a handmade pair of sunglasses from Karl Wagner, and they are oval acetate and smaller than what I usually go for but quite nice. As someone who has had laser eye surgery and hates making eye contact with strangers, eye protection is especially important to me year-round, but particularly during the summer when the sun's harmful UV rays are stronger. And because the skin around my eyes is very thin, excessive squinting can lead to wrinkles, so I take extra care to shield my eyes from the sun's rays by applying a generous amount of sunscreen and sunglasses.
White tennis skirts!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Summertime calls for a wardrobe shift for me and I make it a point to switch out my darker skirts for lighter options in shades like baby pink and white. I find that these colors perfectly capture the essence of summertime and make me feel light and breezy. One of my favorite things about wearing white tennis skirts is that they go with just about any top, so I have endless outfit options to mix and match. To complete the look, I typically opt for white sneakers or sandals, both of which add a touch of freshness to the overall aesthetic. Whether I'm running errands, meeting up with friends, or simply lounging in the sun, these skirts provide the perfect blend of comfort, style, and versatility.
A deeper shade of foundation!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Nowadays, whenever I desire a sun-kissed complexion, I prefer making slight makeup modifications, I adjust my foundations between seasons instead of exposing myself to the sun's harmful UV rays. I have very light olive skin so a slightly darker foundation makes me look a lot healthier and gives me the look I love, I draw on faux freckles with a light brow eyebrow pencil and I'm generous with my blush. I recall the one instance in my life when I tried to get a tan on a deck in the height of summer. I ended up getting burned and turned into a ghastly tomato-red shade. The sight of my terrified me, and I applied ice packs and slathered aloe vera gel on my face every hour. That experience made me promise myself to never repeat that mistake again.
White dresses!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I have a serious addiction to white dresses, they're an essential part of my summer wardrobe. Every piece of item in my wardrobe tends to get boring after a while but not with my white dresses. They come in all sorts of styles, but nothing makes me feel more beautiful than a flowy white dress during the summer months. I love pairing it with a flowy chiffon hijab, cute earrings, and an ethereal makeup look. My absolute fave are empire waist dresses- they work wonders in emphasizing my waistline and elongating my legs. Plus, they give off a super chic and elegant vibe. The only downside is that these dresses are usually made of natural materials, so they tend to wrinkle easily throughout the day which drives me crazy but I'm trying my best to make peace with that.

Love your style. What are your staple pieces?
I strive to achieve a delicate balance between elegance, femininity, and classic simplicity.
I am drawn to a minimalist, timeless wardrobe, and I find that incorporating just a few carefully chosen pieces can create a look that is both sophisticated and understated. My ultimate goal is to exude an air of effortless charm while remaining true to my personal style preferences and values. I aim to create outfits that are modest yet stylish, and that convey a certain girlishness without sacrificing sophistication or maturity. By focusing on timeless, elegant pieces and creating a cohesive, minimalist wardrobe, I feel that I am able to achieve this balance in my personal style, and this way I always feel like my best self when I step out the door. Here are just a few staple pieces in my wardrobe:
Leotards.
A classic and versatile pieces that will always have a place in my wardrobe. I personally love wearing them both as a top or a base layer, depending on the occasion and the outfit I'm going for. When it comes to choosing the perfect leotard for me, I gravitate towards a simple, elegant style in neutral colors, as I find this makes it easy to dress it up or down as needed. The well-fitted nature of the leotard is one of the things that draws me to it - I think there's something undeniably chic and flattering about the way a well-cut leotard hugs my body and accentuates my slimness. To that end, I always make sure to opt for designs that feature sharp, defined lines, as I find this adds an extra dimension of sophistication and polish to my overall look. There's just something about the way that these details create clean, crisp contours that really speaks to my personal sense of style.
Wrap tops.
An absolute essential! I own them in a variety of colors, lengths, and styles, because I just love how it enhances my outfits with a touch of femininity. Whether it's a cropped version or a longer one, I always make sure to look for a top that ties at the waist, because I find it creates a flattering silhouette that suits my style and my body type. Whether I'm going for a casual or a more dressed-up style, they always seems to hit the mark for me. Whether I'm pairing one with a skirt and sneakers for a comfortable daytime look, or dressing it up with a chic skirt and heels for a night out, I always feel confident and put-together when I'm wearing a waist-tie top. And perhaps best of all, I find that the waist-tie design creates a flattering silhouette for my body type - the way that the fabric cinches in at the smallest part of my waist, and then flares out slightly, really emphasizes my curves in a way that I love. All in all, these tops are an absolute must-have for me, and I can't imagine my wardrobe without them.

Maxi skirts.
Maxi skirts are one of my absolute favorite wardrobe staples because they are so versatile and can be dressed up or down. Whether I'm going for a casual, everyday look or a more formal, classic style, a well-chosen maxi skirt always makes a statement. I wear them to class, work, social outings, shopping trips and they always work for me. I love the way that a maxi skirt can be worn with a simple shirt for a relaxed, daytime look, or dressed up with a blouse and heels for a more sophisticated appearance. There are so many options in terms of length, color, and texture, there is truly a maxi skirt out there for every occasion, and I love experimenting with different combinations to see what works best for me. Whether I'm running errands or attending a special event, a maxi skirt is always my go-to choice for chic, effortless style.
Ballet flats.
I have tons of ballet flats, mostly in darker colors and different fabrics, I absolutely love wearing them! I am not much of a sneakers girl unless the situation calls for it, they are just too casual for me and I'm not really a casual person so I avoid them, I don't like heels too much, they are not suitable for daily use so ballet flats are an absolute must for me, they look cute and they are comfortable if you choose them correctly and go for smooth, buttery leather with supportive soles. Mary Janes ballet flats are my thing this season, they are quite popular in fashion at the moment and I wear my silk Mary Jane flats as much as I can. Since my outfits consist of mainly very neutral, elegant and formalish pieces I feel like ballets flats make the most sense for me and I can walk 10k with no problem.
High-waisted pencil skirts.
For me, the pencil skirt is an absolute sine qua non in my wardrobe. Regardless of the occasion or season, a well-chosen pencil skirt never fails to make me feel polished, elegant, and put-together. I have a few favorite pencil skirts that I love in rotation, with different cuts, colors, and lengths, but they all have one thing in common: they fit like a glove. For me, the key to a successful pencil skirt outfit is to keep it simple and streamlined - I tend to pair mine with a fitted shirt in a matching or contrasting color, which creates a sleek look that really flatters my figure. I find that finishing off the outfit with some nice jewelry, a beautiful bag, and a perfectly steamed chiffon hijab, really elevates the overall effect and adds an extra touch of sophistication. With a pencil-skirt-and-shirt combo in my arsenal, I always feel confident and ready to take on whatever the day may bring.
Simple dress.
A simple dress is a true wardrobe essential for me, and I always make sure to have a few in rotation at all times. Whether I'm in a rush and need to throw something on quickly, or I want to create a polished, put-together look, a simple dress in a solid color like black, white, or grey is always my go-to choice. I love how versatile these dresses are - they can be combined with virtually any other color or accessory. When I'm short on time, I just throw on one of these dresses and I'm good to go, knowing that I look chic and stylish without having to put in too much thought or effort. But even when I have more time to plan an outfit, a simple dress always remains a favorite choice - I can experiment with different shoes, jewelry, and bags to create a look that is tailored to my mood and the occasion.

The Grundig ST7950 Steam Iron Brush!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you want to level up your wardrobe game, you need a steamer. I normally use the PerfectCare 7000 but it is heavy and cumbersome, and I dreaded setting up the ironing board every morning. I have been wanting to purchase a steamer for ages but kept putting it off - my mom decided to be my savior and scored me this one which came as a nice surprise. It's really important to me that my clothes don't have any wrinkles because nothing makes me feel more self-conscious than sporting wrinkled garments.... It's why I am conscious of selecting clothes that don't wrinkle easily, knowing they'll be easier to manage and require less ironing but a freshly pressed outfit always gives it that extra oomph that I love, it makes me look more put together instantly.
To ensure my clothing looks neat and fits my body well, I typically put on my outfit first and then use the steamer on the 'Eco Mode' setting (which is basically non-blow heat mode) to remove any wrinkles or creases. It took me a while to get the hang of this steamer even though it only has one button but now that I am a steaming pro, it has become a part of my daily ritual and I actually really look forward to steaming my clothes every morning because it's super satisfying and I always love the end result when I see my reflection in crisp, fresh attire. There's something truly comforting about using products that you know you can rely on - for me, that's what German electronic brands represent. German precision was a hallmark of my childhood their brands and home appliances have always been top-tier and reliable and their commitment to precision has never wavered. There's no way I am going back to irons ever again and this has become an everyday essential for me.

April Favorites!!
Longchamp Gunmetal Le Pliage Large
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If there's one bag I will always recommend, it's the Longchamp's Le Pliage. Look there's a reason Longchamp has a cult following and I've been lucky to have joined it in my first year of high school. I've lived with my black Longchamp on 3 continents.. Travel, class, shopping trips, gym, outings, work, it's been with me everywhere in good and bad weather. I'm clumsy, I don't baby my bags and just throw it over my shoulder or in a corner and despite that it barely shows any wear and tear except for tiny holes in the corners which are an easy fix but I refuse to get them done because they bring me comfort and they remind me of good memories. This bag is THE bag, it's always appropriate, it's classy, it's timeless.
This color is very ambiguous, it's sort of gray and blue and dark khaki and a washed out black all at the same time so I can combine it with most of my outfits. I bought the large one because I do a lot and this thing carries everything and more. I would recommend the medium one for a very classy look, large for busy people, small never - I think the small one is too unstructured to look good and the ones with short handles are not only hideous but also useless. For medium and large: I can't think of a single situation where this bag wouldn't work. I own a few both reps and original so it just made sense to invest in another piece. They're not too expensive but overpriced for a nylon bag, it's longevity makes up for it though and the leather handles are quite high quality.
A Pair of Handmade Mary Janes.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
My everyday black beater ballet flats were falling apart so I needed another pair of black flats ASAP, it took me a few months to find an ample alternative because I am way too picky about my shoes. I don't really wear heels because they're uncomfortable and I live in a big city where I have to walk 10k on a bad day and my style leans elegant not sporty so sneakers don't look good on me either and I avoid them. I was open to a pair of Mary Janes, I'm not a big fan of shiny y2k patent leather chunky shoes, I think they look cartoonish, and I didn't want to look like a schoolgirl, so I was very very pleased when I found these classy ones online and immediately hit buy. I love it when I can look good with no effort and these do it every time. I'm thinking about getting them in velvet finish and smooth leather to add, not the full grain thing that's going on here. They're more grown up and elegant than the popular style, and they're flat. I wore them out a few times and I must say I am in love with them. The leather is smooth and buttery and they're as comfortable as house slippers. The bands are elastic so I don't need to do anything, I just jump in and I'm done.
A Pair of Back Seam Stockings.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
My weapon in the event of an emergency. I love to spice things up once in a while, I may be covered from head to toe but that doesn't mean I can't lean into whatever I want to lean on, I'm doing it for my myself and god knows how love a good pair of stockings. I own all sorts of different lengths, derniers, models in my collection and I only own them in the black or a tan tone that matches my skin, all other colors look trash imho. I also dislike polka dots or any crazy patterns. My personal favs are lace and back seams. I hate to say it (I don't) but there is literally nothing more alluring then a pair of stockings on a woman and I love wearing them with my pencil skirts. Nobody knows what I'm wearing under my clothes and that's the way I want it. I'm wearing a visual emblem of my faith, I know and love who I am and what my identity means to me and millions of other women, it makes me feel so safe. And I love being a woman, I embrace my femininity and the power that comes with it, there's nothing like pulling up a pair of silky stockings and securing them with a garter belt so I am locked and loaded and good to go!

Another outfit?
My transition weather outfit inspired by Jessica Alba.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We're in this weird phase where it's neither spring nor winter, it's this in between thing where the mornings are freezing cold but it gets very warm after 12 and it's really hard to find things to wear that will be appropriate for the entire day, I either have to freeze to death in the mornings or sweat like crazy during the day... this outfit is an attempt to strike balance.
Jessica Alba has always been such a beauty to me since I've seen her in the sleeping dictionary, she's stunning. I mean imagine looking this good on a candid. I love it when female celebs wear chic simple outfits, they always look so elegant and the outfits are easy to replicate. I happen to have everything in my closet and I am wearing something very similar with a few tweaks.
A white leotard.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This is an essential piece in my closet, I wear leotards not only in the studio but also in my day to day life. Relaxed fits look terrible on me, I like sharp defined lines as they suit me best, I hate that most white t-shirts are see through, I don't have the desire to iron, I hate it when shirts ride up and look weird, and I hate tucking in my shirts because it looks stupid. All of these annoying problems are solved with this simple piece. I bought one like a month ago and loved it so much that I bought lots of others, white cool undertone, white warm undertone, white smooth material, white cotton. (This one is white smooth material with cool undertone). The material is very stretchy but it has a very fitted but not tight fit and I am obsessed with it.
A royal blue skirt.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I've decided to step out of my comfort zone and I am wearing royal blue instead of navy blue now, the royal blue brings out and compliments the orange color of the coat beautifully. I don't own a single pair of pants because I don't wear them anymore, so I had to recreate this look with a skirt obviously. I bought the smallest size available but it was still too big on me so I had to get it tailored, it is still a tiny bit too big around the waistline and I try not to think too much about it. It's not the most comfortable to walk in because it's a maxi A-line skirt with a non-stretchy material but the color is truly stunning so I decided to keep it. I would really recommend wearing royal blue jeans/skirts/pants etc. to people who want to wear incorporate more color because it matches pretty much everything, it's versatile, not too bright, you can dress it up or down and it's a simple color to work with.
A Peach Jazz Hijab.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I dedicated a year to focusing on my faith, I studied at an all-girl Qur'an academy, each class had their own hijab color, and this was ours. It was a very cute concept if it weren't for the fact that every single girl in my class hated this color with a passion because we were all Middle Eastern and most of us had olive undertones, it's harder to pull off pastels with our skin tones. I wasn't a fan either, this color made my under eyes look like the entrance to the Tartarus, and I thought it will just get lost at some corner in my closet after I graduate but I discovered the world of color analysis and how I can use makeup to make certain colors work for me. Dr. Jart color correcting treatment to erase any redness, BB cream to even out my skin tone, blush across my cheeks for a healthy glow, lengthening black mascara to make my eyes stand out, light eyeshadow to look fresh, peachy color to make my lips moisturized and juicy, and peachy pink is now my color & I'm good to go!
A tile colored trench coat.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I bought this in middle school but it still fits me and it looks like new. I bought this from a brand called Orsay, I couldn't think about passing up a deal that good so here I am 8 years later. At the beginning I couldn't stand the color, I don't really wear orange and I hate that I had to coordinate my entire outfit around it and make my fits neutral or monochrome to make it work for me so I only wear this piece a few times a year. It's flowy and the fabric is thin, it's 65% viscose and 35% polyester, I try to take note of the material to see how it relates to longevity, I've learned that 100% natural aren't always the best choice for me. It's a beautiful coat, very flowy and I always wear it unbuttoned, I like walking around the city, headphones in, breathing in the beauty of my city, snacking on curry spiced cashews because I can't wait till I'm home, and my coat is just flowing in all directions with the wind.

Todays outfit?
A white wrap top.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I am literally obsessed with this top. It look so feminine and delicate and it flatters my body in all the right ways and in a very tasteful way. I love the way this top wraps around my slim waist, I am a big fan of cute and playful cuts that are not too juvenile and I love wrap tops so this blouse is perfect. You can also style it in a lot of different ways depending on what look you are going for and again I love how versatile it is. I am planning to purchase this product in other colors as well, I'm thinking black and maybe red. It is rather low cut so I obviously need to wear something underneath it and it is see through as well because it's white so that's something to keep in mind.
A grey hijab.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I wear the hijab and since since it is in such close proximity to my face, it is essential that the color I'm wearing looks good on me. However, some colors just don't look good on me, they wash me out and bring out my facial imperfections, but I can easily make those colors work for me by strategically using makeup products and placing colors in certain shades on my face. This is one of my meh colors, this shade of grey does not look THAT bad on me, but it's still not my best color so I make sure that I apply heavy skin makeup to even out my skin tone, blush across my midface and lots of curling and mascara and eyeliner to make my eyes stand out more. I also blur my lip lines and use lip tints and lip gloss on top to make my lips look fresh and full. The end result is I look good with a product color would otherwise look meh on me without any makeup.
A basic navy blue pencil skirt.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I will never shut up about my pencil skirts, they are lovely and they are perfect. The thing is walking in maxi skirt is an art in itself it's really not easy because your movements are restricted and you can't take steps too big, but I have been wearing them for years now so I am used to that. It gets easier when they are high waisted because then your legs will be more free to move. Anyways, pencil skirts are an essential part of my look, I hate looking too casual and I never want to look frumpy or lazy because I visit a lot of different places every day and I have to interact with all sorts of people. I want to make a positive impression and I want to be taken serious so I dress accordingly, I hate looking like a mess. That's why pencil skirts comes in handy, it is next to impossible to look too casual with a navy blue skirt and they are always appropriate. When I buy pencil skirts I make sure that they are very structured and show just a little bit of ankle.
UGG Womens Classic Tall Grey Boots
Tumblr media Tumblr media
These are the comfiest (and uggliest) shoes that I own, they are literally the most hideous shoes on earth (after Sketchers. And Crocs) but you just can't deny the fact that they are sooo cozy it's like putting your feet in a blanket, it gives me that cute comfortable feeling that makes me feel safe. They've been through hell and back and they look a hell of a lot more worn out than this but that's what why they're my comfort shoes, I know they do the job and they're ready to go whenever, wherever. One of my favorite things in the world is leaving the dance studio, rushing to the changing room and literally just jumping into these in seconds instead of having to deal with stupid ties or killing my feet. They provide warmth, comfort and love. They also ruin all of my outfits but that's okay.
Love,
Cat.

Beauty tips?
Taking my vitamins and beauty supplements every day!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I believe that beauty and health go hand in hand so I got a complete blood work-up to figure out what vitamins and minerals my body was lacking, and I make sure I'm taking my them daily. On top of that, I take various supplements such as Collagen, Fish oil etc but I swear by my 10-gram daily collagen regimen. I take its powdered form right before going to bed and have noticed its benefits within a short time - My knees used to sound like a bowl of Rice Krispies when I bent down, but after a few days of collagen, the crepitus is gone. Plus, my hair is growing faster and my skin is looking plumper. It's done wonders for my joints, giving me a healthy glow, and making me look way more refreshed.
Having perfect posture at all times!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I think this is a very simple but overlooked beauty tip that truly elevates your appearance. It's like the secret weapon of beauty, it can transform not just the way you look, but also the way you feel. When you stand tall and hold yourself with grace and poise, you radiate confidence and elegance. Good posture also has numerous health benefits. It can help prevent back pain, improve your breathing, and even boost your mood and energy levels. Ever since I've started incorporating Pilates and Ballet into my routine to build strength and flexibility, my posture has improved greatly. The way you carry yourself says a lot about who you are and by standing tall and confident, you'll not only look beautiful but also feel empowered and ready to conquer the world.
Getting 6 hours of quality sleep every night!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
You know what's a major beauty tip that most people sleep on? Sleep!! Forget about slapping on expensive creams and doing a gazillion steps in your skincare routine. You gotta start with the basics, hun. Get your sleep game on point, eat right, and manage your stress. Now, I know we all have different needs when it comes to sleep, so I won't give you a specific number. But trust me, beauty sleep is not a myth, it's legit! I turn on Night Mode on my devices at 6:30, pop my sleeping pills at 9:30, and hit the hay an hour later. Oh, and I'm not afraid to take a nap during the day if I need to. Don't underestimate the power of a good night's sleep. It's the secret to looking and feeling amazing.
Growing out my eyelashes!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I take pride in my long and voluminous lashes, they're one of my best features and one of my most complimented features. However, my natural lashes were not always this way, they became longer through regular lash serum usage. I do not really need wear mascara and after a lash lift, my lashes appear as if I'm wearing extensions. While Latisse has worked wonders for me, it's important to note that the product does come with potential side effects such as orbital fat loss and irritation. Thankfully, I did not experience any adverse effects. Another caveat is that the product only works as long as it is used consistently. Despite these considerations, I wholeheartedly recommend Latisse. To see the results for yourself, check out the Real Woman Gallery.

My Pouty Sans-Juvederm Routine
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I am fond of pouty lips and I personally prefer mine to be juicy, lips are a symbol of femininity and beauty and allure, and I love nothing more than covering my lips in heavy coats of plumping lip gloss before stepping out and there's no way I could leave the house without applying a very light layer of of capsaicin ointment (common vasodilator used in lip plumpers) or my trusted and all-time favorite Lip Plumper.
I have created a routine for myself to for enhancing the shape and color of my lips and I use this routine pre-makeup or on its own for an extra boost of volume while maintaining a natural and subtle look. The results are natural and I'd recommend them for obvious short term and subtle long term results, I use this routine weekly and it works for me.
As always, this is what worked for me and it's what I do, I would recommend you do your own research and make sure you know what you are doing and it's appropriate for your individual needs before following these steps, it's one of my ways for when I need to enhance my lips and accentuate their shape and color.
I prep my lips with a focus on hydration.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
For starters, you need a very smooth and moisturized surface, this won't work with chapped or dry lips. You want to prevent any damage, the skin of our lips are very delicate and the thinnest part of our bodies so make sure your lips are properly hydrated. To physically exfoliate your lips, you can easily make your own peeling at home with honey and sugar to slough off all of the dead skin, and I also use a toothbrush to gently remove dead skin cells. My lips are always soft because I have incorporated more hydrating products into my daily regimen and before I go to bed I make sure that my lips are properly moisturized for an extra boost of hydration and improved texture so that I can wake up in the morning and do my makeup on smooth canvas. I always keep a spray bottle with water handy and use it before I apply any hydrating products on my skin or lips, it has worked wonders for me as I feel it activates and helps my lips better absorb the products and pull the moisture from the water. I spritz my lips with water and hydrate them by applying a very generous amount of hyaluronic acid and/or glycerin serum and really massaging them all over my lips to provide deep hydration.
I dermaroll my lips.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I have been using dermarollers for several years now for various purposes, and I have noticed excellent results. I know that dermarollers have sparked some controversy and people have raised concerns about their safety, fretting about how they could cause infections or permanent damage to the skin. I would never use one on my facial skin and would strongly advise leaving that to a professional, but I particularly enjoy using them on my lips and or for doing my microneedling treatments. Prior to use, I ensure that my dermaroller is free of bacteria by disinfecting it. Never skip this step as you want to keep it free from germs so sterilize before each use to prevent infections. I always use the smallest needle size possible, which in this case is 0.25, and I think it is way more gentle on the lips and less irritating compared to bigger sizes. The principle behind dermarolling your lips is that micro-tears are created on the lips or skin during the process, which triggers the body's natural healing response and produces more collagen. I roll my dermaroller over my lips both horizontally, vertically, and diagonally. My lips are not that sensitive to the dermaroller since the needles are tiny and I try to be as gentle as I can.
I slather some more hydrating serums and lock it all in.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
My lips become slightly red after I am done with the dermarolling, I'm used to this whole process and the needle size is rather small so my lips aren't that sensitive anymore. I want to encourage and speed up the growth and healing response, the post-care routine is equally important as the actual steps so in order to promote faster healing and encourage growth, I generously apply hyaluronic acid serum once again. Then, I use an occlusive like La Neige Lip Sleeping Mask or good old Vaseline to seal in the serum in order to speed up and facilitate the healing response.
I Follow My Lip Care Regimen.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Dermarolling my lips has worked wonders in making my lips appear fuller and I increase blood flow to my lips with my lipcare regimen that consists of regular massages, exercises, special ointments, physical exfoliation, SPF lip balms, diluted essential oils and icing just to increase circulation, stimulate the blood flow to my lips and protect them from environmental factors. This routine in combination with a separate lip makeup routine makes my lips get that red plump bee stung look that I so love.
