So I’ve been, gone. If you follow me, you know this, you know me. This time I’m back.

And now I’m no longer struggling with as many health problems. I’m actually feeling good, not in pain, not sick. I’m now in a place where I can actually follow through with getting healthier in a healthy way. And I want to share that journey with you as we go into the great unknown of 2021.

Here’s what’s up today:

I weigh in at 167 pounds. That’s no good.

I want to weigh 125 by this time next year. That’s my goal.

This blog is now going to be dedicated to documenting how I reach this goal.

As always, I want to know what you are accomplishing today. It’s been a while, let me know how you are doing.

I dont know how to explain it other than it gives me a sense of freedom that nothing else gives me. I deal with chronic pain everyday and some days are harder than others.
