Interesting facts about Sierra Leone
1. Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 is located in West Africa on the Atlantic coast and bordered by Guinea and Liberia.
2. The country takes its name from the Portuguese explorer Pedro de Sintra who named the country “Serra Leoa” (Lion Mountains) due to the impressive mountains he saw while sailing along the West African coast in 1462.
3. Archaeological evidence suggests Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 has been inhabited for thousands of years with successive waves of inv.aders as well as immigration from inland peoples making up today’s diverse population
4. Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 is home to 16 ethnic groups. Each group has their own language and traditional attire.

6. Sierra Leone’s capital city, Freetown, was founded as a home for repatriated and rescued former slaves in 1787

Late Orchestration, Kanye West, 24. April 2006.
Late Orchestrations is definitely a gem in the sea called Kanye West. A full orchestrated live album of songs from Collage Dropout and Late Registrations.
The set list is kind of so-so; it combines the best parts from the College Dropout and, personally, the most boring parts of Late Resgistrations. The beginning starts strong with Diamonds From Sierra Leone and Touch the Sky, but after that, it all goes downhill for a while until the pace picks up with songs like Through The Wire and Workout Plan, which I find the highlights of the album. So it surely is a shame that when I try to listen to the album from start to finish, I need to get by songs that feel lacking.
Personally, it's a shame that songs like Roses, Slow Jamz, and even Mama were not included but could have had an amazing orchestral performance.
With that said, the songs that are there do feel mesmerizing, and I can even say that I find some of them more enjoyable than the original. As well, I'm glad that the soundtrack left West's interactions and crowdchers in. Personally, I prefer live albums over studio recordings for their raw feeling, and I find that you can appreciate an artist's talent on another level, which is the case here.
This was one of my first introductions to West's music, and I must say that after this, it was hard to get into his more experimental, newer things.
It definitely is a starting point and a very good one, especially for someone who's interested in mashups of classical and hip-hop, but that said, it's not representative of his career as a whole. Late Orchestrations marked a milestone of two great albums, and it definitely shows, and for any fan of his or hip-hop in general who is interested in hearing his songs in an altered way, it is definitely a good listen.
All in all, this is not a bad live album. For me, not his most must-hear thing, but definitely a good one to accompany the two albums before.
I would give it a: try it, you may find it enjoyable.
If you found my review worth discussing in any way, I'm happy to do so.
Yours trully,
MJ.10.

im fucking sick of features!!!! stop trying to pad songs with names i know stop shoving the damn weekend down my throat i dont want 3 verses where two of them arent the artist i came to listen to and utterly diverge from the tone and message of the album i dont want names ive heard before even if i like them!!!! when i want to hear young thug i’ll listen to young thug!!!!!! AND I LOVE YOUNG THUG. i came here for YOU for YOUR vision for YOUR voice for YOUR product for YOUR love and YOUR music not these admittedly talented randos you hustled together at the last second. FUCK features if i could i’d hit the big red KILL button that deleted EVERY featured verse from existence just so i could listen to the damn music i came here for I WOULD!! that INCLUDES diamonds from sierra leone that INCLUDES grey matter that INCLUDES goosebumps!!! id rather live in a world without every excellent beautiful feature that makes me cry if i could do away with fucking TOPIA TWINS and fuckinng KRUSHED ICE and the goddamn IGNITION REMIX.
features have gotten OUT OF CONTROL. on the most recent travis scott album, only SIX out of NINETEEN tracks are just his vocals. Thats not to mention the uncredited features. only SIX. the FINALE isnt even just him its him, and fucking 21 SAVAGE of all people. i am not here for another miserable 21 verse!! and hes on TWO SONGS IN THE ALBUM. same with the weekend!!! who is so unbearably dull he drags every song thats otherwise fine down to his level!!!! i cant even focus on the good parts of these songs because theyre so utterly cluttered with herbs that its miserable!!!! i love the beyonce fearure but frankly i dont need it!! yknow who else is on this fucking album?? DAVE CHAPELLE. FOR SOME GOD DAMN REASON. can’t even take the alhum seriously once i realized that. literally poisoned by the totaly fucking unnecessary presence of an utterly pathetic man who didnt need to be there. and this is just one example of an album thats utterly chock full of unnecessary and disappointing features but this shit is out of control. this is nonsense this is a mass scale zoo escape. get this damn baboons put of my lovely reptile house.

“I'm disgusted by Obama's words in praise of Elizabeth's reign for her"jubilee". My grandmother's Kenyan (like Obama's father) & lived through the struggle for independence: while Elizabeth was living it up as a 20/30something queen, in Kenya anti-colonialists were being killed, black women were being raped by British men, black women and children were taken to concentration camps and tortured to death. That's Elizabeth's reign in Kenya. She's evil & will pay for her crimes soon enough when the time comes.” - Submitted by Anonymous
“Honestly being from Sierra Leone I knew the British royal family was racist long before the woman, the myth, the legend Meghan Markle told me. They can all rot in Hell for all I care about (except Harry-we love a woke white man who isn't afraid to fight for what he wants and who he loves) but first GIVE US OUR DIAMONDS BACK YOU THIEVES! Whenever I see them in their crowns, tiaras and other 'heirloom' jewellery all I see is lots and lots of Blood. They're disgusting.” - Submitted by Anonymous
“They do need to apologise. This whole "they're not responsible for what their ancestor did" is rubbish. The German institutions did apologise to Jewish people for what happened during Hitler's years, why can't the British royal institution apologise for what they did to Black people? Particularly considering that much of the wealth they're all currently enjoying was built during those times thanks to the slave trade and slave labour in Africa and the Caribbean.” - Submitted by Anonymous
“Britain is not the only country with a colonial past but it’s the only country where the head of state and her family still proudly wear jewels stolen from their past colonies.” - Submitted by Anonymous

Blood diamond - Wikipedia
Blood diamonds (also called conflict diamonds, brown diamonds, hot diamonds, or red diamonds) are diamonds mined in a war zone and sold to finance an insurgency, an invading army's war efforts, terrorism, or a warlord's activity. The term is used to highlight the negative consequences of the diamond trade in certain areas, or to label an individual diamond as having come from such an area. Diamonds mined during the 20th–21st century civil wars in Angola, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Guinea, and Guinea-Bissau have been given the label.[1][2][3] The term conflict resource refers to analogous situations involving other natural resources. Blood diamonds can also be smuggled by organized crime syndicates so that they could be sold on the black market.
