sorta on the topic of keeping to your own fandom circle, but i wanted to say how nice of a space youve made? its chill and kinda cathartic to be able to talk about more darker topics without encroaching on the main fandom area. (i read your blog like its my morning paper, highly enjoy seeing the 1276854 different ways the octotrio can fuck us over while drinking coffee LMAO)

tell me why i just made a whole story in my head:

mc comes back to twst 10 years later cause their homeworld didn’t work out. they go to jade’s mega mansion and see him obvi.

you were surprised the gates opened for your lower class car, and that guard just shooed you inside the gate.

but, jade’s shell shocked, there’s almost a look of terror in his face as he stares down at you.

you could almost see the war raging through his eyes

his wife comes and is obviously jealous when she realizes who you are.

great, it’s the bitch my husband is still in love with. greet, it’s the slut that my husband moaned one time.

she doesn’t tell you outright, but when her hand snakes up his arm, silver and teal wedding band glittering. you get the hint.

smearing it in your face, her touch lingers as she leaves, telling him dinner will be done in 10 minutes.

ofc he’s going to pick apart every ounce of your appearance. you seemed like you got a little taller, curvier, maturer.

it would be inappropriate to express these thoughts. he’ll mourn not sending you the love letters he wrote in college.

“i don’t know why i thought you’d wait…” the elephant in the room has been spotted.

“i mean, no i get it. you thought i was never coming back, i thought i was never going back… yet i couldn’t bare to get another partner…”

you sighed looking past his shoulder (what you could, before he closed the door and stepped outside.)

“y/n-“

“i’m sorry jade. i’ve made a mess” you swiped a tear so fast that jade almost missed it. he never missed when you cried. as he was always there, taking your hands in his while his thumb would rub against your knuckles.

he was there, yet wasn’t smothering. something you appreciated.

you could see his body jerk to hold yours, yet you took a step back, and another, and another until you were down the front stairs.

“it was inappropriate for me to come here, i’m sorry. i wish you and your wife nothing but happiness.” and with that you turned tail. you wanted to run to your car, but some part of you wanted him to chase after you, throw out his ring and hold you once again.

but you knew he wouldn’t.

turning back to see his paralyzed form still where it was, you waved “stay weird, okay?”

getting into your car you started it immediately. it wasn’t anything luxurious as the sports cars parked in their drive way. but it would do.

you turned up the music, wanting to destroy those pesky daydreams before you became deluded.

you didn’t bother to tell him you were bunking with deuce, or that you were getting a job under vil, or that you were planning on staying, for good.

“fucking floyd, why the fuck would he even tell me to come here” you grumbled, clenching the steering wheel so hard you knuckles started turning white.

the other mischievous twin had given you the address, had given you the time jade got home from work, and where he worked.

but remembering the leeches are a less than… PG family, you decided to show up to his house- mansion.

you couldn’t help but recount the time you two were talking about where you’d live.

on the beach, maybe a small and cozy hut, near a forest of course.

yet here he was, extravagant mansion, with a fountain at the front that depicted twin eels (that squirted water from the mouth. which was something you know they had a chuckle over.)

jade looked different too, his eyes got sharper, jade got more defined if possible, and you could see the age lines starting to come in. no doubt would his child’s friends think of him as a dilf-

you screeched to a halt once you reached the main gates, the guard nodding to you as he opened the gates.

once you could squeeze through you sped away, windows closed as you screamed.

fuck.

you were going to have eel leather lining in your car once you see floyd again. that fucker didn’t bother telling you jade got hitched and was living the life.

he made it seem like he’d take a greasy little no body like you in his arms the second he opened the door.

yet all you got was a gawking eel with his jaw dropped.

he moved on… so maybe you should too…

You told him very calmly and politely, you had to fulfil your side of the deal,

otherwise, you would it wouldn't be fair.

While he respects your sincerity of fulfilling the contract, he kind of wanted you to be exploited.

When he tried to make amendments to your contracts in hopes you can't fulfil it, you simply frown, stating that the contract between you two has ended, as you both got what you wanted,

and unless you wanted another contract, you would not go with his wishes.

Boy,

were you a handful.

After his overblot events, Azul would come to realize you are a wise person,

always seeing to know the right advice, and on top of that, such an intelligent person.

You know so many things he doesn't.

And while he's quite envious of you,

he can't help but to be pulled closer and closer to you. <3

Jade Leech

He's quite fascinated by you.

Even under so much hardships,

you manage to fulfil Azul's requirements.

You were very much paying attention to what he wanted.

And you were even willing to become his servants at Monstro Lounge when your long term goal was fulfilled by him.

It took him by surprised at least.

No one has ever fulfilled Azul's contracts before.

And now he can tell Azul doesn't know what to do, except also fufil his side in the long run.

Well, somewhat.

He, Floyd and Azul himself, tried many ways to hold you down,

but you were never fazed.

You told Jade straight to the face, "I have fulfilled and still am my side of the deal, Azul has to do so as well. I have complied, and so must he."

Straightforward and unshaken,

he truly is amazed.

After the overblot events, he spent his time genuinely trying to make a conversation with you, and he unravels you to find that you are full of wisdom.

You know so much, and you tell him so many stories of your past, though quite vaguely.

He sees the hint of melancholy in your eyes, as he pats your head and simply tells you that better things are ahead of you. <3

Floyd Leech

He wasn't going to lie,

he found you quite boring at first.

You were just so quiet, it quite bore him to death.

But once you made a contract with Azul,

he was thrilled to squeeze you,

ready to hunt you down like a prey.

Only to find that you, the prey, was prepared,

and came back to fulfil Azul's deal. Efficiently.

A part of him was disappointed. He didn't get to hunt you down as he liked.

But he was mostly quite shocked, like his brother and friend,

when you came to tell Azul very politely that you have gotten what he wanted.

No one's really fulfilled Azul's contact,

they were meant to be "impossible to fulfil",

some irony you've created.

He was instructed by Azul to try to cut you down,

and his fun was yet again ruined.

Does nothing shake you?

All you tell him is, "I have fulfilled his side. He shall fulfil mine with no question, just as I did."

Sigh.

Once the overblot events were over,

he finds that you are a person who has so many cool stories to tell!

And while he sort of tuner out your wisdom advice,

he finds comfort in you as you know how to comfort he the best.

He hugs you when he sees you getting sad as you recall your memories.

Don't worry shrimpy, he's not leaving you now or ever! <3

Oh yeah, Dot's cooking.

He dresses like a professor, white button up shirt, argyle vest, his sleeves are always rolled up to the elbow. Clean shaven, the ends of his hair are greying. (Dilf Floyd's got stubble but we ain't here to talk about him) He has a set of twins that he had with his dead wife, but they're creepy as hell, and they always stare at you like this.

You work a shitty retail job. You've risen through the ranks, so we'll say you're the assistant manager. Then one day, this guy who looks like he is far too wealthy to shop in your store, comes in with his creepy kids, and just...releases them in the store. But you can't think about that because he saunters up to you, and begins a conversation. You're so enthralled by whatever he's talking about, that soon your shift is coming to an end, and he's sliding you his number.

His twins, as if on cue, return to his side, and the three of them leave. It's only as you clock out that you realize what a disaster the floor has become, and you feel a tinge of guilt at leaving your fellow coworkers to handle it. It's odd that none of them said anything to end the chat early. Oh well.

Did he kill his dead wife? That's a ridiculous question. Sure, it was a marriage of convenience to appease papa Leech, and her death did coincide with the murder of the aforementioned Papa Leech, but it truly is just a coincidence. At least, that's what the remaining surviving detectives say.

or you’re with the other room for the children that the party provides (this is like a really rich friend. like mega mansion. crazy rich asians kinda thing)

so in they go! (maybe this was years ago when they’re toddlers)

but then he sees you swarmed with babies. the nanny took a break and left you in charge and you’re fighting back babies with one of those roll-pop lawn mowers-

ARGHHH ONE JUST SPAT ON THE END OF YOUR RENTAL DRESS DAMNIT.

jade is utterly beside himself with laughter, amusement, and everything of the sorts and creates flirty small talk. and oh?? what's this? his wonderful bundles of joy seem to have found a liking to you? how precious (they’re clawing and climbing you like a jungle gym) jade takes a note of that!

they don't even like their mother that much , simply tolerating her. but jade can tell that his kids got good taste!

he lowkey interviews reader (without them know oops!!) and while yes, their beauty was what drove his interest, second being their personality (you have to be attracted to someone to give them a chance!)

and the twins were the cherry on top!

and conveniently you say where you work (rookie mistake) while he tells you he’s a humble business man… don’t ask what for tho cause that’s a super family secret 🤭

but he's planning and scheming and charming his way into your life and he’s in it for the long run because eels are patient. it just sucks that jade is even more patient, like a saint if you would

Angry at my boss, so I decided to see if there was anything in my inbox to cheer me up. Woo hoo!

I can only imagine that, after the party, since you interacted with so many kids and parents that night, they all kind of blurred together. And it's not until, after he visits your place of work, and you chat over text for a while, and you have a real date, then invites you back home for an after date drink, do you start to remember. And that's only because the twins are scamps and stayed up past their bedtimes, and they are staring at you with eyes you remember.

Obviously, you are gonna chalk it up to a coincidence. "Oh my god! You know so-and-so, right? I think I met you at a party a few years ago!" He laughs, and plays along, oh my god,.yeah what a really good coincidence.

Meanwhile, the twins share a look, because Dad has talked about you every day since Mom died, so they know he's lying. Hell, when you aren't here, they already call you mama/papa. But, they are their father's kids, so they are never going to say anything.

One date turns to two turns to three, turns to a year of dating. It's time to meet the family. You know Jade has a twin, but they've taken different paths in life.

So when Dilf Floyd Trudges up the driveway with his six adopted kids, four of whom are sprinting around the house and lawn and destroying Jade's home, two of whom are under Floyd's arms like suitcases, you're in for a culture shock.

When you first meet him, he seems incredibly grumpy. He's got salt and pepper stubble, the baggiest outfit, though you get the feeling it's designer, no matter how slouchy it is, his hair is slicked back, making the grey streaks look neat against his otherwise messy look.

He tosses the kids and yells at them to go play with their cousins, then he rudely shoves past you. Jade stops him with a hand on his shoulder that appears gentle, but if you had felt the full force of it, you'd have landed on your ass. He hissed at Floyd, through a smile, to greet his new fiance. There's a tense moment where they stare at each other, then Floyd storms over to you, and presses a ticklish kiss to your cheek, before muttering, "Welcome to the family," then storming to his room and locking himself in for the night.

The next day it's like he's a different person. He makes breakfast for you and excitedly asks you about yourself, wanting to know everything about his future sibling. Eventually he pours you a glass of what you know is Jade's most expensive wine, which he has been saving for a special occasion, and you finally get the courage to ask about the night before, and he laughs and says he was tired from the trip. Wrangling six kids on an airplane is exhausting, you know?

You decide to ask him about little Jade, and Floyd's stories of childhood charm you so much that you don't notice Jade's brooding presence.

Not that Floyd minds. Yeah, he got off to a rough start with you, but he gets why Jade likes you. And Jade only has two parentless kids, he has six. So his kids need you more than Jade's do, right?

Will the dad's eventually drag the kids into this fight? Absolutely. Those kids have Mafia parents, they have plenty of acting training. They will be pulling those heartstrings of yours 😊
