I am grateful to now slowly savor my cups of tea. I am grateful to now water my plants according to their natural rhythm. I am grateful for the extra time I now have to establish a deeper connection with reiki. Those are skimming the surface of what I have to be grateful for, and that in and of itself, is something to add to the list. I can’t control everything but I can control my mindset, and during uncertain times such as these, that is a powerful tool to utilize. Our personal sense of security is being tested on a grand scale so it’s key to appreciate the little things. Daily, conscious gratitude is a relatively simple way to take back your power! What have you done for your manipura lately? 😝 Yesterday I felt drawn to go try out Core Power yoga. So far I really like it! It's a Denver based company and I'm from soooo hell yeah! I also feel compelled to change my diet at this time. Leo season and specifically the lion's gate portal... Aka these crazy eclipses, are all about the power chakra aka manipura chakra located right around where you "digest" your life! Your sense of self/vitality is your perspective for which you see the world! The strength card can remind us that we are one with creation and our will is the driving force behind the scenes of what we manifest. Our will, aka what we do, is based on how we define ourselves. Example: Hippies wear patchouli, I'm a hippie, so I'm gonna rub some patchouli on me! So yeah basically the dreaded ego which is really not a silly thing to have. I would have a ton to say about that usually but I mostly just wanted to point out that when a card comes up a lot, its because that energy is hightened in the collective. How about yall?
