Hi hi!

Not quite, no. One of the worst things, imo, about modern astrology, is the way it's constantly encouraged to associate the houses with signs. There is a strong belief that each house is the same as its "assigned" sign, but it isn't!! A 12th House Stellium shows WHERE that energy is shown, whereas a Pisces Stellium shows HOW the energy is shown. So they are different! While I suppose you can read 12th House Stellium information, I would take it with a grain of salt, because the two are not interchangeable.
