Welcome to the Tournament of the hottest boy band members of the 80s/90s
It was inspired by all the tournaments pitting famous beautiful people versus famous beautiful people of specific eras and specific jobs. The polls should start on the 8th of April, leaving around two weeks for submissions. I’ve compiled a list already but you can submit other boys that aren’t on the list through a google form. Feel free to submit non english speaking boy bands.
Propaganda
The only pictures accepted will be pictures from the 80s/90s and very early 2000s. To submit propaganda either use the same google form as for submissions (even if the guy in question is already on the list) or through the submission box or tag me on posts.

Our very own V with Greg Raposo in 2008
Tumblr media
V: “This was after one of the approximately seven quadrillion shows I went to between 2008-2009. Greg said “we’ve taken too many smiling photos, let’s make serious faces for this one,” and this is how it turned out. The matching shirts were an accident. This was one of my favorite shows of all time even though the audience was tiny and it was in a bar that really didn’t have a good area for an audience – it was so energetic and so much fun anyway!”

Greg Raposo/RAPOSO - “Nothing” (Ready To Go, 2008)
youtube
V: “The photoshoot for this era of Greg’s band (called RAPOSO, and then STEREOPATH, and then Greg Raposo Band, and then RAPOSO again) was done by one of my best friends out in New York in 2008, while the band and us groupie squad were at a show for the Fresher’s Week at the university of one of our other best friends/gals in the groupie squad. The four of us really poured our entire hearts, souls, and every ounce of energy into Greg and his band for those two years! I designed the group’s 2008-2009 logo and MySpace page, for which this photoshoot served as the header. This song was never considered one of the band’s leads or singles, but it’s among my very favorites.”

A PREVIEW OF INTERVIEW’S TO COME WITH THE GUYS FROM THE LI BREW CREW BY A MEMBER OF THE TEAM THE BRUTE FORCE BRAD WEISS
Tumblr media
Myself and the host of New York’s #1 Sports Show, The Sports Report, Tom Brice are proud to announce that we will have multiple members of the LI Brew Crew softball team on the show in the coming months! As a member of the LI Brew Crew myself, I’m excited to have many of my great teammates talk about there great careers, early days, and there experiences as a part of the Fall 2020 ABA St. Louis Cardinals Division Champion LI Brew Crew softball team! In this blog post, I provide an introduction to the guys on the team to preview what is to come and what we will speak about on the show!
#44 Brendan Fitzpatrick “Fitzmagic” – Fitzy is from Plainview, NY and attended Plainview JFKHS.
Our good friend Brendan Fitzpatrick has already been on The Sports Report with us on the September 2nd episode, which of course you can check out on our SoundCloud page SoundCloud.com/thesportsreport2019. Fitz played baseball with me growing up alongside the Supran brothers and Salty for the Hawks travel team that went to Cooperstown in 2010. At Plainview JFK, Fitz played on the varsity football team and of course on the 2014-15 varsity basketball team that won a playoff game for the 1st time in a decade on Valentine’s Day 2015 vs Long Beach! Fitzy of course then went on to Cortland to play basketball where he had a ton of success that we talk all about in the interview we had with him on The Sports Report! After college, he then joined the Fall 2020 ABA St. Louis Cardinals Softball Division Champion LI Brew Crew where he played in all 18 games batting .662 for the season with 47 hits to lead the team, 29 RBI’s which was 2nd on the team, and hit 5 home runs tied for 3rd on the team! Fitz’s RED HOT start to the season earned in 2 Brews of the Week this past season as well! Stay tuned because Fitz will definitely be back on the show soon!
Tumblr media
#11 Jake Guggenheimer “Guggs” – Guggs is from Great Neck, NY and attended Great Neck North HS.
During his time at Great Neck North with the Blazers varsity baseball team, Guggs earned all-league honors as a sophomore and was all-conference as a junior and senior at Great Neck North. Guggs then continued to play college baseball for the McGill Redbirds whose campus is in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Guggs did a whole lot of winning during his time at McGill as the team won 3 STRAIGHT CANADIAN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS between 2016-2019 in his 1st 3 years at the school. Guggs played at the catcher position primarily and had one of best days at the plate on September 17th, 2017 when he went 3 for 5 with a double, 3 RBI’s, and stolen base! After college, he then joined the Fall 2020 ABA St. Louis Cardinals Softball Division Champion LI Brew Crew where he played in 12 games batting .564 for the season with 22 hits, 17 runs scored, 8 doubles which was tied for 2nd on the team, and 4 walks which was tied for 1st on the team! Guggs always brought great energy for the Brew Crew and was terrific wherever he was asked to play in the field! Stay tuned because Guggs will be on The Sports Report for the December 9th episode coming up soon!
#3 Jake Supran “J Supes” - J Supes is from Plainview, NY and attended Plainview JFKHS.
Before his days at Plainview JFK, he played with myself, K Supes, Fitzmagic, and Salty on the Plainview Hawks Travel baseball team that won multiple tournaments and made a trip to Cooperstown in 2010! At Plainview JFK, he had a great career playing on the Varsity baseball team and was one of the teams captain his senior season in 2016. J Supes then continued his baseball career in college at Ursinus College for the Bears between 2017-2020 where he appeared in 58 games, was apart of the Ursinus Bears team in 2017 that made it to the Centennial Conference Championship, was a member of the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll in 2020, and hit his 1st home run this past season that was shortened due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Speaking of homers, J Supes definitely hit plenty of those with the team him and his brother Kyle put together in the Fall 2020 ABA St. Louis Cardinals Softball Division Champion LI Brew Crew where he played in 16 games leading the team in almost every category including batting .683 for the season, 1st in runs scored (34), 1st in RBI’s (39), tied for 1st in doubles (9), 1st in triples (4), tied for 1st in walks (4), and 1st in OBP at .750. With these numbers, J Supes definitely deserved 2 Brew of the Week honors this past season! J Supes is one of the captains of the Brew Crew, played a great OF for us, and was definitely a candidate for team MVP. Stay tuned because J Supes and his brother K Supes will be on The Sports Report for the December 23rd episode before Christmas and the Supes brothers birthdays coming soon!
Tumblr media
#18 Kyle Supran “K Supes” – K Supes is from Plainview, NY and attended Plainview JFKHS.
Before his days at Plainview JFK, he played with myself, J Supes, Fitzmagic, and Salty on the Plainview Hawks Travel baseball team that won multiple tournaments and made a trip to Cooperstown in 2010! At Plainview JFK, he had a great career playing on the Varsity baseball team and was one of the teams captains his senior season in 2016. K Supes then continued his baseball career in college at Ursinus College for the Bears between 2017-2020 where he appeared in 23 games, was apart of the Ursinus Bears team in 2017 that made it to the Centennial Conference Championship, was a member of the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll in 2020, and in 2019-20 he batted .471 for the Bears before the season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After college, he then joined the Fall 2020 ABA St. Louis Cardinals Softball Division Champion LI Brew Crew where he played in all 18 games pitching every inning for the team and putting up great numbers batting .609 with 42 hits which was 3rd on the team, 31 singles which was 2nd on the team, and he was tied for 1st in doubles with 9! K Supes was also a 2x Brew of the Week recipient this past season! K Supes was one of the teams captains with is brother Jake and his pitching and fielding all season long was great! Stay tuned because K Supes alongside his brother J Supes will be on The Sports Report for the December 23rd episode before Christmas and the Supes brothers birthdays coming soon!
#2 Jake Saltzman “Salty” – Salty is from Plainview, NY and attended Plainview JFKHS.
Before his days at Plainview JFK, he played with myself, the Supes brothers, and Fitzmagic on the Plainview Hawks Travel baseball team that won multiple tournaments and made a trip to Cooperstown in 2010! At Plainview JFK, he played on the varsity volleyball team alongside recent guest on The Sports Report Allen Durutovic on the 2014 Nassau AA Championship team and of course played on the Plainview JFK Baseball Varsity team where he earned both All-League and All-Conference honors. Salty continued after his great baseball career at Plainview JFK to attend D-2 Molloy College who produced the legendary Hicksville Comets Basketball star John Petrucelli who is playing professional basketball overseas and was also a guest on The Sports Report! Salty put up some great numbers at Molloy at the plate while playing a great OF as well! In his freshman season, he appeared in 39 games and batted .295, followed it up batting .284 appearing in 51 games for the 2018 Molloy Lions Baseball team that made it to the ECC Championship game, batted .261 his junior year, and then was batting .355 his senior season before it was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Salty primarily batted at the top of the lineup for the Lions, and he does the same for the team he joined after college in the Fall ABA St. Louis Cardinals Softball Division Champion LI Brew Crew where he played in 14 games batting .672, recorded 39 hits which was 5th on the team, 24 RBI’s which was 4th on the team, scored 26 runs which was tied for 3rd on the team, and 7 home runs which was 1st on the Brew Crew! Salty earned 2 Brew of the Week honors on the season as well! Salty is a gold-glove caliber left fielder for the Brew Crew and his .707 OBP in the lead off position in the lineup almost always led to big innings for the Brew Crew! Stay tuned because Salty is definitely a great candidate to come on The Sports Report in shortly after Guggs and the Supes brothers!
Tumblr media
#32 Bryan Safer “Big Safe” – Big Safe is from Plainview, NY and attended Plainview JFKHS.
Big Safe starred at Plainview JFK on both the varsity baseball team with the likes of Salty, the Supes brothers, Frankie, B Maloney, Galasso, and Dommo early on and the varsity basketball team with previous guests on the show Fitzy, Allen Durutovic, and of course yours truly THE BRUTE FORCE Brad Weiss. Big Safe was an essential part to each of those teams and on the special 2014-15 basketball team, Safe was definitely one of those “unsung heroes” Tom Brice referred to in our interviews with Fitzy and Allen. On the baseball field, Big Safe was the leader on the team in home runs as he smacked 5 in his junior year after being on the 2014-15 basketball team, and was definitely a big part of the Varsity baseball teams offense while being a great defensive player at 1st base! Big Safe attended UMass Amherst in Massachusetts and earned a Bachelor’s degree there and now does work with our New York Mets! After college, he decided he wanted to mash more for the Fall ABA St. Louis Cardinals Softball Division Champion LI Brew Crew where he played 12 games batting .533 with an .567 OBP, had 2 triples which was tied for 3rd on the team, 16 total hits in 30 AB’s, and had 1 home run for the Brew Crew on the season, although without some windy days I think Big Safe would have had more! Big Safe didn’t just play softball for the Brew Crew, he also played for our good friends and amazing supporters for the Long Island Sky Bison which you can follow on Instagram @liskybison! Stay tuned because Big Safe is a great candidate to come on the show to talk baseball and basketball very soon!
#24 Frankie Michells “Frank the Tank” – Frankie is from Plainview, NY and attended Plainview JFKHS.
Frankie was another 2 sport athlete at Plainview JFK as he played for both the varsity baseball and basketball teams during his time at Plainview JFK. Frankie played alongside many of the Brew’s including the Supes brothers, Salty, B Maloney, Big Safe, Dommo, and Joey Ray Bans on the baseball team and played with some Brews including Fitzy and Big Safe as well some guys mentioned on The Sports Report before including one of the strongest kids around Tom Flynn and Molly Lacrosse star Kevin Pastier amongst others on the 2016 varsity boys basketball team that made the playoffs in there senior seasons. Years later, Frankie may have found himself a career in softball as he became one of the best players on the Fall ABA St. Louis Cardinals Division Champion LI Brew Crew where he played in all 18 games, primarily playing a gold glove SS for the team, while batting .597 for the season, had 26 RBI’s which was 3rd on the team, 43 hits which was 2nd on the team, 9 doubles was tied for 1st on the team, and 33 singles which was 1st on the team. Frankie was also a 2x Brew of the Week recipient in the first week and last week of the regular season. Frankie shouldn’t only be a nominee for team MVP, but also one of the funniest guys on the team, whose also got a cannon of an arm throwing from SS to 1B where I almost lost feeling in my hand when catching those baseballs over at 1st base. Stay tuned because Frankie is an amazing candidate to come on The Sports Report in the near future!
Tumblr media
#14 Dom Palumbo “Dommo” – Dommo is from Plainview, NY and attended Plainview JFKHS.
Before his days at Plainview JFK, me and Dom played alongside each other on the Plainview Little League field where we won the 2009 Plainview Little League championship at the Plainview Pool Field with the Blue Thunder coached my dad Joel Weiss aka “THE SUPER FORCE”. Yours truly THE BRUTE FORCE hit a go-ahead home run to help us win that game and after 2009 I repeated as a Plainview Little League Champion in 2010. Now at Plainview JFK High School in 2012, me and Dom reunited on the Plainview JFK Boys Varsity Basketball team for 2 seasons. While Dom was a great teammate on the court, he made his mark on the baseball field where he was one of the best players in Nassau County earning All-County honors his senior year, unanimous Nassau AA league player of the year, Plainview JFK Student Athlete of the year, as well as NYSWAA All-State baseball selection. After his amazing career at Plainview JFK, he attended Farmingdale State College, a Skyline Conference rival for me as a St. Joseph’s Long Island Golden Eagles alum, and continued his legendary baseball career. At Farmingdale State between 2014-2018, Dom had a career .294 batting average, .373 OBP, played multiple infield positions well, and made 3 appearances in the Skyline Conference championship in 2015, 2016, and 2018. In his senior season in 2018, Dom was 2nd team All-Conference in the Skyline and in Dom’s 4 years at Farmingdale State, the team had a record of 84-63. After Dommo’s great career at Plainview JFK and Farmingdale State, he didn’t want to finish there as he joined the Fall ABA St. Louis Cardinals Division Champion LI Brew Crew softball team where he earned 3 Brew of the Week honors, which was most on the team, while also earning The Sports Report host Tom Brice’s approval saying “the award should be named after Dom” on the show! Dommo’s numbers for the team showed he deserved those Brew of the Week honors on multiple occasions as he played in 12 games batting .667 which was 3rd on the team, had 30 hits which was 7th on the team, 3 walks which was tied for 2nd on the team, and 6 doubles which was tied for 3rd on the team. Dommo is clearly a team MVP candidate as he mashed for us primarily in the middle of lineup while playing a great infield for the Brew Crew! Stay tuned because Dommo with all of these accomplishments will make a great guest on The Sports Report!
#20 Joe Galasso “Joey Ray Bans” – Joey Ray Bans is from Plainview, NY and attended Plainview JFKHS.
Joey Ray Bans was a great baseball player starting as a young kid, growing up playing for the Seminoles travel baseball team, and even played a game where our New York Mets play of course at Citi Field during his time with the team! Joey Ray Bans then became apart of the Plainview JFK Varsity baseball team with the likes of Salty, the Supes brothers, Frankie, B Maloney, and Big Safe! Joe had some adversity during his time at Plainview JFK, but with his hard work and talent in the game of baseball he earned the opportunity to play college baseball for another Skyline Conference rival mine, me being a St. Joseph’s College Long Island Golden Eagles alum, for the Mount St. Mary College Knights! In his freshman season in 2017, the Knights made a run to the Skyline Conference Finals as they defeated my top seeded SJC-LI Golden Eagles in the semifinals to advance to finals. That season, I remember the disappointment from many of the guys I spoke to from that seasons baseball team from that loss, but Joey Ray Bans’s Knights pulled off the upset on May 7th, 2017. In 2018, the MSMC Knights came back with a 22-12 record, 13-5 in the Skyline Conference, but weren’t able to defeat my Golden Eagles and the USMMA Mariners in the playoffs. After a tough 2019 season, Joe and the Knights 2020 season was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At Mount St. Mary, Joe not only enjoyed success on the baseball field but was also the Vice President of the student government there and was a huge part of having some great events on the campus of Mount St. Mary! After Joey Ray Ban’s great years at Mount St. Mary, he took his talents to the softball field and joined the Fall ABA St. Louis Cardinals Division Champion LI Brew Crew where he earned a Brew of the Week honor in late September and put up some great numbers primarily towards the top of our lineup! Joey Ray Bans played in 14 games for the Brew Crew batting .644 was 5th on the team, 27 runs scored which was 2nd on the team, 38 hits which was 6th on the team, 8 doubles was tied for 2nd on the team, 3 triples was tied for 2nd on the team, and his 4 homers was 4th on the team. Joe was great for us all year getting on base with a .695 OBP frequently which was why he batted 2nd for us late in the season, and in the week he was named Brew of the Week, me and Tom both agreed he was the “savior of the week” because he batted right behind me and came through every time I failed in my early season struggles. Stay tuned because Joe’s great story, his ability as a leader, and his knowledge on all in the world of sports makes him a great candidate to come on The Sports Report very soon!
Tumblr media
#77 John Fitzgerald “Fitz” – Fitz is from Wantagh, NY and attended Wantagh HS.
Starting at Wantagh HS, Fitz had a journey in high school that no other member of the Brew Crew had. In 2016, the Wantagh Warriors Varsity Baseball Team not only won a Nassau County Class A championship, but they won the New York State Class A baseball championship! Wantagh captured there 1st Class A New York State championship since 1998! The Warriors finished that season 25-5 in which Fitz played a big part of this but it wouldn’t be his last championship in his career. After graduating Wantagh high school, John went to play his college baseball at SUNY Purchase, a rival in the Skyline Conference to me of course the St. Joseph’s College Long Island Alumni, for his freshman season. In his freshman season at Purchase, Fitz was great both on the mound and at the plate pitching to a 2.70 ERA in 2017 and hit .338 for the Purchase Panthers. After the 2017 season at Purchase, he transferred in 2018 to Queensborough Community College 2018. In 2018, Queensborough College Tigers went 22-12 and advanced to the 2018 CUNYAC/MCU Community College championship which took place at MCU Park in Brooklyn. After being down 4-0 late in the game, Queensborough came back to win in extra innings to capture the CUNYAC championship title for the 16th time in there history. The go-ahead hit in extra innings came from John Fitzgerald, who was the CUNYAC championship game MVP! After the 2018 season at Queensborough, John returned back to Purchase where he finished his final 2 seasons with some more big numbers! In 2019, Fitz batted .345 for the Panthers, with a .448 slugging percentage, while also dominated on the mound with a 4-1 record and a 2.28 ERA. At the end of that season, Fitz earned All-Skyline Conference 2nd team and was also a Skyline pitcher of the Week in March of 2019. Like many other of the Brews, the 2020 season for Fitz and the Purchase Panthers was cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic. After Fitz’s amazing high school and college careers, he wanted to continue to mash at the plate when he joined the Fall ABA St. Louis Cardinals Division Champion LI Brew Crew where he earned a Brew of the Week honor in Week 1 of the season and overall was a big part of the teams success! John was able to play 6 games for the Brew Crew this past season batting .412 in those games and hit 2 home runs in 6 games, which was tied for 5th on the team for the season. Fitz the essential piece to the partnership with Ridgewood Station Tavern of Wantagh, since John is from Wantagh and has a great relationship with one of the best places to go watch a game, get a drink, and a good bite to eat! Each and every week on The Sports Report when we talk LI Brew Crew softball, we make sure to recognize Ridgewood Station Tavern for there awesome partnership with the team and we look forward to teaming up with them going forward! Stay tuned because with all of this success Fitz has had both on and off the field, he is tremendous candidate to come on The Sports Report in the near future!
#21 Brian Maloney “B-Maloney” – Brian is from Plainview, NY and attended Plainview JFKHS.
Before high school, me and Brian played together on the Plainview Pythons alongside Fitzmagic as well before we crossed paths in the Plainview Little League. Brian was a tremendous player on the diamond, but also on the volleyball court in which he played both sports on the Plainview JFK varsity teams. In Volleyball, Brian played alongside recent guest on The Sports Report Allen Durutovic! They won the Nassau AA championship together in 2014, and Brian was a big part of that team along with another member of the team who is on the LI Brew Crew in Salty! On the baseball field, Brian also played alongside Salty as well as other Brew Crew teammates including the Supes brothers, Joey Ray Bans, Frankie, Big Safe, and Dommo. Brian was a tremendous player for the Plainview Varsity Team earning an All-League honor during his time and having a season where he batted .410 with 21 RBI’s while playing a solid SS for the team during his career. After high school, Brian attended the University of Florida where he enjoyed a great college education and some great weather down in Florida! After college, Brian decided to get back to having the bat in his hands and swinging for the Fall ABA St. Louis Cardinals Division Champion LI Brew Crew where he played in 10 games batted .559 for the LI Brew Crew, recorded 19 hits, scored 11 runs, and also had a home run for the team! Wherever Brian was asked to play in the field, he was solid wherever he was asked to play! Stay tuned because B-Maloney is definitely a great candidate to join me and Tom on The Sports Report in the future!
Tumblr media
#25 Nick Conti “Conti” – Conti is from Plainview, NY and attended Plainview JFKHS.
Conti was a tremendous athlete at Plainview JFK on the football field and the lacrosse field. Conti played on the varsity football team alongside Fitzmagic from the LI Brew Crew amongst others including Molloy Lacrosse legend, another one of my teammates on the 2014-15 Plainview JFK varsity basketball team, and another possible guest for The Sports Report down the road in Kevin Pastier! Nick was a tremendous football player, but his #1 sport was clearly Lacrosse! Nick played competitively on travel Lacrosse teams growing up and became an elite player for the Plainview JFK Hawks varsity team. Even through adversity and an injury, Nick performed well on the field earning him the opportunity to play in college for the LIU Post Pioneers at the time. Even though Nick was a football and lacrosse star, he has a passion for many other sports including soccer is very imminent as he has traveled the world and is a big Arsenal FC fan! Nick has persued a degree in Journalism at Farmingdale State College! Similar to my story where I didn’t play baseball for almost a decade, Conti had a similar story and still decided to join the great Fall ABA St. Louis Cardinals Division Champion LI Brew Crew softball team! Conti appeared in 16 games for the LI Brew Crew batting an even .500 for the team, recorded 24 hits for the team, 16 singles, 3 triples which was tied for 2nd on the team, and had 2 home runs as well! Conti is a tremendous teammate on the LI Brew Crew, and I know he would be a great guest on The Sports Report in the future!
#13 Nick Sciortino “Nicky Sciors” - Nicky Sciors is from Hicksville, NY and attended Chaminade High School in Mineola, NY.
Growing up, Nick played summer baseball with the Supes brothers for the LI Whalers organization. At Chaminade High School, Nick played for the Flyers varsity baseball team and even played some basketball in his early years at the school! Nick started many games during his time for the Chaminade varsity baseball team in the outfield, where he was stellar both for Chaminade and eventually the LI Brew Crew. After graduating Chaminade HS in 2016, Nick attended Fairfield University where he played club baseball and persued a degree with a great education from Fairfield! After college, Nick came back to swinging the bat and playing on the diamond for the Fall ABA St. Louis Cardinals Division Champion LI Brew Crew softball team where he played in 6 games batting at a .714 clip in those games with 15 hits, 8 runs scored, 7 RBI’s, and playing a tremendous outfield for us especially in the championship series vs the Goons. Nicky Sciors is another guy I didn’t get to know until meeting him as a member of the LI Brew Crew, but he’s an awesome teammate who came to play each game he was able to make it, and he’d make a great guest on The Sports Report to talk the LI Brew Crew and all the latest in the world of sports!

#16 Yours Truly Brad Weiss “THE BRUTE FORCE” – THE BRUTE FORCE is from Plainview, NY and attended Plainview JFKHS.
In my early days, I played in the Plainview Little League with and against many of the Brews! After playing alongside the Supes brothers, Salty, and Fitzmagic on the Plainview Hawks travel baseball team that made an appearance in Cooperstown, I decided to focus on basketball going into high school at Plainview JFK. I played 3 seasons for the Plainview JFK Varsity Basketball Team earning LongIslandBasketball.com’s All-Long Island Sophomore team honors in 2012-2013 and All-Conference honors for the 2013-14 season. In 2014-15, the team made it to the playoffs for the 1st time alongside All-County players and recent Sports Report guests Brendan Fitzpatrick and Allen Durutovic as well as All-Conference player Tom Flynn and won the school’s 1st playoff game in nearly a decade vs Long Beach on Valentine’s Day in 2015. After that senior season, I took a year at Nassau Community College before attending St. Joseph’s College Long Island to play 4 years of college basketball. I started for the Golden Eagles at the big man position for 2 ½ seasons between 2016-2019 before an injury plagued 2020 senior season. In 2018-19, I was 3rd in the Skyline Conference in blocked shots, 13th in rebounds, and in the school’s history I’m towards the top of the list in blocked shots. After graduating SJC-LI in 2020, I 1st was given the opportunity to do an interview on New York’s #1 Sports Show The Sports Report! My head coach at SJC-LI Mike McSloy recommended me to be interviewed and on March 25th, 2020 I was featured on the show. After that week, the legendary host of our show Tom Brice asked if I’d be intrested in being a weekly analyst for the show, and the rest is history as me and Tom are approaching 40 episodes together! In September, I was asked by the Supes brothers to come back to swinging the baseball bat after a 9 year absence to be apart of the Fall ABA St. Louis Cardinals Division Champion LI Brew Crew softball team. I agreed to join the team which was one of the best decisions I made and played all 18 games and batted .578 for the Brew Crew, earning 1 Brew of the Week honor on my birthday weekend on October 19th, had 23 RBI’s which was tied for 5th on the team, 26 total hits, 22 singles, 1 double, 1 triple, and 2 home runs for the season! THE BRUTE FORCE started the season under the Mendoza line of .200, but recovered because of the confidence instilled to me by my great teammates! I cannot wait to be apart of many of the guys on this team in the interviews coming up on The Sports Report!

Music Groups and Bands You Probably Forgot Existed: 3LW, S Club 7, Dream and More
Are you ready to get a little nostalgic on this fine Throwback Thursday?! We at the E! News offices like to play this little game of seeing who can remember the lyrics to old pop songs from the '90s, which got us thinking of some of the bands who made those hits...most of which we've forgotten existed at this point. For example, do you remember B*Witched and "C'est la Vie"? Or how about Omarion's boy band B2K and their club hit "Bump Bump Bump"? 3LW and "No More"? We could go on and on, but now that we've got you hooked (just admit it!), let's take a look at some of those long-lost groups and pay tribute to the fact that music definitely peaked in the '90s: The Most Awesome Things From the '90s A*Teens: This Swedish pop group from Stockholm was formed in 1998 as an ABBA tribute band and consisted of members: Marie Serneholt, Dhani Lennevald, Sara Lumholdt and Amit Paul. They gave us awesome remakes of songs like "Mamma Mia" and "Dancing Queen," but we'll never forget "Upside Down"  3LW: The girl group was created in the early 2000s and consisted of original members Adrienne Bailon, Kiely Williams and Naturi Naughton. Jessica Benson then replaced Naughton after she left the group in 2002. They had hits like "Playas Gon Play" and "I Do," but nothing holds a candle to "No More (Baby I'ma Do Right)." Dream Street: If you don't remember this 1999 all-American boy band, that's because they were pretty short-lived. However, the group did mark Jesse McCartney's first go at music alongside co-members, Greg Raposo, Matt Ballinger, Frankie Galasso and Chris Trousdale. They were basically five versions of Justin Bieber before Justin Bieber was even a name in our minds. You'll likely remember them by listening to their song "It Happens Every Time."  B*Witched: The Irish girl group consisted of twin sisters Edele and Keavy Lynch as well as Lindsay Armaou and Sinéad O'Carroll and saw success from 1997 through 2002. They brought us "C'est la Vie," and that's all that really matters. Top Boy Bands of All Time S Club 7: The pop group from London was by created by former Spice Girls manager Simon Fuller and rose to fame due to their television show Miami 7. The group consisted of members Tina Barrett, Paul Cattermole, Rachel Stevens, Jo O'Meara, Hannah Spearritt, Bradley McIntosh, and Jon Le. You'll probably remember them by songs like "S Club Party," "Never Had a Dream Come True," and our personal favorite, "Bring It All Back."  B2K: Omarion got his start in the music world with the R&B boy band, which also included Lil' Fizz, J-Boog and Raz-B. "Bump, Bump, Bump" was their greatest success, and even though it reminds us of middle school dances, we still kinda love it, TBH. Dream: This group might not be as far removed from your memory as the others, considering they reconvened in 2015. But in case you forgot, they were a pop girl group who rose to fame in 1998, consisting of members Melissa Schuman, Diana Ortiz, Ashley Poole, Holly Blake-Arnstein, Kasey Sheridan and Alex Chester. Singing "He Loves U Not" while picking daisies on our walk to school is something we've probably all experienced. LFO: We will never forget the song "Summer Girls"—do you still like girls who wear Abercrombie & Fitch?—but you probably didn't remember the band behind the hit. That would be the Lyte Funkie Ones aka LFO—a pop band consisting of lead singer Rich Cronin as well as  Devin Lima and Brad Fischetti. BB Mak: If you just said "OMG" out loud, you're not alone. We were pretty proud of ourselves for pulling this group out of the depths of our memory. And somehow this British pop/rock group consisting of Mark Barry, Christian Burns and Stephen McNally managed to sell three million albums between 1999 and 2003. Unfortunately, we only really remember "Back Here." '90s Guy Crushes You Totally Forgot About LMNT: This was another group we got a little too excited about...mostly because "Juliet" still brings so much happiness into our souls. The group was popular in 2000 and was composed of members Matthew Morrison (!!!), Ikaika Kahoano, Bryan Chan, Jonas Persch and Mike Miller. 5ive: The British boy band from London rose to fame in 1997 with members Sean Conlon, Ritchie Neville and Scott Robinson. You might remember their song "When the Lights Go Out" blasting at your middle school dance. Westlife: The Irish boy band was created in 1997 with members Shane Filan, Brian McFadden, Markus Feehily, Nicky Byrne and Kian Egan. You'd likely recall their remake of Secret Garden's "You Raise Me Up" or from their hit song "My Love." Wild Orchid: Did you know Fergie was in a band before the Black Eyed Peas? Yes, indeed she was, and that band's name was originally NRG before it became Wild Orchid. The group—which also consisted of Renee Sandstrom, Stefanie Ridel and Micki Duran (from 1991-1994)—performed from 1991 to 2003 with songs like "Supernatural" and "Talk to Me." Do you have any long-lost bands we've forgotten? Sound off in the comments below!

The timing of me remembering this duet couldn’t be anymore perfect for me. What a beautiful duet.
Original Version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2U0Ivkn2Ds
Lyrics:
Say something I'm giving up on you I'll be the one if you want me to Anywhere I would have followed you Say something I'm giving up on you And I am feeling so small It was over my head I know nothing at all And I will stumble and fall I'm still learning to love Just starting to crawl Say something I'm giving up on you I'm sorry that I couldn't get to you Anywhere I would have followed you Say something I'm giving up on you And I will swallow my pride You're the one that I love And I'm saying goodbye Say something I'm giving up on you I'm sorry that I couldn't get to you Anywhere I would have followed you Say something I'm giving up on you Say something I'm giving up on you Say something
