I was really suprised how pretty and magical extensive green spots like this can be :).

I wish Geres wasn't such a touristy place, it’s probably a litlle selfish, but I perfer to visit spots when they are almost unexplored, almost in their pure form. Fortunately this one was almost desert! (compared with the ‘’Poço verde’’)

As mais belas e conhecidas cascatas no Gerês 😎 . . 🇵🇹 Dia 2: dia dedicado a visitar a zona mais conhecida do Gerês, os seus principais miradouros e as cascatas que tornam está zona muito apreciada. Nas primeiras fotos temos a Cascata do Arado, localizada a 900m de altura e possuí pequenas lagoas na parte mais alta e um pequeno miradouro em frente. A última foto é da Cascata do Tahiti (Fecha das Barjas) mas vista de cima. Possuí pequenas lagoas nos vários "níveis". No final há uma lagoa bem maior mas para lá chegar é preciso descer por um trilho. . Passeio muito bem organizado de jipe que nos trás algumas vantagens mas também deixa menos tempo para apreciar as cascatas. . 👉 No nosso blog há mais dicas para visitar o Gerês e também outros locais magníficos. In the first photos we have the Cascata do Arado, located 900m high and has small lakes in the highest part and a small viewpoint in front. The last photo is of the Tahiti Waterfall (Fecha das Barjas) but seen from above. It has small ponds on the various "levels". At the end there is a much larger lagoon, but to get there you have to go down a trail. .
