The character know as "Newbie" joins the team desperate for money.

Newbie doesn't have a actual name thanks to her antisocial behavior so when she becomes a beta tester for the team, before Peter could even say dont write down you actual name Newbie wrote the now known name. She picked up the name Newbie after not liking the word Rookie she was called by random people as the played music to get money for her food supplie and actually was called Newbie by a little girl who was the first to hear her music and asked her mom if they could give her some money in which the mom let the girl give her 40 bucks. But that didn't stop her shy and antisocial behavior from bonding with the team. Newbie gets harrassed by a multi dimensional ghost that just LOVES to randomly throw her into different dimensions.

Also Newbie canon fact: she plays a single string guitar with a drumstick, that was her only way of getting money before joining as a beta tester for the crew, the reason she joined the crew is because some person took her guitar from her hands and smashed it and called her worthless, practically taking her only sorce of money.

Ray also protects Newbie ever since she got cursed by a ghost that forcefully makes her sing to do certain actions.

I whole-heartedly believe that it was Janine's idea and she lost her mind watching Egon and Peter grumble about it while Ray and Winston have the time of their lives.

I believe there was a deleted scene mentioning Winston working at an airline when the Ghostbusters disbanded in Ghostbusters 2, and I am an aviation freak so I drew him in uniform. I would trust him to fly my plane.

I imagine Winston manages to keep up with the others’ insanely unhealthy sleep schedules and working all hours of the night because of the absolutely unholy hours airline pilots have to do sometimes.

He wouldn’t fly international though, probably just around the US.

(Guys do NOT let me get started on Winston aviation headcanons this is going to be BAD).
