Chucky Eminem song head canons

I know this sounds like the most random post ever but I was raised listening to em and the king himself turned 50 a few days ago.

Glen wouldn't even know about Eminem but just listen along with his mother whenever she has it on, if Tiff is in the kitchen humming along Glen will stop around the corner and admire his mothers beautiful voice.

Glenda would be in her room laying on her stomach blasting his goddamn dirtiest songs that he has im talking superman, shake that. Glen n Glenda r both evil in my au, they're (personality wise) carbon copies of chuck , though glen always uses the 'My mother' thing that tiff does, and tries his best to maintain a British accent the best it could, and glen also has slightly more compassion, they both have hyper empathy when it comes to Nica, and the 'terror trio' but that doesn't mean they ain't hella antagonistic either, believe me. Salem's interpretation of glen and glenda they are MEAN!

+ tried to make glen look more like -movie accurate rather than show flashback-Charles while glenda looks more like the 1998 bride doll version of tiff especially in her cheekbones. /second pic is their cheekbones defined a bit better for reference/ (My glenda uses all pronouns, my glen uses they/it/he) also yeah ! I made them both masc/fem presenting. Because non-binary and genderfluid aren't restricted to a certain look, fuck you if you think they have to look a certain way.

What is with the Foreskin obsession in the Bible?

As I continue to listen to the Old Testament on podcast (in an attempt to learn why religious people are so nuts) I am just dumbfounded by the weird obsession with foreskins. I was just listening to the story of David and Goliath and after he kills Goliath he ends up killing 200 men and bringing their foreskins to the king so he can marry his daughter. And it was the king who requested them. Like, if you want to marry my daughter bring me some of that sweet dick skin. Lol. What? Why? This has to be the 40th time so far people in the Bible have obsessed over foreskins. What is the history of this? Does anyone know why foreskins are so important in the Bible? Other than God tells Abraham to cut his off in Genesis so they can be best buds…which…ok weird.

What I thought the Chucky series was going to be: separate but well made Chucky story with a few nice easter egg references to the movies.

What the Chucky series actually is: a well made Chucky story that includes the entire storyline of the movie series plus most of the major cast from every single other movie so far (except GlenGlenda but there's a season two so maybe then), including actual Jennifer Tilly.

“Sending out positive vibes is just praying to God.”

Saw this from an acquaintance on social media yesterday. They argued that you’re literally praying to God if you send out positive vibes into the universe in the hopes of getting something out of it. Obviously this is just a Christian trying to proselytize but I couldn’t think of a good enough response that wouldn’t just result in a lengthy debate akin to yelling at a wall. I guess the easiest thing to point out is that I can choose to not send positive vibes toward the universe without fear of going to a fiery underground world of pain and torture. How do you respond to that?

So tired of hearing that belief in god means you have morals.

I’m sure this sentiment has been posted about ad nauseam, but how do we start convincing people that religion has nothing to do with ethics and morality? I mean, how many priests have raped kids? How many Christian’s have murdered people (if I had a nickel for every time some docudrama about a killer said the person went to church every Sunday I’d be rich). To say nothing of situations like that Church school in Canada that straight up murdered children. There’s got to be a way to get people to see how stupid this way of thinking is. Just a few months ago my mother-in-law said atheists are evil, knowing full well my wife and I are atheists and we don’t even kill spiders. How do you undo this stupid brainwashing technique they’ve managed to successfully implement for decades?

Here’s an interesting question I heard: why did God invent people?

Heard this on a podcast recently. The host was like, first off, if god exists, why make people? You’re God, you can create universes, yet you make humans, which is the equivalent of a human making bacteria and then judging it and punishing it or rewarding it for stuff it does. Why? Do you really need bacteria to worship you? Like, you could create other demi-gods to talk to, other universes, anything you want. Judging humans would get boring after about 10 minutes.
