Since it was just my birthday, here’s how the Aurinkos would feel about their birthday:

Juno: used to hate his birthday a lot because his brother wasn’t there to celebrate with him anymore but doesn’t mind as much now and sees it as a way to honor Ben

Rita: loves her birthday but often forgets when it’s coming and Juno has to remind her, he also always gets her something without fail

Buddy: likes her birthday a bit, grew to like it as a young adult, mostly to get free drinks and the like, used to celebrate with a cake when she could actually eat food

Vespa: hates her birthday, anyone who mentions it is dead to her, Buddy tried to throw her a birthday surprise the first time they dated and they almost broke up, will now tolerate a private ‘happy birthday’ from Buddy and only Buddy

Jet: is pretty indifferent about his birthday, will tolerate Buddy’s attempt to celebrate but will not celebrate himself of his own free will

Peter: doesn’t like his birthday, he used to celebrate with the pests as a child but stopped celebrating with Mag who just forgot about it, will refuse to tell people his birthday of his own free will but Juno gets to tell him happy birthday and give him a cupcake or something

Ruby: of course it hates its birthday, the mysterious past says it all, might not even know what a birthday really is

hiiii i just wanted to say your tpp stories are genuinely incredible, both in terms of their overall structure with their plots, as well as their characterizations of juno, nureyev, and the rest of Aurinko crew. i've read almost all of them (and some of them twice or thrice at this point, bc i only just got back into tpp since 2021, and i had read most of them back then too) and they are truly special in every regard. specifically you capture the manner of speech and thought for the characters so well, and the worldbuilding you do is incorporated so well into the existing junoverse. thank you for taking the time to write and share them, and i hope you have a wonderful rest of your day

I guess with ScVi still fresh in my mind, I kind of thought he'd be more like the professor AI. A sort of animatronic made to fight but gained a level of sentience enough to say he doesn't want to do that. Really kind of funny because that's what I imagined in the first place, just now we might have some weird explanation to how such a machine could be made. He's much more primitive than the ScVi AI though, since they're made from technology not possible yet, but Cipher has always been super dubious in the TPP lore for pushing what's possible :HYPERRACC:
