Art and flash is nice. But Davekat being a thing is just an automatic nope for me. Sorry, but I really don't think them as a couple redrom would ever work. The same goes for June Egbert. John being trans doesn't make sense to me and they are only adding it because Andrew Hussie and by extension, WhatPumpkin themselves, haven't added June yet to Homestuck^2. Sorry, just not for me.

Four demon kids are having a fairly normal summer (or whatever passes for summer in HELL) when all comes to a head on the 13th birthday of one Lament Blood, a girl who spends most of her time playing card games with her friends or practicing for the day she'll have to best her mother in a Trial by Combat for her spot on the Blood Throne. On Lament's birthday, the thing she and her friends are most excited about is this weird game called Sburn, from the makers of their favorite digital card games, touting itself as some kind of exclusive card battler mmorpg. Each of their copies arrive on, or a bit before Lament's birthday. Provided everything goes right, they'll get their exclusive Founder's edition perks, and get to have a fun game to play with all four of them.

Talking about ocs for my silly little Homestuck based thing - Surie Nouire

Surie Nouire is one of the first characters I made after I started reading Homestuck.

They originally weren’t going to be used in my little story I’m working on, but for a Homestuck based Roleplay I was going to join on Fandom. Sadly, around the time that happened, Fandom got blocked on my computer (Cowabummer).

Some important info about Surie:

Age (At beginning of the story): 13 (As in Homestuck fashion, it takes place on their birthday)

Gender: Nonbinary

Pronouns : They/Them (If I accidentally use She/Her for them, that is my fault sometimes I forget what characters I’m writing about and use the wrong pronouns)

Lunar Sway: Derse

Classpect: Rouge of Time (Fun Fact: They share an aspect with me! Mainly because of the reason above + I had already had a whole idea for their story arc and crap and didn’t feel like changing anything.

Sexuality: Questioning, leaning towards Lesbian but also questioning if they like men (Spoiler: probably not).

Pestrian handle: ectosunBandit

Personality wise, Surie can be very snarky and sassy at times, or genuine and nice. Kinda just depends where their Prankster's Gambit is at when you interact with them. They struggle to comprehend fate and honestly try to ignore the existence of it as a whole. They have an overwhelming interest in animation, especially anime. Surie also collects pocket watches, which they like to throw at people for some god forsaken reason, and has several of the exact same shirt (Don’t ask). Also they get an interest in the masterpiece, Con Air for a bit, but that’s short lived after they, and another character Roxxel — who I’ll make another post about sometime — watch it a total of ten times before realizing rhe two realize they don’t actually enjoy that much.

That’s it for Surie, gonna try and make these posts every now and then. Also just wanna share this jewel I found while looking at Con Air reviews for research.
