Got curious about Hiccup's lie he told to his captors in this episode, so I decided to translate the wanted poster.

Note: It took a while to do this because apparently HTTYD the movies and the TV series use different runes rather than the same ones, and even then another alphabet is needed for the last season to translate some writings on a wall that don't match the movies' alphabet nor the series'.

I just finished Race to the Edge!! And can I say I only have a few things to say:

1) The show was amazing. Beautiful. Loved (almost) every second of it.

2) I'm glad they included an episode where Snotlout realizes how he's grown. Sure, he's still the stupid muttonhead, but he's grown.

3) The episode close to the end where they show what life might have been like if Hiccup had never shot Toothless down (and I will definitely write out a whole thing about that at some point), was a nice little moment of "what if" that I really enjoyed.

4) I was sad when Viggo died. It would've been really cool to see him and Hiccup become friends. Or, at least, how they would get along together.

5) ALL THE HICCSTRID I loved all the Hiccstrid!! There were a few bits (just one, actually) that was cringe to me, but overall, love both of them.

You know, I think it's funny how Viggo seems to have hooked the Edge on Maces and Talons. Previous to meeting Viggo, the riders never mention it, nor play it on screen. But after Viggo shows up? They seem to make playing it a regular past-time. Heather, Astrid, Fishlegs, even Snotlout! The whole edge gets together and plays this game regularly with the board and set Viggo literally gave them.

I think Viggo would find that hilarious. I know I do.

I am genuinely curious to know how strong Viggo is considering that his original sword (pre-volcano accident) is difficult to pick up and it's so heavy that Snotlout falls flat on his face trying to lift it despite how big he is (and Snotlout isn't that weak either, not the strongest, but he definitely ain't weak). You've gotta have some serious strength and strong core muscles to wield that.

On a side note, that is a very nice looking sword.
