I have some wild random headcanons about them...

Raphael

He probably had his anger issues, of course he learns to control that better probably with the help of the others.

I also say that he got help with his anger issues from his brothers through a book they made. Raph still has the book hidden away for help occasionally.

Leonardo

Leo probably was more leader like, at least from the few moments we see of him as a kid that is what I think.

He loses his leader skills as he is blamed about by his brothers, instead of making that pile up and work with it Leo snaps and changes into who he is now.

Donatello

He may have been, you could say girl like person. He would throw his blame and problems on others. He did not get in trouble much and if he had the slightest cut or dirt would call for father.

Donnie soon notices that Splinter can not always be there for him, so he starts to do things on his own and makes a close bond with Mikey.

Michelangelo

He seem to be the baby, he would do things and say things without knowing exactly what they are or what they would do. He would follow his brothers around and listen to them.

Mikey later as his brothers grow, he starts to lean to be by himself. He starts to learn.

These headcanons may be weird. But I have them and will use them for my world, so oh well.
