#i had two of my younger cousins over for dinner tonight #they’re younger than me but they are teens so not that young #anyways my aunt is away for the week and they asked if they could come over one night #because i’m the first cousin to move out and buy a house and apparently that’s very cool 😂 #their words not mine #so i was like sure i’ll order pizza it’ll be fun #and one of them is really into baking #and she baked me muffins!! #from scratch! #i’m so happy lol she’s so cute!

okay but like,,,,,first time dad Bakugou giving his baby their first bath after coming home!!! you’re fluttering around the kitchen, trying to make sure you have your daughters towel ready, her baby safe soap, a tiny washcloth, that her teeny tiny pajamas are in the dryer.

it’s only when you take a second to ask Bakugou something do you finally just—pause. your gaze instantly softens, a lovesick smile inching on your face as you watch your big buff pro hero husband hunch over the kitchen sink.

your daughter is resting in the baby bath seat, lilac colored and reclined back. she squirms when Bakugou lets the warm water run over her naked, fat little belly. her face scrunches at the new sensation, fists balling up against her chest. he coos at her, gentle,

“I know, ya little princess. Feels weird on ya, doesn’t it?” he asks her, voice so small under the running water. he cups his hand, holds a handful of water, tilts her fat cheek up to let it slide in her neck rolls that always smell like milk. she whines at that, sniffles and hiccups before she cries. you go to take a step forward, to console her, but Bakugou is so patient.

“It’s alright,” he kisses her tears away. “Daddy’s just tryna help you.” he runs the water all over her body, and paired with his softly spoken words, does she finally quiet after a few seconds. her little body trembles with the aftermath, pouty lips puffy and he can’t help but smooth his hand over the softness of her face.

“Yer a crybaby, just like your ma.” he whispers to her, grinning when that breaks you out of your stupor to smack him on the shoulder. you both laugh at that, and you finally feel the peace that is your little family. you lean against Bakugou’s shoulder, pressing a kiss to his jaw before looking at your daughter again.

“You’re gonna be a great dad,” you mumble into his skin. he doesn’t say anything, but you can feel his shuddering breath, and the calmness that blankets the rest of your house.

#1. the weather this month was horrible. how is it raining this much in the middle of summer? so annoying #2. July was a month full of having mehmaan or going to visit other peoples houses. I’m a pretty social person and I usually love spending #spending time with family but this was a bit too much #I made my version of knafeh after quite some time (without a recipe really) and it turned out good 😃 #3. flowers my mum regretted buying cause after paying she saw other ones she liked more and which were cheaper lol #4. these beads I used last year to make necklace. wore it only a few times so decided to change it and make it into a phone chain. also #got this cute sticker from work. cute right. my inner child is really happy with the amount of cute stickers I can just use #5. every year there’s this group of Muslim youth from another city. and they organise a carnival type a thing for the kids in their city #2 years ago I volunteered there and decided to do it again this year. it’s not in my own city but our masjid is in that city. took my mum #+ little brother with so he could play. my aunt also came with her kids and it was a really nice day. the whole thing was organised and run #by Muslims and was free for all. i had a good time helping out and was asked if I wanna join the committee (?). I declined #bc it’s a little too far for me to be present throughout the year. I will continue to help on the day of in sha Allah. anyway they did do #catering for the volunteers and it was from one of my favourite restaurants in that city. New Leafpool design!!!! I love her so much this new one gets what I wanted for her

-She is sleek but still chubby with a notable pouch and rounded legs. While her fur is rather swept back it’s thick on her back end, chest, and over her face

-She has many heart shapes and leaf shapes, with her pants pattern from Fire, leg fluff from Sand, and leaf like nose tufts from Fire. I wanted her to be a cinnamon and brown cat getting her brown from both sides and cinnamon ofc from her dad

-Decked out in plants. She has a few on her face and ears, three leaves on her tail with one ripped (for her kits), and a water lily from her gf Mothwing. And I kept her bisexual flag petals but put them on her chest fur instead right over her heart marking

-Hc wise I LOVE bisexual Leafpool but also polypool where she’d have a relationship with Mothwing, Snowbird, Nightcloud, and Whitetail. She gets all the ladies and I love that for her. Fave ships for her are MothLeaf, MothLeafNight, and her whole poly situation with all her loves (courtesy of @spottyissleepwalking for his amazing polypo3 au I adore it so much)

She is standing to the left with her eyes looking forward and front paws together, back legs back, and tail on the ground. She has her mouth open slightly. Hair covers the left side of her face in a fringe, longer fur on her chest. Back of her legs, and rump. She is a soft brown color with brown on her back in a pants pattern, fringe, front paws, tail and on her shoulder in one leaf shape. A darker brown is on her tail base in leaf like markings, two on her shoulder and bands on the back of her legs, tail, over her ears and fringe. Cinnamon patches are on her back hind leg, tail end, rump, and tip of her ears in a heart shape. Cream is on her chest, belly, back legs and nose. White is on her chest in a heart shape, belly, ear tip in a heart shape, tail tip, and on her toes on her back cinnamon leg. Btw my mom came with me to this show bc she had always wanted to see a kpop concert (bless her, she is so supportive of my insanity) and she was so funny! She loved it, but like during the concert she leaned over while the guys were chatting the first time and she’s like

“Is that one the oldest?” About bang chan and I’m like, “yeah and the leader.” And she was like, “oh you can tell. He’s so much bigger and seems way more mature!” And I just laughed bc first of all that’s true but second, my mom knows nothing about skz beyond hearing some of their music so that was adorable LOL

Oh and she LOVED Felix. She loved his accent and the way he talked. She loved Seungmin too bc he was being extra silly during the ments.

And after the show I was like, “so ma, how was it??” And she was like, “I loved it! I couldn’t stop watching them dance, it was completely in sync! Never seen anything like that! And they do everything! Singing while dancing!” And I was like, “I KNOW RIGHT??” And she was like, “I would go again but I need earplugs next time. :)” the screaming got to her but she loved it so I think I have recruited a new Stay ✌️
