I play identity v. Playing quick match, as hunter. Geisha, since it’s her character day.

My countdown is up and I’m assigned a match.

Four theives. Four dumbass pickpockets. I choose excitement, of course, against their flashlights.

And meanwhile in the chat they’re basically chanting “KREACHER CULT!!!” And I’m like what the hell.

So we start, assigned the Gold Mine map, which I hadn’t played before. So I’m kinda exploring the map, keeping an eye on tinnitus.

I find them. They’re all in the basement, huddled together. Of course, I don’t play friendly (except for one survivor if they’ve decoded 2+ ciphers and everyone else is dead). So I’m whacking like a mad woman, surrounded by these stupid stealers.

They’re all shining their lights, but I hit excitement before I get stunned. Finally, I manage to chair one. I get stunned (my excitement cooldown isn’t done), but these thieves just chase me around in the basement, wreaking havoc.

Eventually I manage to chair them all and hear the synchronized screams.

I don’t know what just happened. I don’t know what sort of cult I walked into.

An Identity V Fanfic

a spur of the moment fanfic; Ship Emily/Emma Sum: Emily’s summoned to a match and something’s just not right about it.  It was just another day in the Manor for Doctor Emily, after a full day of matches she was exhausted, laying her head against her pillow she dozed off when she found her summoning lanturn glow brightly. "Whats this? there aren't suppose to be matches after 11" but the manor seemed otherwise tell her otherwise.  Part of the contract of the game was you had to show up when being summoned no matter what. She got ready, putting on her uniform and walked out the door and took her seat in the waiting room. The chair next to hers seemed to be indecisive on who they wanted to summon, but landed on Emma, the Gardener while , Kreacher the thief and  Naib the Merc idling chatting between the two. Costumes set and everyone  readying up it started out like any other match, though Emily couldn't find the energy to want to participate, but for their "controllers" she had to give it her all. Though something was off about tonight. As she was dropped off on the map, she didn't feel the usual pull of the controller, and while everyone else had ran off emily couldn't find the energy to run. Of course the hunter was out there and the only thing worse than being shocked by the deciphering machine was the uncomfortable rocket chairs, so Emily made her move to complete the match as quickly as possible. A ring went off as Emily approached the first decifering machine signaling that the first of five was already complete. One closer to done and the hunter hasn't even revealed themselves yet. She tinkered away, but so unfocused she coudn't hit her mark as the deciphering machine let out a loud buzz and a sharp electrical shock through her system. Another ding and then 2 more rang in the arena. one more to go she though as she saw a figure approach her. It was Emma, "Emily! I'm so glad I ran into you... There's something strange going on. I can't find the other two nore have i encountered a hunter yet which is odd. " she mumbled getting to work on the half completed decipher machine . "I agree, Normally I would be in bed by now sleeping " Emily sighed thinking of her warm bed waiting for her back at the manor. Soon the light flashed and a siren indicating the last Decipher machine was complete. Except the sky turned a dark red, Though the light for the Escape was still clear. "This way"  emma stated pulling at Emily's hand and dragging her towards the exit. "Don't you think it's odd we're were summoned for a match this late at night?" emily asked running behind the small gardener. "I didn't until we were warped onto location, see I had just finished a match against Fester and didn't realize the time. I got to my room when my lanturn summoned me, and before I knew it I was at the graveyard. So I did the routine, you know dismantle some chairs and cracked some decipher machines. I came across Kreacher but he wouldn't speak to me so I thought his controller was just too focused or something. " Emma explained as then reached the door. "then Kreacher just disappeared and I was alone again but it seemed like they were making progress because I could hear decipher machines going off. Then I came across you. but No hunter in sight which was extreamly odd. " Emma Punched in the code, while Emily kept watch but instead of opening the door,  All the lights in the facility turned onto them, basically signalling something to them. "What! did you do?" Emily jumped, "N-nothing!" Emma tried punching in the code once more. It was routine at this point, so nothing should have gone wrong.A shadowy figure approached them from the maze "Tryinggg to escape are we?" His smile creeped on his face. It was Kreacher, yet a smell that made both girl's stomachs churn, "K-kreacher wh-what happened to you" Emma shrieked seeing her friend in such a state. No this wasn't a normal game, even being captured by a hunter they were sent back to the manor by rocketship. Never were they maimed and killed. "Don't try and run. You're trapped here.." Another voice came from the opposite side,  Emily's head turned to reveal a decrepit Naib his hood torn and his face scarred. "Emma, we need to get out of here.. Quick" Emily said grabbing emma's hand to run away from two turned survivors.  Both of their movements were still and shaking Emily pulled Emma into the the church and low into the Pews. "we should be safe here.. for a little bit" emily trembled, but Emma was speachless, her eyes unfocused. "n-no hunter should be able to d-do that." Emma suddenly grabbed emily. "We were garenteed safe returns to the manor right? So why are Naib and Kreacher like that... Why are they.. Dead.." Emma  hugged emily close. tears falling as the sense of Danger loomed on them. " I-I don't know what that thing was but those two definitly weren't our friends" emily sighed calming her nerves in emma's shaking arms. "We'll find a way to escape.. but I need to sleep first.. I'm so tired." Emily's rested her head on the younger's shoulder.  Having the other's presence kept her calm as her eyes drfted to sleep. End- Chap 1/?
