Night at the Museum Wing AU

I love this AU so much!

I based Al's wings off of a red-tailed hawk! Al always “thought of himself as “American” rather than Italian or even Italian-American.” (Al Capone by Deirdre Bair) The screech used for the Bald Eagle in Hollywood is actually the call of a red-tailed hawk!

Ralph's wings are based off a Rüppell's Vulture/ a Griffon Vulture. I don't have a lot of reason why, I just felt he should be a large bird of prey with feathers close to Al's. Griffon Vultures hold the record for the highest flying bird in the world!

Frank is based off a Northern Mockingbird. They are known for being very smart birds. They are also very aggressive and territorial, like Frank was. I feel I could have picked a bird of prey to fit in with his brothers, but I think a Northern Mockingbird suits him because of his description of being the best looking and mild-mannered brother.

I love this AU a lot! I want to make more art for it. Multi says that "Those born in and later than 1900 have wings while some born 1890 to 1900 might have wings", which lets all the Capone siblings have wings! Ralph was born in 1894, Frank in 1895, and Al in 1899!

Since I headcanon Jimmy/Richard James "Two-Gun" Hart to be in Jed's group, I'm not sure if he would have wings! Especially since he was born in 1892. Maybe he did, but when he was made into a Miniature, they weren't added?

Just watched the first episode of Boardwalk Empire with my dad tonight, and hoooooo boy. I can already tell that this is a show I’m gonna be hooked on for the rest of the summer.

Happy 132th Birthday to Richard James "Two-Gun" Hart/James "Jimmy" Vincenzo Capone

132 years ago on March 28, 1892, James was born in Angri, Province of Salerno, Italy. When he was three-years-old he, his mom, his dad, and 17 months old brother Raffaele (Ralph) came to America on the Werra in June 1895.

As a child, he loved playing the violin. At sixteen-years-old, he, Ralph, and Frank took part in a fight with some Irish kids. James threw a kid through a window and thought he killed the boy (no thanks to Al who told James he did- the troublemaker). Ashamed and scared of what would happen to him, James ran away and joined a traveling circus that happened to be in town. He changed his name to Richard James Hart, taking the last name of his favorite silent film star and idol, William S. Hart.

He served in WWI, serving in France, and earned a commission as a lieutenant. After, he settled in Homer, Nebraska and became a Prohibition agent. He earned the nickname "Two-Gun" because of his sharp-shooting skills he earned in the circus. He watched what his siblings were up to through the paper. In 1945 he rejoined his family when he fell on hard times.

He married Kathleen Winch in 1919, and had four boys, Richard, William, Sherman, and Harry Hart. He died in Homer, Nebraska at the age of 60 in 1952 from a heart attack.

Malone: It certainly has - we'd like to catch up with you now that your time on Total Drama has definitively ended.

Kuiper: Of course I wanna talk, it's - Wait, what do you mean, ended? We've only done, like, two seasons!

Malone: Lindsay, there have been five seasons, four of which you've competed and lost in. 

Kuiper: ...Are you sure? That doesn't sound right...

Malone: Believe me, that's God's honest truth. Doesn't that make you really upset?

Kuiper: I don't know, doing so much Total Drama always made me super sore and gross feeling! I guess it's not so bad that I won't have to do that anymore. No, actually, I LOVE that!! From now on, there'll be no more drama for Lindsay Kuiper!

Malone: Hold on. Are you saying that you regret ever going on the show? That you regret becoming famous?

Kuiper: Well, no. I do REALLY like being a star. I get to be in magazines and TikToks now, and everybody LOVES me! In a few weeks, I'm going on the Johnny Falcon show!

Malone: Uh, do you mean Jimmy Fallon?

Kuiper: No, I think that's his brother.

Malone: ...Okayyy, but still. The fame was worth all the challenging tasks you were set during your time on the show?

Kuiper: It's not about the fame at all, duh! Why would I regret going on Total Drama?  That's where I met my best friends in the whole wide world!

Malone: Who, Heather? Alejandro? 

Kuiper: What are you talking about? Those guys are total jerks. I just mean that if I hadn't gone on the show, I never would have met Beth and Tyler.

Malone: Really? Beth and Tyler? The goody two-shoes Girl Scout and the failed athlete? They're the people you choose to be your best friends?

Kuiper: Tyler isn't a failed athlete. He's really talented, and a really hot boyfriend! And Beth is the BIGGEST sweetheart of all time! We've been close since the start, when we were both working for Heather.

Malone: Right. You do know that Tyler is still the least-talked about contestant on any of the TD fansites? Sure, his numbers took a spike during the whole Gwuncan fiasco in season three, but it wasn't enough to make the poor guy actually interesting. Heck, it took you ages to even remember his name. And the only reason Beth ever made it to the final two was sheer dumb luck. Duncan was a formidable competitor, as long as Courtney wasn't around - but Beth? Nothing but a brace-faced dork with pathetic delusions of grandeur.

Kuiper: ...Hmmmm. Ok. What's your name again? Frankie Capone?

Malone: Francis Malone.

Kuiper: Ok, well, I am so done talking to you, Francesco Maroon! I would tell you about my life if you were interested, but all you want to do is make fun of my best friend and boyfriend! Bridgette was right, I REALLY need to stop talking to you Celebrity Manhunt people. All you care about is the drama.

Malone: To be fair. The show is named Total Dr -
