Here we have the 5 men of royal blood who I'd think would have the most fun with sexually. Carl XVI Gustaf, Juan Carlos I, Albert II, Prince of Monaco, Prince Andrew, Duke of York and Prince Carlo, Duke of Castro.
From sex parties with strippers, cheating on their wives and whoring around before and after their marriages. The things I've read about these guys.
Well, all except for Prince Carlo. He seems pure, but I still like to image he'd be a great fuck.

Dani hurt his hand and wouldn’t let anyone hold it which directly led to the infamous King of Spain handshake??? And ofc Jorge would be all “🥺🥺🥺 Dani won’t hold my hand 😢😢😢” to the media
King of Spain huge Pedrenzo fan
To be honest, Dani didn't talk about this until recently. He has had so many injuries, that he didn't want his rivals to know he was once again injured.
The handshake originated because after the pole, Jorge shake hands with Colin Edwards and wanted to do the same with Dani, but Dani ignored it. Jorge was confused and because there was press in the room (and because it was Spain and we where thirsty for their rivalry) everyone knew about it.
Next day, Jorge and Dani are in the podium, and the king of Spain decided that two of the sportsmen carrying the name of Spain can't act like spoiled kids, so...
Tumblr media
You can see how forced this is. I mean they are not really holding each others hand. It was supposed to be the moment they rivalry was buried and that they were going to "friends", but we all know it, they rivalry keep going on and on. Until one day, around 2010-2011 Dani realized how good Jorge was. That it doesn't matter what he does, Jorge is the only thing constant in his life and the in Qatar 2012 (why Qatar of all places 😭) they hugged after the race.
Tumblr media
And then it was just rivals AND friends.
Juan Carlos I was not a Pedrenzo fan per se, he was (and still is) a racing lover, and he wasn't going to let 2 of the most competitive and the face of Spain in MotoGP act like 2 spoiled kids. But then again he was mocked among the European crowns for several reasons

throwback to when juanito threw his lover off a yacht, went to africa to hunt down endangered animals, and then told the president of venezuela to shut up
This man alone gives more drama than all the Turkish soap operas on Divinity together.
Btw, if you want to hear all about Juan Carlos (king emeritus of Spain)'s scandals, including his weird excessive love affairs, some of his illegal business and corruption, and how the press worked to cover it up, HBO has released a 3-episodes documentary about it called "Salvar al rey".
If you don't have HBO, there are places to watch it for free (1, 2) but the documentary is in Spanish and these streams don't have subtitles, I assume HBO will have English subtitles.

Alright, I’m about to go to bed, but one more for the road.
Today You Learned about  “¿Por qué no te callas?”
In November 2007, the Ibero-American Summit (a meeting of the heads of Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries from Europe and the Americas) met in Santiago, Chile. Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero was speaking, but this douchebag Hugo Chavez–the Venezuelan president who ran his country into the ground–kept interrupting him. See, Zapatero apparently made a comment about the Latin American economy that Chavez didn’t like, so he spent all of Zapatero’s speech trying to talk smack about Spain–about how the Prime Minister’s predecessor was a fascist (he was center-right according to Wikipedia, but I couldn’t tell you more than that) that supported an attempted coup d'etat in Venezuela. Zapatero, who didn’t even like his predecessor, spoke in the guy’s defense, trying to talk this down. Staff at the event even tried turning of Chavez’s microphone, and it didn’t work.
So finally King Juan Carlos I of Spain, a monarch in his late 60’s who helped dismantle the fascist Francoist regime in his home country, had enough of this nonsense and he leaned into his microphone and said “¿Por qué no te callas?”
Alright, quick Spanish lesson, friendos, if you’re missing it: generally, if you want someone to be quiet, you say “Silencio.” You pull out “Callarse” if you want to get the point across a bit more strongly.
Spanish also has formal and informal versions of ‘you’. Formally, talking to people you don’t know, or are trying to impress, or perhaps foreign heads of state, you use the form ‘usted’. You’ll notice though that he didn’t, and uses ‘te’ or the informal ‘you.’
All of this to say that at an international summit, the elderly King of Spain told Hugo Chavez, “Why don’t you shut up?”
This was… not tactful, and it didn’t go over well with a lot of parties. And that’s understandable! It’s the King of Spain telling the leader of one of the countries that was a former colony to shut it… well, politically that has ramifications. But it became such A Thing in the Spanish-speaking world, as a joke, that it was printed on t-shirts, used in broadcasts about soccer games, put on websites...heck, protestors against Chavez’s government started putting it on stuff.
So. You know. In case you wanted a Fun Fact about memes in Spanish.

XREY:THE STORY LAB

Just wanted to say thank you for posting the things said in cuatro tiempos. I’m not sure how many episodes there will be, but I’m relishing every moment you post (or Jorge posts on Instagram and I half understand)
Also quick question, was the (in)famous handshake in 2008?? It’s said the worst of their rivalry was in 2008 so what are some things that happened??
Lol I'm glad you like my post. I felt like I'm screaming to the void only the bits I find curios or I like. I was lucky that this episode was mostly about Dani and Jorge relationship and rivalries so it was a gold mine. Cuatro Tiempos is just 4 episodes, so we are half way done, but probably I'll rewatch some times and bring other bits if I feel like, or if someone ask for something from it.
If you want more bits of footatge, Izaskun Ruiz post in her insta stories the content DAZN post, plus she post interviews and photos of the team on track and they are funny to watch.
2008-2009 it's Dani's and Jorge's pick of rivalry basically because they have been forced to fight against each other since 2002 when Jorge debut on the championship. Basically all around them made them "enemies" plus their riding style and actituts. Dani was Honda's golden boy, he had the seal of approval from DORNA plus the support Jorge lacked (and a Cola Cao ad). Dani was the angel and Jorge the bad boy.
When they where both fighting in 250cc (year 2005), there was lots of contacts on track plus a lot of accusations flighting between Jorge, Puig and Amatriain. According to Jorge and Puig it was a way to destabilize the other rider on track and a means to and end. Back then, Jorge was very aggressive, he saw a gap and he throw himself there, which caused him a race ban. Spanish media was all over them back then.
Then Dani went to MotoGP as 3 times consecutively World Champion (125 in 2003 and 250 in 2004 and 2005). There was 2 years without their fights on track as Jorge was fighting for his 2 tittles in 250.
So in 2008 they both found themself in the same track with more or less equal machines fighting. Media was all over them to reignite the 250cc fight and because it was the first time that Spaniards had 2 very competitive riders on track fighting and having options to win in the big category. So again it was more about people around them than them.
But then again Dani has said, he did not like when Jorge won him, and by the type of character he his, it led to this:
Tumblr media
So basically Jorge had been recriminating Dani to not congratulate him on the podium in Qatar. Then in Jerez, Jorge went to congratulate Dani for his pole, with a handshake, but Dani ignored him and Jorge and the other rider in there where kind of shocked.
The next day, Dani won the race and Jorge finished in 3rd place, so they had to share a podium. The King of Spain, Juan Carlos I (the older guy) was and is a fan of the races and was in charge of giving the trophies so he went to the cold-down room/the back of the podium and forced the hand shake. During the podium they did not look at each other.
This is according to the media, their worst/lowest point in their relationship, but Dani said pre-2010, so I'm guessing 2009 was like that too.
In 2012, it's when media and everyone knew that the hatched was buried and they where friends, when this happened in Qatar
Tumblr media
And if there was doubts, Jorge asked Dani to marry him on a press conference that same year
I hope this is enough to answer the question

Portaaviones Chakri Naruebet (Wikimedia Commons) La…
