I’ve been procrastinating on writing so I thought I’d compile a list of my top kpop hoe anthems lmao. I’ve been considering making one since i got that ask about thottie kpop songs a while back lol also im very aware this isn’t every single sexy kpop song lol these are just my personal favourites; everyone has a different opinion on what they find sexy lmao i guess im exposing my tastes sjgslgj So idk...have a gander lol. But: it’s not my favorite solo song of his (though I love the MV and the song very much for being so soft and adorable). My favorites are usually songs where I feel lots of emotion in his voice.

Insane (I actually think he’s very over the top emotional about his girlfriend cheating on him but like, I LOVE the way he emotes, plus i translated the lyrics with my tutor so this song means a lot to me :-)

The first day of Junho’s FLASHLIGHT tour (2)

Junho and the dancers finish performing FEEL, but the dancers stay on for a while. Junho prompts them to go in and they leave. Being out of breath from the energetic dancing, Junho blurts out “aigo” and we like it.

 Everyone . . . [Hottests respond but not loud enough.]

Oh? “koe ga” (your voice is) . . . [Hottests: “chiisai” (not loud enough)]

Everyone! [Yes!] “Koe ga?” [“chiisai!”] Ah, now it’s big.

 Well now, originally, I wasn’t supposed to talk at this point. However, while I was singing, how can I say this . . . I felt an urge to talk to you. That is, I came into this concert today, feeling quite differently from when I have done my usual . . . my previous tours.

 Obviously, I have been doing my very best all the time -- as I am doing for this tour, too. Still, this tour is something different. I really want to treasure and remember this very moment we are together. So, I want to take my time, although this may not sound so good (as Junho actually uses the phrase “take some time off” instead of “take my time” here), to make this a memorable event with you.

 So, everyone! You still have energy left, don’t you? Thought so!

 The song I’ve just sung that goes “Darling . . .” is a new song. I believe it’s a nice one.

 He sings a few bars of “Darling” a cappella: After making us all fall for his mellow voice, he laughs shyly and makes us fall for the shy boy that he is all over again.

 Are you all fine with this?

This is a song I like very much.

 So . . . . How are you all doing?

Everyone in the arena . . . oh, we don’t have an arena here . . . all of you in the back of the standing stalls, can you see me? [Some yell they can, others yell they can’t.]

 Your voices are soft now. [We yell louder.] Are you doing OK? Oh, I hear mixed responses. I don’t know what to do. It is crowded in the back, and it may be a little far from the stage, and it may be hard to see me, but you can actually see me, right, as this is Zepp? [We yell we can’t!] You can’t? I’m at a loss.  How about this then? [I don’t know what he did, for I really couldn’t see at that time.] Can you see me now? [Noooooo!] I’m sorry for being short. I may be short among the 2PM members, but when I go elsewhere I’m not that short, you know. [Hottests affirm that he is good-looking.]

This is a song that my band members like, isn’t it? This really IS your favourite, isn’t it? Actually, what’s going on right now right here isn’t anything close to what we have rehearsed at all. But (thanks to the band members) everything is somehow going so well.

“Flashlight” (This is a song about a beautiful and passionate relationship in the past that now seems like a flashlight in the dark. I’m sure Junho means it to be read as his relationship with Hottests. I like the part where he sings “We were drawn to each other and craved for each other recklessly in those days.” I already love the new songs in the album, though we haven’t listened to them all yet.)

 Well, I’ve just performed some songs from my new album Souzou for you.

How . . . did . . . you . . . like . . . So-u-zo-u?

 Actually, I’m not really sure about the marketing phrase “Junho, whom no one has ever seen before” though, because that’s someone even I have not seen.

 While I was preparing for the album and this tour, a lot of thoughts went through my mind. The fact that it’s already the 7th album . . . .  (Hottests cheer, and Junho just waits for us calmly, smiling.)

 I feel like it was only yesterday that I made a solo debut with my first album Kimi no Koe, which also reminds me how far I have come. How time flies. That’s why I decided to name this tour Flash . . . Flesh . . . Flashlight . . . FLASHlight . . . Flash-la-i-to? FLASHLIGHT-O? – for the word “flashlight” means “se-n-ko”(閃光), and I felt that the time had passed in the blink of an eye just like a “flashlight.”

 While there were so many happy memories of us spending time together in my mind, I couldn’t believe that the time had already come for me to prepare for the last concert FOR NOW. The important part here is FOR NOW(“ittan”). FOR NOW. It’s not THE LAST.

FOR NOW.

So, I’d like to see you again when the six of us get together and come back.  [Hottests: We’ll be waiting for you!]

 Let me drink some water.

 Aigo . . . .  Is everybody okay? Why do you go Ahhhhhhh? (You don’t have to worry about me just because I said aigo.) I’m perfectly fine!

 I became to like the summer season . . . and I can exist as a singer . . . and I’m going to live on as a member of 2PM, all because of you. I’m full of energy. You give me strength. [Hottests: Thank you! / Cool!] No, thank YOU!

 You are the ones who made it possible for me to release this 7th album and have a tour like this. (Junho chokes with emotion.) It’s all thanks to you. (He tries to keep his composure and smiles. We feel him, and some of us begin to call out his name as he begins to look somewhat vulnerable. Junho responds.)

 Let me ask you something. What kind of feelings did you all have when you were on your way here today? (Junho picks up and repeats Hottests’ responses to confirm.) DOKI-DOKI (heart beating fast)? In anticipation? Wanting to see me? Okay.

 It’s difficult to say, but . . . normally . . . I have been singing and dancing on stage as a singer at my previous concerts, and those experiences are certainly very important, but today’s concert is somehow surreal. I cannot believe this is actually happening. I cannot believe that I’m doing the last for now concert.

 That’s why I hesitate to proceed, even now, even though I have to go to the next song. I want us to stay like this a bit longer to remember this moment when I am with you. That’s how I feel.

(Someone seems to have told Junho to move on to the next topic, and Junho explains that to us.)

Well . . . this may sound like I’m changing the topic suddenly, but . . . (Junho assumes a serious face but cannot go on without chuckling and somehow we know that he is going to make an obligatory announcement.)

The time you and I spent together and the fact that you are now with me made it possible for me to release this album . . . (All of us, including Junho, burst out laughing.)

So, my new album SOUZOU is going to be released on July 11! Hope you like it!

 The title track “Souzou” is a kind of song that is sexy, and sexy, and ever more so sexy. As for “Junho, whom no one has ever seen before,” I myself haven’t seen him yet either. That’s something I would like you to explore in your imagination on your own in whatever way (“katte-ni”) while listening to this song. This song alone won’t be a problem. (I’m not exactly sure what he meant by this. Perhaps he meant to say that only with our imagination, the song might be able to assume its true sensual power or something.)

 Now, I’d like to go to the next song. Is it okay? All of you in the upper-deck seats, is it okay? Oh, you are all hyped up! This is good! And all of you in the stalls, how about you? Great. Such good vibes today.
