i finished the animation! :) it was actually partially inspired by @beatlegirl1968 's recent chapter of Secret Love - the whole concept of Brian having this massive crush, and Roger doing something about it, and then Brian going through every emotion possible- you get it. i know it's not smooth, and i blame the fact that i haven't animated in YEARS and everything moves at the same time so it looks a bit weird. but anyway, i hope you like it!!

im trying to get back into animation and i don't think this is a bad start :)

Oh, she fell in love loads of times, and it always felt like she couldn’t bear to be apart from them...and then she’d grow restless. 

Maybe that’s why things felt so right with Bash. He was like a caged tiger, ready and willing to be freed...and she thinks he’d follow her to the ends of the Earth if she let him. And this time, she does want someone to follow her for once. To have adventures with her. To chase after her wild whims.

“I’m the best of you, hm?” And it also didn’t hurt that he also held her in such high regard. The best way to Didi’s heart was through her ears, after all— compliment after compliment, accolade after accolade and she’d revel in her own pride. “It’s not hard, you know...to see the good in you. Maybe it’s hard for you to see it sometimes, hm...but not me. It was always there.” Didi whispers to him between soft kisses in the dim light. “Always so obvious.”
