wednesday’s for the boys*

highlights of my waterparks show:

geoff and awsten making random appearances on the balcony during chapel’s set, and awsten clapping along with the crowd

otto coming out to set up his drumkit and majestically putting his hair up in a bun

awsten coming out onstage and spitting carrots at us while playing the intro to made in america

geoff’s hair

awsten jumping into the crowd and crowdsurfing while playing guitar (and nearly smacking me with it)

awsten giving us a huge smile and saying, “y’all sound so good!” while we were singing along to stupid for you

awsten pointing at geoff during royal and geoff smiling but never taking his eyes off his guitar

meeting otto and geoff afterwards and getting a hug from both of them, and getting my cd signed! seriously, they were super sweet, they were even trying to stop and take as many photos as possible despite being in a rush

seeing how genuinely excited otto and geoff were when people gave them art or other stuff they’d made/brought for them, and geoff having a fanboy moment over being asked to sign a guitar

#this was honestly the best show of my life??? #i didn't get to meet awsten because he was in a separate corner of the room and was sick so he left a bit earlier #but it was still such a surreal experience to see them again??? and actually meet geoff and otto this time??? wow #i can't even express it properly #like if you read #kristen.txt

it’s nearly two am but i just got home from my show and it was literally the best concert i’ve ever been to!!! i met otto and geoff and they signed my copy of double dare and i held awsten’s hand during the set and!!! i am so happy
