Realistic portrayal of how teenagers would act during an apocalypse

Dumbass ideas but ingenious creativity

Ready to throw down at anytime

How the ugliest side of classism comes out during the midst of a crisis

The found family stays together and don't go their own ways after the disaster has been resolved.

The female friendships. The sibling relationships. The male friendships. It was so so well portrayed and so many good examples of how one should be.

The euphemism of using a Zombie Apocalypse to portray how society and elders and adults constantly let down the younger generation, leaving them to fend for themselves, ultimately leading to the new generation turning bitter. But ultimately the ones im power are either completely unaware of the consequences of their actions, or they do not care.

Lee Yoo-mi is an absolutely marvellous actress because the level of hatred I felt for Lee Na-yeon was more than any character in a k-series I've watched so far.

Being Nayeon's friend was great. It really was. Even though she comes off as a spoiled brat, a bitch and an asshole in general, if you get to know her well she's really not that bad. She was enjoyable and good to hang out with.

That is what it felt to you. Though, after a while, you noticed she acted a bit..Different around you.

You could notice the small amount of blush every time you were with her. But you never thought much of it.

That is until today. Today would be a rollercoaster, for sure.

" Just be glad there isn't any school today, you don't have to study, seriously! Just come hang out with me! " You whined through the phone, making Na-Yeon sigh. How could she deal with you? She never knew.

" Okay, dumbass! But if my grades go down I'm blaming you. " She chuckled while closing her study book as the sound could be heard from across the phone.

" Hell yeah! So where should we meet up? " You asked as you walked to your closet. You couldn't go out in only underwear. That would be pretty bad.

" In front of your house is fine, I'll be here soon. " She answered, getting up from the chair she was sitting on beforehand.

" Alright, see you later luv! " You answered in your usual playful tone. God, you really did love her though. It felt sad to call her a best friend.

" See you. Bye. " She answered before she finally hung up. She was excited to hear the sound of your actual voice soon. On the phone, it felt distorted.

Your voice was like music to her ears.

Your clothes were so simple, yet you still looked absolutely beautiful to her. Her eyes widened a bit, her eyebrows raising as she felt the immense heat from the blood rushing to her cheeks.

The hanging crop top revealed your stomach area, which did not make it better.

She gulped before her expression went back to normal. Except the fact her blush never faded away.

" Hey Yeon, I brought strawberries! And they're shaped in hearts, because I love you~! " You giggled, moving closer to her face.

Fuck.

You looked even prettier up close.

" I-Uh- Wh- I um. Love you too. I guess? " She blurted out in slight panic about what to say.

" ..You love~ Me~? " Your lips were inches away from hers, your forehead and noses touching. You raised your eyebrow as you continued teasing her.

" I…Um- Wh- " Her eyes moved to your lips. They looked soft, so kissable.

You obviously noticed. But why would she stare at your lips?

" Lee Na-yeon wants to kiss me so~ Bad! " Your smile grew bigger at her flustered up reaction. You didn't really mean it, but you still found it funny.

" I-I don't! I'm just..Um…"

An awkward(Not really awkward actually.)silence grew as you waited for her answer. She wouldn't really want to kiss you, would she?

No, her feelings couldn't be the same as yours. Could they?

…

They could. You figured as her lips parted with yours.

Your eyes widened, but slowly shut closed as you placed your hands on her hips.

You felt her arms wrap around your neck as you deepened the kiss.

Your tongue slid to her mouth as it eventually made contact with hers.

Her hand slid to your torso as her other hand rested to the start of your shoulder.

The kiss eventually broke after a couple seconds, a line of drool hanging from your mouths. It seems you were right, Lee Na-Yeon did want to kiss you after all.

After all the hints, the staring in class and faint blushes around her, you finally realized she did love you back.

" …Shit. That was- " Na-Yeon started, but she wouldn't continue her phrase.

Your hand reached up her skirt, making a gasp escape the mouth you had just kissed so, so passionately.

" Fuck…Just- Don't go too hard. My parents will probably be here soon- Dumbass. " She groaned, tossing the strawberry basket elsewhere as she placed on of the slices in your mouth.

She kissed you again, taking the strawberry away in progress.

" You thief! I'll need to punish you, little criminal. " You teased, your hand sliding slowly to her crotch.

" Sure, go ahead and punish me you cop. "

Fuck. Um. So, I wrote the aouad reaction fic. And I fully intended for it to just be season one. Like, I legit thought it would be a miracle if I accomplished that.

But you know, I did.

So, the more I think about it, the funnier I think it would be to do season two. Bring back all the s1 characters, who are essentially reacting how Ji-min did when the soldiers lowered her back down.

And when her parents died.

Hell, and during her death scene.

And all the new characters introduced in season two are just like ‘???? The fuck did I miss????’
