What are your thoughts and headcanons? Do you have thoughts on how the boys tend to approach assigning beds in inns? Who do the chain choose to sleep near when camping and why? What are their dynamics like when settling down for the night and getting ready for the day?

In "Mirror Vs Open Closet Door: Fight!" by Gintrinsic (here) Four refers to the chain's decision on how to split up between inn rooms as the "Link-per-room ratio" which I find very funny. He, Sky, and Time also talk about their thought process behind why they do or don't want to sleep in a room with some of the others which I find fun and interesting.

What do you think happens most often though? #each answer is a fun scenario so it's difficult to choose #but I think they'd try to act politely around Malon and Time for the first couple visits with straws or rock paper scissors #or showing generosity by offering the bed to someone else. (I bet Malon saying they're charming is quite the incentive #for more possible compliments. The chain as a whole would want to prove her right xD ) #Once they're more comfortable in the house though I can totally see Wind and Legend making a mad dash for it while Wars yells after them xD #Wind probably ends up sharing with Four a lot since they're the littles #or Wind snuggles in with Wars Legend Wild etc #Wild and Twi/Wolfie have claimed the spot on the floor by the fireplace. #For inn rooms / castle rooms / camping - I tend to group them by how they're grouped a lot already #but a lil mixed up #Time - Sky - Wars are the good rest trio. they want a good night's rest please let them get their beauty sleep. often joined by Four #Wars goes between this group and wherever Legend is depending on how chatty he is that night. #Twi - Wild - Hyrule are snuggle/proximity buddies #Legend is attached to Hyrule's hip or sets up near Warriors to gossip and gripe. I can also see him setting up near Wild #in the eye of the storm as it were or just an interesting place to be. Wild and Hyrule can get to chatting about everything and anything #so if Legend wants background noise (Hyrule and Wild podcast omg)- #or a conversation he can be half a part of and jump in and out of while getting ready for the night or in the mornings- #this is a good place to be. add Wind and things get a bit more chaotic. #Wind gravitates to Wars and Legend too when curious and chatty. He gravitates towards Time when he wants something calmer. #Four tends to be near Sky or Twi or to Legend's group for the same reasons #I can see Four and Twi having a little book club going during downtimes where they talk about what they're reading. Sky likes to listen. <3 #Wind thinks they're nerds but so is he and he can't resist a good story so he orbits and sometimes settles in and peppers questions. #it's funny that Time Sky and Wars want to sleep the most but Legend follows Wars to chat (and ends up bringing people with him xD ) #there could be some conflict there oooo #Twi is by Time #it's almost a circle but with clusters of sleeping bags near on top of each other and filling the gaps

i found ur "p!Noah singing "The Red Means I Love You"" idea interesting and i absolutely love the concept of Chris asking for a song and Noah just jumping to the front with the most maniac grin on his face, and nobody stops him cause they're too afraid to so they just let the guy have his solo LMAO but i have to ask, if he did sing this song, given its a song to be directed at a singular person [or multiple people, if he goes around and singles out one person at a time], who would the person he sings it to be? or would he just sing it to sing it? [imagining him forming a kick-line at some point and cackling]

See I've always had a hard time envisioning Noah willfully singing for any reason- and that applies to all Noahs- save for maybe spite, monetary compensation and/or dedication to The Bit (and even then, I really doubt canon Noah would be committed enough to a joke to 'humiliate himself' by singing). He does sing along to the compulsary songs in canon, though he's not a frequent voice amongst the regular performers.

But p!Noah is pretty much all about committing himself fully to The Bit, so he'd probably jump at the chance to have his own solo song if said solo song was something along the lines of "The Red Means I Love You", or "I Can't Decide", or anything that's gruesome/gorey enough to cause discomfort to his competitors. Bonus points if he gets to demonstrate what he's singing!

As for who he's singing to? ... I have no idea.

I'm a bit (a lot) of a multishipper, and I usually leave my AUs fairly vague when it comes to what romances it'll include (if any) unless said romance plays an integral part in the whole concept of the AU itself. In the case of the Psycho Noah AU, I haven't really put much thought into how relationships would work- let alone which ship would be 'canon' to the AU.

So I guess what I'm trying to say is; it's up to the reader themself to fill in the blanks with their preferred Noah ship!

Saying that, having Noah sing an inherently romantic (if a little violent/fucked up) song without actually dedicating it to anyone is. Really funny. Maybe he's singing to the audience themselves, as yet another way to tease/toy with them?

(And the idea of him somehow roping the others into a kickline is hilarious, though I have no idea how he'd manage it. Not that I doubt he could.)

#he's so floppy recently and I hope it's just the heat. Thinking again about how the other day that anon wrote me wondering why Louis was so popular with older adult women and I had a couple ideas but was basically like idk IS he or is it just the same amount as any other pop star but then the other day BBC posted that video of 1D members doing 1D songs* solo without Louis in it and the post was like go comment on all these platforms and I was like what the heck it's not like I use my facebook for much else- but that meant I ended up looking a few times at the other comments (being mad about Louis' exclusion) and like I KNOW it's FB so ofc it's skewed by who uses that... but like damn, there ARE a lot of middle aged and older ladies for Louis! mmmmm, I tend to forget that tumblr could be a place where I actually, you know, write blog posts and whatnot. like i used to back on dreamwidth. about fannish and nonfannish things. or even hiccup out more of my short-form whimsy like I used to on twitter. I mean I'm still generally blogging about nonfannish things at my dreamwidth and talking occasionally about my vid projects there since that's where I've always chattered about those wips. I don't bother really talking about my witcher wips over there. but tumblr has taken up this space in my head as space where I glom onto all the pretty posts like beloved scrapbooking material and stuff my queue for a whole year. and just rolling around in the ask games and wip posts from everyone else. not writing more posts of my own. me writing posts here...a thing I want to do and yet I don't. I have a giant list of half-written recs posts and other fannish and nonfannish things waiting for me to finish. but my brain keeps stalling out because of a lot of reasons (stress life stuff fucking with my focus). but this has been on my mind.
